Our team is dedicated to develop and manufacture innovative products for the coffee industry, increasing quality in the cup and efficiency in the workflow. ROEST’s current portfolio includes two models of an AI powered hybrid coffee roaster designed for quality control. ROEST Sample Roaster has received several industry awards and even helped coffee enthusiasts to succeed in the World Coffee Championships. In 2023 we will launch a new production roaster for small to medium-sized roasteries. Since 2018 we have sold over 1000 roasters to more than 80 countries around the world. Digital Ops ApS is building an autonomous AI platform that acts as a company's digital grant manager, automating the full lifecycle of public and private grant applications from identifying relevant funding opportunities to preparing and submitting applications, to project management, documentation, and reporting afterward. The problem we're solving is that grant applications today are a heavy, manual, and time-consuming process. This pulls focus away from a company's core business, which is why many businesses either outsource the work to expensive consultants or skip applying altogether, missing out on substantial funding that could support their growth. We're solving this because we believe access to funding shouldn't depend on having the time or budget for consultants; small and medium-sized enterprises deserve the same professional-grade funding management that larger companies can afford. Our platform is already in its first working version and being tested with real companies. Since our founding, we've built strong in-house expertise in software development, AI, and automation, giving us a solid foundation to scale this into a SaaS platform with international potential.

Mova Design is a Copenhagen-based studio creating algorithmically generated, 3D-printed vases and candle holders. Each piece is designed using parametric, generative tools, producing organic, sculptural shapes that would be nearly impossible to achieve through traditional manufacturing. We're solving a problem rooted in how home decor is typically made today: mass production. Most decor on the market comes from injection-molded processes that require huge upfront tooling costs, encourage overproduction to justify that investment, and rely heavily on virgin plastics and non-sustainable materials that end up as landfill waste when trends shift or batches go unsold. Our approach flips that model. We 3D print on demand, which means no unsold inventory, no wasted material runs, and no need to produce thousands of identical units just to make the economics work. It also lets us use more sustainable, often biodegradable or recycled filaments, since we're not locked into materials chosen purely for high-volume industrial molding.
