Pelea

Pelea is the peer-to-peer prediction platform that makes watching sport more fun, and turns fan communities into thriving ecosystems. We let anyone become a "Game Creator." Influencers, Facebook group admins, sports bars, and fan clubs build Game Cards with simple football questions, invite their people, and run the action. No odds. No spreads. No jargon. Just react, play, and settle who actually knows their football. It is genuinely peer-to-peer. Players compete against each other, not the house. In private games you play among friends, and in public games you play against other people in the community. For Creators and Community leaders you get a turnkey solution to monetize the audience and create amazingly engaging content. We (currently) operate exclusively for residents of Denmark, require MitID verification, enforce an 18+ minimum age, and are committed to responsible play. Sport is better when everyone engages.

CATR

CATR is an AI-powered marketplace for catering and events. On CATR you can find, order, coordinate, and handle every type of event in one place. From a department dinner for 20 to a 200-person summer party. One platform, one bill, no email chains. The problem Booking an event today is a mess. If you're an office manager planning a summer party or a department head organizing the Christmas dinner, the process is always the same. Five vendor emails. Three rounds of quotes. Scattered invoices. Last-minute scrambles. Stuff goes wrong. The industry hasn't been rethought in decades, and the only ones really benefitting from that are the legacy event agencies who charge €10k+ to coordinate what should be self-serve. I've spent 20 years in this industry. I've opened and sold restaurants. I've catered the biggest festivals in Denmark. I've run operations for thousands of guests at a time. And the same problems keep showing up: quotes that disappear, invoices nobody can find, orders nobody can track. Everyone in the industry knows the system is broken. Nobody has bothered to fix it. Why now Consumers learned to order pizza on their phone. There's no good reason they should still have to call five vendors and chase emails to plan their company summer party. And AI is finally capable enough to handle the operational complexity that crushed every previous attempt at this market. ezCater, Hungry, Foodee. They all got stuck on human-heavy operations. From there: mid-sized company events across Denmark, then every standard event, B2B and consumer, running on CATR. The longer vision covers the full lifecycle. From "let's host something" through vendor sourcing, operations, payment, and the social layer afterwards where guests get invited, share photos, and stay connected.

KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Steerpath

Steerpath is a Finnish startup solving global challenge of optimising benefits of hybrid working for both employee and the company. Our hybrid workplace application helps employees & companies get maximum out of multi-location working. We have built a mobile app where employees can easily see when to visit the office or stay remote based on their favourite colleague work plans and available capacity of meeting rooms, it can guide you around a space if you are new to the space via indoor maps, and much more. For managers we provide analytics of what spaces are being used, so they can develop their spaces in an optimal way. We have also developed an internal venture under a different brand called Spacehub, which are small pods you can book for working in shopping centres and similar. Customers are typically larger companies from 1000+ employees, with majority Headquartered in Finland, but we also have customers in the UK and US. In the future we will be focusing on the Nordic market, because in the Nordic culture there is trend to focus more on employee satisfaction. Our solution is already used by some of the largest and most well known brands in the Nordics, such as Finlands largest commercial TV broadcaster MTV. Steerpath was founded in 2013 by Mikko, Tuomas and Sam, all sharing a long history with several decades of experience in all aspects of product development, Bluetooth and other wireless technologies. Our team has since grown to now 15 people of different background and nationalities. Our office is in Alberga Business Park next to Sello in Leppävaara, easy to reach with public transport (15 minutes from city centre), and we have a very nice setup with a small living room in the middle. We have been able to bring together different strengths to deliver a solution our customers love and we are very excited to bare witness to some of the innovations that have already come out from the collaboration. We are a very friendly group who enjoy hanging out and do things together, we also have small events, board games nights, summer party and more. We have a start-up environment in our small team, and support a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work partially remote. We do recommend people to come to the office at least 2 days per week, as you will work closely with other members of the company, and this is the best way to get to know your colleagues. The rest of the team prefer coming in most days, and we even have colleagues stopping by during their holidays to say hi to the team, borrow tools, and other things, and that really says it all.

Newcycle

We are building Newcycle, because we want to end the throw-away society.   Every year our global society throw away 100 billion tonnes of materials. This obviously can't continue. At the the core of this issue lies a general perception that new things are more valuable than things we already own. Or that things new from the store is better than buying it used from someone else. We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. By giving consumers access to digital twins of everything they own, we make it easier for our users to maintain, repair, refine, buy and sell their products, regardless of whether they are the 1st, 2nd or 8th owner of a product. In the app The Newcycle app connects the owner of a product with the retailer who sold it and the producer who made it, for the entire life span of the product, benefiting both the consumers and the producers of the products. The positive result is longer use of the products and in the end recycling. We won’t change the world all by ourselves, but looking back ten, twenty or forty years from now, we’ll see that our role was a central one.
