Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). Based on those learnings, it was clear that a simple and affordable customer service platform was missing for small and mid-sized businesses. So in the summer of 2023, he founded Herodesk and entered a deep-red ocean with many established competitors, but with a mission to make great helpdesk software available for the masses. The Copenhagen-based company is pioneering a live tracking solution from the leg to help coaches and athletes succeed with data in a way that enables them to better reduce injuries while also accelerating athletes’ performance. Our tracking platform gives individual daily workload, weekly team training goals, data on touch, passing, shooting and dribbling abilities and tactical team patterns. Next11 is live football and ice hockey tracking for all - the first live system that most teams around the world can afford. The system is mobile, fits a backpack, and so easy to use that it doesn't require any data experience.

About Us: Monogram is a startup focused on art inventory management for individuals and businesses. The project originated from the realization that 98% of all art buyers/collectors do not have a digital inventory system. In addition to inventory management, the platform has two other main features: a social component where users can view other collectors' collections and a marketplace where users can sell works without a middleman. The product currently exists as an MVP being evaluated by a test panel.

We're are a small video game studio that love mysteries and discoveries. We wear Indoor Sunglasses so that no one can see us cry. Our games make people ask questions and solve harder problems than they thought possible. Our story starts back in university where we were making the earliest school version of our current title, Mind Diver, a detective game based on our heartbreaks. It was nominated as Best Student Game at IGF 2023. We are now fully funded and set out to make a grander Mind Diver that could make anyone feel smart and feel seen. Hopefully we'll get to make many more mysterious games in the future.
