CM Navigator A/S

CM Navigator A/S – part of Copenhagen Merchants Group - is the company behind the digital platform for market intelligence and decision support in the agri-commodity and freight sectors – CM Navigator. Founded by Copenhagen Merchants Group, CM Navigator was initially developed in-house (starting around 2018) to aggregate the wealth of tacit market knowledge held by the group’s brokers and shipping experts. It was subsequently launched as a commercial SaaS platform in 2022 and later incorporated as an independent company in 2023 (while remaining majority-owned by CM Group). What it offers: CM Navigator provides real-time data and analytics tools to track commodity markets and logistics: • Live Prices & Global Benchmarks: Users get daily updated prices from major export regions (North America, South America, Europe, Black Sea, Australia, etc.) and a global CFR price matrix covering 600+ destinations, allowing easy comparison of origin competitiveness. This helps traders see, for example, how US corn fob prices plus freight compare to Brazilian corn into a given import market. • Freight Forecasting: The platform includes advanced freight tools that let users search among 250,000+ bulk freight routes with up to 12-month forward curves. This essentially functions as an instant freight rate calculator: a trader can input a specific load port and discharge port (or even a combination for multi-leg trades) and get current freight cost estimates and future rates. Such capability, drawn from Navi Merchants’ data, simplifies evaluating the delivered cost of commodities. • Supply/Demand & Trade Flows: CM Navigator continuously updates global supply and demand balances for key crops, and tracks trade flows. It integrates official data with on-the-ground insights (e.g., port line-up information) to give an up-to-date picture of export/import volumes and stock levels. This dynamic data can alert users to changes (such as a sudden surge in Ukrainian wheat exports or a drought cutting Argentine soy supply) much faster than traditional reports. • News & Insights: The platform delivers relevant news flashes and in-house analysis. For instance, it might highlight policy changes, weather events, or logistical issues affecting markets, along with commentary from CM’s analysts. Users also receive reports like grain export summaries or freight market outlooks, helping them stay ahead in volatile markets. Strategic purpose: The creation of CM Navigator reflects the group’s goal to “empower traders of all sizes in all countries” by democratizing access to high-quality market data. It takes the tacit knowledge that Copenhagen Merchants accumulated (through decades of brokerage and logistics operations) and scales it via technology. Internally, the platform ensures CM’s own teams and key clients operate with the same up-to-date information. Externally, it has become a new revenue stream and value proposition, attracting subscribers from the wider industry. By providing transparency and decision-support, CM Navigator strengthens Copenhagen Merchants Group’s role as an information broker. Its strategic goal is to be the go-to platform for anyone looking for integrated data on grains and freight, thereby enhancing market efficiency and extending the group’s influence in the digital domain.

Baltic Assist

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. Instead, we recruit, hire, and develop specialists in Lithuania and build structured onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment into the process. Clients gain access to highly educated, multilingual talent within the EU, while maintaining control, transparency, and long-term stability. Our “secret sauce” lies in combining flexibility with reliability - giving companies scalable capacity without sacrificing quality or culture fit. The motivation behind Baltic Assist came from seeing two realities collide: international companies struggling to build the right teams at the right time, and highly capable Baltic professionals seeking meaningful, global career opportunities. We realised that growth often stalls not because of a lack of ambition, but because of a lack of the right operational support. By bridging this gap, we enable companies to focus on strategy and revenue, while we take care of building and maintaining the teams that power their growth.

