Games Job Fairs: Recruitment events where studios get to screen, interview and recruit talents for multiple open roles during one or two days of intensive networking. We organised the Finland Games Job Fair in April with 1778 talent from across the globe and 16 leading Games studios. GameDev Talent Board: An anonymous talent board where Games industry professionals can showcase their talent, specify seniority level, skills and technologies and tell us more about themselves without disclosing their personal data.

Hey Captain delivers a unique social, personal, and informative experience in the canals of Copenhagen.  Hey Captain was founded by Joel and Casper, who sailed around the harbor in their own boat Diana for several years. The boats and the magnitude might be different, but the original ambition of creating a homelike feel remains. A microphone array  combines a large number of individual microphones to create a highly directional audio output.  The challenge of isolating and capturing desired sound in noisy environments is a well-known problem. Our products allow an operator to zoom in on a particular area and record sound in much the same way a camera zooms in a scene. This is achieved by using sophisticated digital signal processing of audio from several hundred microphones combined into a single system. EquaFish is a company developing the only complete decision-making tool for fish farm operation. The AquaCulture industry is facing mass mortality and decreased yields as a result of knowledge and data being fragmented througout the farm. One facility usually have 10-15 different systems, Excell sheets and notes where only 10-15% of the functionality is actually used. EquaFish streamlines, process and visualize the data so that every employee, no matter role, understand the plan, status and future of the production. This $140B problem is faced by salmon farmers, telapia, halibut, shellfish and char farmers all alike. The tech is the same, even though the species is not.
