Caliber

Caliber is the world's leading stakeholder intelligence company. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Copenhagen, we operate globally, conducting thousands of stakeholder interviews every day across 50+ countries and translating data into business action through AI-enabled multi-source analysis and expert interpretation. Our clients include Airbus, ASML, AstraZeneca, BASF, Okta, ABB, and Novo Nordisk. Stakeholder intelligence draws on multiple data sources to give leading organizations a better understanding of the people who matter most to them. Always on, AI-powered, and grounded in real data, it gives leaders the insight they need to act with confidence and make smarter decisions that protect their company's brand, reputation, and business. That is the work: our mission is to make stakeholder intelligence indispensable for modern business, and our vision is to make business better through greater trust. Behind it is a mix of strategists, analysts, data scientists, AI engineers, and commercial and marketing people, working from our Copenhagen HQ and centers of excellence in New York, London, Rio de Janeiro, Brussels, and Milan. Join us as we enter our next growth phase.

Calibre Social

WHAT_ Calibre is a social platform that connects people through shared passions and turns those connections into real, in-person experiences. We reduce the friction of meeting new people and make it easier to build meaningful platonic relationships — whether that means deepening existing friendships or discovering new IRL experiences and activities. We partner with local experience-economy businesses to host the meetups our matches lead to. TEAM_ We're a small, committed team based in Copenhagen. Ather Nawaz and Adam Isaac are building Calibre full-time, with backgrounds spanning Computer Science and Data Science, and a shared curiosity for ethically applied psychology in digital products. We're actively looking for a technical co-founder (full-stack) to join us as we take the product from prototype to launch. WHY_ The SDG target we're focused on is loneliness — a factor in life expectancy second only to smoking. It's a pressing issue for everyone, but especially for young people, who are facing rising rates of anxiety, depression and eating disorders. Research (Holt-Lunstad et al., 2010; Holt-Lunstad et al., 2017) shows that lacking social connection carries health risks comparable to — and in many cases exceeding — smoking up to 15 cigarettes a day, obesity, physical inactivity, and air pollution. Everyone should have access to fewer experiences of loneliness and more highly personal, memorable social experiences. Calibre fosters meaningful platonic friendships and real-life memories, making IRL social connection more accessible. HOW_ We're building Calibre so that IRL activities are as accessible as possible — deliberately not following the "doomscrolling" business model common in social networking. We're currently developing our MVP with a clear mission and a critical technical practice (CTP) mindset, working closely with small experience-economy businesses in Copenhagen to design the ideal platform for connection-driven meetups. For our SME partners, Calibre offers a more effective way to reach and retain customers than the e-commerce-optimized tools currently on the market — built specifically around the real, personal, immaterial value that IRL businesses provide. Seidr

Seidr builds software that turns months of manual site selection and early-phase engineering work into hours of automated analysis, for developers of energy-intensive industrial projects: Power-to-X, data centers, and other power-hungry industries across Europe. Today, finding and qualifying a site for one of these projects takes 6-18 months and can cost millions, because the work is done manually, spreadsheet by spreadsheet, consultant by consultant, one candidate site at a time. Critical blockers, such as insufficient grid capacity or zoning conflicts, often surface only after months of work, when changing course is expensive. Seidr automates this. Our platform screens candidate sites in parallel against dozens of criteria, including grid capacity, current and future zoning, and environmental risk, and returns a ranked, decision-ready shortlist in hours instead of months. The underlying logic is built on real industrial project experience, not generic AI. We already have a signed, paying pilot customer and a growing pipeline of Power-to-X and data center developers across the Nordics and Germany. Backed by a venture studio, we are now looking for a CEO to take Seidr from pilot to scale, and to grow the platform from site selection into the full early-phase planning stack for energy-intensive projects.

Heimdall Power

In Norse mythology, Heimdall is the all-seeing, all-knowing watchman who guards Asgard, the home of the gods. He possesses extraordinary abilities to see for hundreds of miles, hear the faintest of sounds, and stands vigilant at the Bifrost, the rainbow bridge connecting Asgard to the world of mortals, ready to sound the Gjallarhorn at the first sign of danger. Much like the mythical guardian, Heimdall Power ensures the safety and efficiency of power grids. Founded in Norway in 2016, we provide accurate, cost-effective monitoring of both grid capacity and health. We achieve this through advanced grid-enhancing technologies, combining world-leading sensors (Neurons) and software (Heimdall’s Brain) to optimize the performance and reliability of energy networks. Our unique autonomous drone installation system facilitates safe, quick, and scalable deployment worldwide. With our help, grid operators can unlock up to 40% more capacity in their high-voltage power grids while simultaneously improving operational safety. Our technology equips you to meet the increasing demand for electricity while reducing the need for expensive infrastructure upgrades.
