We've built a brewery universe from the ground up in the heart of the city, in a space where people can gather and learn about unpasteurized kombucha on a larger scale, while we continue learning ourselves. That’s also why every aspect of Folk is done in-house - from fermenting, bottling, and lab testing, to designing our own labels and visuals. Rather than outsourcing, we are becoming experts in our craft, evolving every day and continually refining our understanding of how to ferment the best possible kombucha. It's a process that only improves with the experience we gain. We use only organic ingredients with flavors inspired from what grows in the Nordic nature around us and let alchemy meet science. Each bottle undergoes a weeks fermentation process, making us a true slow drink in both the soft drink and non-alcoholic segments. We combine flavor, tradition, and health in a product where no detail is overlooked. When you step through the doors of our brewery, you're joining a team of passion. Homeswap is a platform where members can stay in each other’s homes instead of paying for accommodation. The model is built on credits: you earn credits when you host other members, and you use those credits to travel. There is no money exchanged between members, which makes the experience feel more personal, fair and community-driven than traditional renting. Travel with Homeswap feels different because you stay in real homes, in real neighbourhoods, from real people. It attracts a type of traveller who values meaning and connection over pure convenience. Many members also like the sustainable aspect – instead of building new hotels or keeping second homes empty, existing space is shared and used better. The platform has already grown organically to members in more than 20 countries. We have not relied on paid marketing so far. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform.
