Resights

Resights started with a vision to gather all property data on one platform to save time and improve decisions. No more messy spreadsheets or gut feelings. Today, we're much more than a database: our customers use Resights for everything from finding investment properties to analyzing urban development, automating contact with property owners, and getting an overview of upcoming and current construction projects. The common thread is property and construction data – and how we help our customers drive more business. The reality is, though, that Resights is first and foremost the 50 people behind the software. A bunch of nerdy team players who in 5 years have built one of Denmark's fastest-growing tech startups with +1,400 customers. Without VC money, with a healthy bottom line, and (most importantly) with loads of fun along the way. Our talent comes from professional backgrounds like engineering, music, biotechnology, and real estate. Our youngest employee is 16 years old, meanwhile, we just gifted another employee a game of pétanque for his retirement. Some have higher education, while others didn't pass elementary school. But we don't care. That's the Resights we want to build – a place where everyone brings their true self to work and knows they can achieve whatever success they strive for. We're located on Borgergade right in the city centre, with everything you need: free lunch, a kitchen jam-packed with food, cold beverages, fruit, and a great coffee machine. The office vibe ranges from fierce Mario Kart battles to blind tastings and the sound of a gong when new sales are made. People choose to come in because this is genuinely a place you want to spend your day – high spirits, compelling problems, and dedicated colleagues. We believe benefits are more than free beers and a market-rate paycheck. While we check those boxes (😉), the most important benefits speak to you on a deeper, more personal level. At the end of the day, we're a business, not a family. But we still like to have fun together. Outside of work, we travel, celebrate, exercise, and laugh together. It's not mandatory, but it's pretty natural for us.

Spuddle

Spuddle is developing a Duolingo-style app for Excel to help young professionals boost their digital confidence and career readiness by turning complex skills into fun, bite-sized learning. Our secret sauce? Gamification, microlearning, and a community-driven approach that makes Excel something you actually want to practice. Across the world, more than a billion people use Excel and yet most have never been taught how to use it properly. For young professionals and recent graduates, this creates a huge barrier: they’re expected to “just know” Excel, but in reality many feel insecure, waste time on manual tasks, or miss out on opportunities because of weak digital skills. This gap affects productivity, confidence, and employability and it’s widespread across industries, especially in early career roles where Excel is a daily tool. We’re building a mobile app that makes learning Excel engaging and accessible, like Duolingo, but for spreadsheets. Instead of long, boring tutorials, users complete short, gamified exercises that fit into their everyday routines. The app adapts to their level, rewards progress, and helps them practice consistently until Excel becomes second nature. Beyond Excel, our vision is to expand into other workplace tools, becoming the go-to microlearning platform for digital skills. Spuddle started as a side project on social media. We shared quick Excel tips on Instagram and TikTok, and within six months had over 200,000 followers. The overwhelming response showed us just how many young professionals struggle with these skills and how much they crave accessible, fun learning. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a mission: to make digital skills education less intimidating and more empowering. We’re building Spuddle because we’ve lived the problem ourselves, and we believe mastering the basics should feel motivating, not overwhelming.

Humani

Humani is your Super Manager App. It is a Human-AI collaborator that helps managers become exceptional people-first leaders. We are tackling one of the most expensive yet invisible problems in modern business: poor management. It silently kills performance, drives employee turnover, and costs companies over 8 trillion dollars annually, according to Gallup’s 2023 Global Workplace Report. Humani delivers personalized, highly contextual guidance on how to communicate and collaborate, in the moment and in the flow of work. Behind the scenes, we have built a multi-LLM orchestration engine powered by our proprietary Human Graph. This system understands personality, preferences, and behavior to drive intelligent, real-time support. We are backed by top VCs and angels, with teams already using Humani across Europe. Where Slack reshaped team communication, Humani is redefining leadership.

Mai

Mai is a tech startup that helps sell people's clothes. The resale market is on a rise, but it is still too troublesome for people to get their items into the market and get their items sold. We are building an engine that automatically sells an item for them, and they keep 80% of the price. Read more at maiapp.se. TO DO THIS, SOME OF THE CHALLENGES WE TACKLE ARE: - Predict any resale items market valuation - Publish the item om multiple resale platforms for bigger reach - Predict on what platforms the item will sell - Provide a hassle free peer 2 peer shipping experience WHAT MAKES US BELIEVE IN THIS After running a beta version of our service for 6 months we see that our users love Mai. With a retention at 50% and a low customer aquisition cost the potential to scale is huge. We have sold 1000+ items with high user retention and happiness, and we have a 3x higher share sold rate and 1.5x higher sold price compared to other siloed resale marketplaces. And the best of all (what drives us): At scale, Mai could play a significant role in lowering the emissions from the fashion industry. Buying and selling used instead of new is the #1 most effective way to lower the emissions. THE OFFER After closing a first round of investments we are now looking to expand our team with 2-3 senior developers. The team will be relatively small and we will have a lot of fun! As an early employee, we'll offer you shares of the company together with good salary. You will work next to our amazing Co-Founder and CTO Daniel Sundman with 20+ years engineering experience from Silicon Valley and Stockholm.

Zoly

Zoly is the first automated online marketplace for buying and selling secondhand fashion to men. The clothing industry is currently standing as the worlds second most polluted industry, right under the oil-industry. It is estimated that around 85% of our clothes end up in landfills or burned according to calpirg.org. Comparing the CO2 emission of new clothes vs secondhand clothes, it is estimated by thredUP that new clothes has a 5,7 times higher CO2 emission. Our mission is to change that. We want to make secondhand the future mindset of clothing by attracting sellers and buyers to our marketplace where we have developed an automated system that makes it unbelievably easy for the seller to sell his/her clothes and for the buyer to easily filter through thousands of preowned clothing items as well as having a return-policy so the customer can always shop safely.
