Qpaws – Dog Activity App

Qpaws is a cutting-edge digital platform transforming how dog owners manage and enhance their pets' well-being. Our startup is solving several critical challenges dog owners face, especially in today's fast-paced world where dogs often struggle with insufficient exercise, poor nutrition, and irregular health monitoring. The problem is more urgent than ever, with studies indicating that over 70% of dogs are overweight, leading to a wide range of health issues that affect their quality of life. Qpaws started by focusing on the highly demanding dog sport of mushing, where monitoring dogs' activity and health is crucial. However, we quickly realized that the problems we were solving for mushers—like optimizing training, tracking feeding, and improving overall dog care—are problems all dog owners face. Whether it's the daily walker, the outdoor enthusiast, or the professional trainer, every dog owner wants to provide the best for their furry companions. This realization led us to expand the app's features to appeal to all dog owners, creating a more inclusive platform that anyone can use, regardless of their activity level or how many dogs they care for. We solve a wide range of dog care challenges through smart, intuitive technology. At its core, Qpaws tracks activity, ensuring that dogs get enough exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But it doesn't stop there. We also provide tools for health monitoring—keeping track of vaccinations, vet visits, and other medical needs. On top of that, the app offers personalized nutrition advice, guiding owners on the best diet for their dog based on breed, age, and activity levels. One of the unique aspects of Qpaws is its open approach to hardware integration. Most dog tech platforms are closed ecosystems, requiring expensive, specialized devices that limit their accessibility. Qpaws flips the script by being hardware-agnostic. You can use it with any wearable you choose, or none at all, making it an affordable and scalable solution that meets the needs of dog owners around the world. This accessibility, combined with the app's social networking features, allows dog owners to connect with a global community, sharing tips, experiences, and inspiration, making dog care more enjoyable and rewarding. As the global pet tech industry booms, Qpaws is perfectly positioned to grow rapidly. We already have a solid user base of over 14,000 active members and 32,000 dogs tracked on the platform. But this is just the beginning. Our goal is to transition from a niche product for extreme sports enthusiasts to a widely used app for all dog owners. With 350 million dog owners worldwide, the total addressable market is vast. We're gearing up for international expansion, with a particular focus on the UK and US markets, where pet ownership and interest for pet care are at all-time highs. Reprice is a small startup providing e-commerce stores with tools to automate pricing and monitor competitors. Our solution helps our clients maintain competitive prices, increase their margins, and drive a more profitable e-commerce strategy. In 2024, we were accepted to StartupLab and DNB NXT Accelerator as one of 9 out of 200 applicants! We brought Reprice to life out of a simple desire to solve a problem. Our founder, Anders Åberg, is a software designer who wanted to create a product that would improve processes for people who were doing things manually. We are proud to be a Norwegian created company with a customer-designed approach, meaning that our software is developed with the needs and input of our users at the forefront. We believe this customer-driven approach is what sets us apart from others, guaranteeing our software is tailored to the needs of our users of both today and tomorrow.

Responsibly

Responsibly is a sustainability tech start-up with vision of making every purchase in the world responsible 🌍 There's no bigger problem out there than the climate, and procurement represents a big part of the solution - when purchase decisions are made on the background of responsible data like CO2 footprint, suppliers have a huge incentive to change. However, procurement is becoming overloaded with complexity. Different frameworks, different data sources, different coverage, making it difficult to make purchase decisions to improve your responsibility profile and scope 3 emissions. At Responsibly, we're trying to solve this issue by using leading technologies and data science, to build a supplier data platform that makes it easier to source responsibly. We're founded by two serial entrepreneurs with previous successes like Dixa and Ofload, and have received pre-seed funding from some of Europe's top VCs and angels. We're now building a top-tier team to tackle this big thing called climate, and have fun while we're doing it 🤘

Meela

Meela personalizes mental health care for women by matching them to their best fit therapist. Based on research, Meela has developed the world's most comprehensive matching algorithm taking into account clinical metrics and patient and therapist data. Meela is a platform with over 250 licensed psychologists and psychotherapists, and over 170 individuals in therapy through us. One of our most important KPIs for us is therapy drop-out, because today 50% of people starting therapy drop out before session 3, mainly because of a poor therapist-patient match. Meela's drop-out rate, thanks to our matching technique, is today as low as 2.2%. Meaning, people not only start therapy but the finish is also. Meaning, they get help for their mental illnesses. Meela is a consumer-facing product, and we want to get away from the feeling of "sickness" of therapy. Therapy is not about being sick, it's a tool for personal development: both for healing and thriving. Meela is a female-founded company, co-founded by the British Tiffany Boswell and the Swedish-Greek-Finnish Natali Suo. Meela is an intersection between tech, psychology and business. We have been granted innovation grants and taken in investment from some heavy weighters within the European health tech scene, with the vision to be the biggest player within female mental health care.

Relocate.me is developing a platform for software engineers and other tech professionals who are looking for a job abroad. We provide our users with relevant info about their new home and handpick IT jobs with relocation packages. Our mission is is to make employee relocation simpler, as well as build an open platform promoting healthy country-level competition for Tech talent.

Make Influence

Make Influence is the first performance driven influencer marketplace in Denmark, helping b2c marketers and ecommerce brands managing influencer marketing campaigns at scale through the power of data and technology. Influencer marketing is a 10 billion dollar industry, with millions of collaborations between brands and creators being created each year. However, it is still often associated with lack of transparency when it comes to pricing and performance, making it hard for marketers to trust it can be used as a serious performance marketing channel. At the same time, influencers still lack the tools to manage their work efficiently and effectively on their own. We are here to change that! Our goal is to make influencer marketing transparent, fair and effective, creating an environment where influencers and marketers can come to trust each other and create amazing collaborations together. All of this, while having some fun! We are building just this: a marketplace for influencer, where marketers can see all important metrics before reaching out to them, and when they find the right fit, agree on performance based compensation. This way, influencers get paid for what they deliver in real business value, and brands have the piece of mind of not throwing money out of the window. The platform is based upon an affiliate tracking system that allows us to know exactly how many impressions, clicks and sales is any piece of sponsored content generating. This is shown in real time to both the influencer and the brand through dashboards. At the end of each month, we pay the influencer what they are due. Automatically. With this model, we have helped over 200 brands generating 100'000'000 DKK in revenue through influencers collaborations, and over 14'000'000 in commission paid to over 1000 influencers. But we are not stopping here: in the next year we plan to expand outside of Denmark, launch new campaign types and develop the product further to accomodate even more user types.
