Vaskeladden is an AI-driven cleaning platform. We are not a cleaning agency with an app bolted on top - we build AI from the ground up, across pricing, customer acquisition, operations and support. Founded in 2022 by two 18-year-olds who saw a fragmented, inefficient cleaning market and thought it could be done better with technology. In late 2025 Patrick Skjennum - co-founder and former CTO of the AI company Strise - joined as the third co-founder, and Vaskeladden was reborn as a technology company. The market is huge and fragmented: around 10,000 cleaning agencies in Norway and 400,000 across Europe. Most are small operators with no commercial engine, brand or management. Vaskeladden consolidates them digitally - think Bolt or Foodora, but for cleaning. Customers get one point of contact, a customer portal and a quality guarantee. Partners get demand, brand and tooling. Our platform handles pricing, sales, onboarding, quality control and follow-up. We move fast, we are AI-native in everything we do, and we build for scale. We are based in Oslo and expanding across Norway's biggest cities first.

Seidr builds software that turns months of manual site selection and early-phase engineering work into hours of automated analysis, for developers of energy-intensive industrial projects: Power-to-X, data centers, and other power-hungry industries across Europe. Today, finding and qualifying a site for one of these projects takes 6-18 months and can cost millions, because the work is done manually, spreadsheet by spreadsheet, consultant by consultant, one candidate site at a time. Critical blockers, such as insufficient grid capacity or zoning conflicts, often surface only after months of work, when changing course is expensive. Seidr automates this. Our platform screens candidate sites in parallel against dozens of criteria, including grid capacity, current and future zoning, and environmental risk, and returns a ranked, decision-ready shortlist in hours instead of months. The underlying logic is built on real industrial project experience, not generic AI. We already have a signed, paying pilot customer and a growing pipeline of Power-to-X and data center developers across the Nordics and Germany. Backed by a venture studio, we are now looking for a CEO to take Seidr from pilot to scale, and to grow the platform from site selection into the full early-phase planning stack for energy-intensive projects.
