Sparkli wants to make multi-point EV charging solutions easily accessible to all. We import, market, sell and install world's smartest multi-point EV charging station systems made by Norwegian Zaptec AS. Zaptec's smart cloud-based solution enables state-of-the-art EV charging solutions to older electric systems that have very limited capacity available for charging EVs. Zaptec's system is designed so that it is easier and more cost effective to install than other legacy systems and it is easily scalable as all system functionalities are done in the cloud and charging stations communicate wirelessly. Zaptec has some 50 % market share in Norway and they are growing rapidly around Europe. EV charging station market in Finland will reach over EUR 1bn during the next 10 years and our aim is to reach significant market share of this during the coming years.

Alongside them is Stella, our AI assistant grounded in the latest equine research. Now we're building the next chapter of HayHay, an agentic operating system for horse owners and their teams. We're a team of five across product, engineering, design and GTM. The company is backed by long-term investors who know the space, including LRF Ventures and angel investors.

The What Mid-sized companies face the same regulations as large enterprises, without the specialist teams. Compliance ends up in spreadsheets, handled on the side by a CFO or lawyer. 3. The How Reggy links each requirement to the feature that gets it done, such as policy sign-off, disclosures and registers. Work done for one framework counts toward the next. Customers include Telenor, Cognite and Aker BioMarine. 4. The Why Abbey spent 20 years in compliance leadership, including as Chief Compliance Officer of a publicly listed company across 45 countries. Regulatory compliance was hard even with a team. We built Reggy for companies with the same obligations and none of the resources.
