Dash is a movement for a better designed future. As a multidisciplinary community of problem-solvers, we strive to bring together individuals interested in design thinking and its impacts on organizations and society. Our main event is our weekend-long hackathon called Dash Hack. It is a design thinking sprint that inspires creativity and solves real company problems from the comfort of a Helsinki hotel.

We are a Copenhagen based design studio working at the intersection of design, art, and technology. We create our own collections under Hamide brand,  offer design consultancy service, and create spin-off projects. Our design process values empathic creativity, in other words, we love walking in others’ shoes with a creative mind.  We are currently working on one of our spin-off projects, Bookworm, aiming to create a democratic digital library experience. We are hoping to expand our team. We are two sisters, who took the tragic course of events in our lives to create something beautiful and empowering. We started our studio to honor our mother Hamide, who was a designer but never had the recognition she deserved, and passed away after a long battle with an atypical Parkinson's disease. So, Hamide Design Studio, is a serious matter for us, it is very personal yet we are very professional.  We are ambitious,  hardworking, and persistent. We love design profession for its power to change the world for the better. We have both intense days at work filled with creativity or just boring office work, and also light days as well. We know when to take a break and celebrate. Luckily our studio is located right next to Sønder Boulevard. We have some studio values and rules. Be genuine, hardworking, recycle, clean after, don't waste resources, be a humanitarian, be welcoming, and such. So, we try to be decent people and expect our partners to be such.

In 2029 Norrøna will be 100 years old. By then, the outdoor industry will have changed completely. Hopefully, the outdoors have not.Norrøna Q is newly established spin-off from Norrøna with a team of skilled and ambitious technologists and designers. We are a Norwegian multicultural research and development company in the fields of wastewater treatment and biogas production. Our focus is firstly, on technology development for effective nutrient management schemes with innovative separation and aggregation processes for biofertiliser products. On the other hand, consultancy services and operation-training packages in the aforementioned industries, are part of our activities for effective waste management procedures for compliance with env. regulations.  Emilio Alvarenga: Originally from Honduras and living in Norway since 2011.
