We have also grown into a company that helps art directors and other creative people take their ideas from just being an idea into waking them up to life. Lucas & Mikaela are the founders of IFLAMO and Chillbean. We love to keep a high tempo at work. We take as many breaks as necessary to maintain focus and energy, coffee & tea is a daily routine with us. It is important for us that we help each other with different responsible areas. A strength in our company is the creative strategies we daily talk about. We love talking marketing, taking on challenges on how to penetrate the flooded media space. Every year in January we host the IFLAMO Winter Conference, where we talk about the previous year and plan the coming year. We combine this with taking pictures and videos that we can use for ads, marketing & our website.  We will meet up with our USA team to share results with each other. We like to celebrate milestones with going out for a nice dinner & drinks. To keep up the morale in the business we usually gather with friends and other start-ups to play board games or other activities.

Når man har fundet et hold man er interesseret i, kan man nemt tilmelde sig en prøvetræning digitalt, uden at skulle ringe til en træner eller administrator. Vi giver også foreningerne mulighed for at besøgende på deres egen hjemmeside kan tilmelde sig digitalt. Hermed er det slut med at ringe og skrive til en administrator for at finde ud af hvornår man kan komme til prøvetræning. En programvareselskap som samler unge IT-talenter på ett sted. Vi er ca 150 studenter og nyutdannede i et miljø preget av en høy grad av fleksibilitet og tillit i Danmark. Vi starter nå opp samme konsept i Norge og er på jakt etter de beste studentene med lidenskap for programmering. Vi holder til i nye lokaler på Nydalen og bygger i disse dager opp et team for å få til den samme suksessen i Norge som vi har hatt i Danmark.
