At the office the Rabble team speaks mainly Swedish, but also understand English, and the dev team communicate all in English with our external developers. We have a great office in Stockholm, with a ping pong table and games to relax the mind when needed. We work with flat hierarchy, where everyone takes responsibility of their own work, but we collaborate a lot on our tasks to reach the best results we can. We are a healthtech startup with a team that combines cross-sectional research in medicine, speech language pathology, and mathematical statistics to enable a more objective and evidence-based speech therapy. Paragit Solutions is an early-stage medical device startup working to develop and market a novel solution to support early diagnosis and personalized treatment of neurological disorders – starting with Parkinson’s. Based in Copenhagen, the company has won several innovation challenges in Scandinavia and Silicon Valley and the development has largely been funded by EIT Health, Innovation Fund Denmark, and other innovation environments. We are working with leading clinical partners to test and validate the solution, and recently closed our seed round of 12 million DKK from prominent investors. Rather than outsourcing, we are becoming experts in our craft, evolving every day and continually refining our understanding of how to ferment the best possible kombucha. It's a process that only improves with the experience we gain. We use only organic ingredients with flavors inspired from what grows in the Nordic nature around us and let alchemy meet science. Each bottle undergoes a weeks fermentation process, making us a true slow drink in both the soft drink and non-alcoholic segments.
