But now I have realized that this 'trait' (which I until now, have called it), is not particularly lucky if I want to achieve something in life. I will not stand alone. Why should I, when I know that together with other good people (especially women), we can accomplish so much more? I would rather ask myself; What can I do to encourage and embrace women around me? Is it possible that someone needs my help? When was the last time I did something meaningful for another woman in my industry? And as journalist Lindsey Saletta wrote in an article; is there anything inside me holding me back from supporting women?
