Derfor sørger hundredvis af danskere gennem Cykling uden alder for at ældre atter bliver en synlig del af samfundet på de røde rickshaws. Cykelpiloterne hos Cykling uden alder får ikke penge for at invitere de ældre med som passagerer. De bliver heller ikke tvunget til at køre med nogle bestemte. De får ikke besked på at løse en velfærdsopgave eller være en ressource i et presset system. De cykler, fordi det giver så god mening for alle.