Meili Robots

Meili FMS is a fleet manager for mobile robots with a vendor-agnostic approach. It enables operators to collate their diverse fleet onto one platform. By using Meili FMS, our users can finally use their mobile robot fleet to its full potential by orchestrating their fleet as a collective, regardless of the robot’s application, brand, or type. Our main mission is to eliminate interoperability pain points that have started to cast a shadow over the robotics industry. With more businesses adopting robots to carry out inventory management, material handling, and other applications, fleets are becoming more diverse. Robot manufacturers can hardly keep up with this growing demand, which means that companies will be deploying robots from various brands — with different operating systems. This is where the problem arises. Currently, robot manufacturers develop their own FMS, which means minimal to no correlation between systems. In other words, the robots cannot communicate amongst each other, causing delays in operations, accidents, and collisions — ultimately increasing operation costs while diminishing safety and efficiency substantially. Frightfully, this problem may cripple the whole supply chain, with business owners starting to question their decisions on expanding operations with robots — as a result, stagnating the entire mobile robot market. There is a need for a universal third-party solution that can bridge the gap and enable seamless operation for the robots to function collectively rather than individually. At the same time, by having an overview of the whole fleet, robot management becomes much more effective. And that’s where we come in, with several important features: automated traffic control, smart task allocation algorithms, operator analytics, and unified mapping. With Meili FMS’s automated traffic control feature, robots in the same environment will operate in a safer and more organised manner — not only between individual robots but also between them and human-operated vehicles. Too often do robots navigate the facilities without a payload as the current solutions do not facilitate task queuing effectively, therefore wasting energy by needless travel or lengthy idle time. Using smart tasking algorithms, Meili FMS can help improve companies’ sustainability records as the robot fleets will no longer operate without a payload and wasting any energy. Furthermore, our pricing plans are very accessible to early-stage or small businesses. This will definitely lower the entry barriers, allowing businesses of any size to start investing in robots and automation, which facilitates the growth of the robotics industry.

NEC OncoImmunity AS

OncoImmunity is a bioinformatics company providing unique machine-learning software to identify tumor-specific mutations that can be targeted by a patient’s own immune system (known as neoantigens). The OncoImmunity solution is important because recent breakthroughs in the field of Immuno-Oncology (I-O) such as the development of checkpoint inhibitors and personalized cancer vaccines, clearly demonstrate that a patient’s immune system can be harnessed to successfully treat cancer. The cost of identifying tumor-specific mutations in a patient’s cancer using next-generation sequencing (NGS) is now trivial and this technology will be key to enabling truly personalized immunotherapies to be developed in a technically and economically feasible manner. However, the remaining challenge that currently limits the field, and which is addressed by the OncoImmunity solution, is predicting which tumor-specific mutations can stimulate a patient’s immune system i.e. are immunogenic. Using NGS data as input, the OncoImmunity software enables accurate patient selection for cancer immunotherapy and can identify optimal targets for personalized cancer vaccines & cell therapies in a clinically actionable time frame. Beginning from this first product offering, OncoImmunity has the vision to become the world’s leading provider of software to guide cancer immunotherapy to improve survival rates for cancer patients. To achieve this OncoImmunity has assembled a growing team of world-class bioinformaticians, data scientists, and software engineers; developing its cutting-edge machine-learning technology that will help fulfill the promise of immunotherapy in the fight against cancer. OncoImmunity’s technology will disrupt the I-O field by offering regulatory-compliant prediction software on a software-as-a-service basis (SaaS). This will allow big pharma, biotechnology, and immunotherapy companies of any size to access OncoImmunity’s cutting-edge prediction software. The company is headquartered in an ideal scientific and entrepreneurial ecosystem to develop its technology at the Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator; adjacent to the Institute for Cancer Research and the Norwegian Radium Hospital. OncoImmunity is a privately held company, founded in 2014 by experienced bioinformatics scientists (Dr. Trevor Clancy and Professor Eivind Hovig), and an experienced immunologist with a business development background (Dr. Richard Stratford). The company is backed by private financing from the Norwegian Radium Hospital Research Foundation, the Norwegian Cancer Society, STARTUPLAB, and Grotmol Solutions, in addition to a number of private software investors. The company is also supported by grants awarded from the Norwegian Research Council, Innovation Norway, and the EU. The company has already established both national and international collaborations and pilot projects to develop further proof-of-concept data and validate its software.

Lun

Our carbon emissions are still increasing, and the evidence for dramatic climate change is all around. We want to do our part in solving it. In Europe, 12% of our carbon emissions come from heating our homes - just as much as using our cars. Getting those emissions to zero will be a gargantuan task: retrofitting 90 million buildings across many countries is a hard problem. Lun’s mission is to decarbonise homes faster, by building an operating system for tradespeople in the European energy renovation industry. Our first task is to make heat pump installations an absolute no-brainer for plumbers and electricians.
