At Appfarm, our mission is to enable anyone to build exceptional digital solutions as fast and hassle-free as possible. We have commercialized a unique cloud-based development platform where you create, launch and manage business software 10x faster than previously possible, without using a single line of code. We are a diverse and multidisciplinary team of around 50 employees with a passion for no-code and changing the nature of digital transformation, but we're growing quickly. Our offices are located at Rebel, a center for tech in Oslo, with a great employee restaurant. Working at Appfarm comes with the following four things: 💟 A healthy and happy work environment where everyone is respected, welcomed and included. We encourage knowledge sharing between departments, and have monthly events where we get the possibility to learn from and praise each others work. 🚀 Career development. We do everything we can to ensure the happiness and professional growth of our employees. We are still a small company that is quickly developing, meaning that there is a lot of room for you to shape your own career by taking on responsibilities in areas that you are interested in. 🎉 A lot of social events where we get to do fun things together! We have four major annual events (summer party, christmas table, cabin trip, and trip abroad), but we also do smaller things in between. ↔️ Flexibility. We believe that our employees know best when and in what surroundings they are most productive, and trust that the work get done without micromanaging your schedule. We are also firm believers in putting family before work when needed, and generally avoid scheduling meetings outside our core business hours.

Leyr

Leyr is building the missing infrastructure layer for healthcare interoperability. Today, every product team that wants to integrate with an EHR (electronic health record) ends up rebuilding the same thing: brittle, one-off integrations, long lead times, unclear vendor pathways, and high security and compliance burden. The result is that valuable workflows never make it into care, because moving data between systems is slower and riskier than it should be. We solve this by offering a unified way to connect to EHRs and the surrounding clinical software ecosystem. Leyr helps customers ship integrations faster, with fewer moving parts, and with security and auditability built in from day one. Our focus is practical interoperability that actually works in real-world healthcare: reducing manual work, lowering operational risk, and improving patient safety by making the right data available in the right workflow. If you join Leyr, you will work on a problem that matters: unlocking health data so care teams can spend less time wrestling with systems and more time delivering care.

Monto

Monto offers a digital marketplace where private users and businesses can list and rent out their gear and equipment. By providing a platform that streamlines communication, transactions, and rental processes, Monto empowers people to rent what they need instead of buying, reducing waste and encouraging a more sustainable lifestyle. We realized that the sharing economy could play a crucial role in addressing this problem.
