Impact Roasters is a social coffee enterprise supporting coffee farmers and local communities in Ethiopia through its trade model called Impact Trade.    We bring coffee beans directly from small-scale farmers without middlemen from the highlands of Ethiopia, which we roast locally at our roastery in Copenhagen.    At the moment, we run different Impact projects in Ethiopia bringing significant changes to the local coffee farming communities.   Nidzara Fazlic and Daniel Halalla (Ethiopian)  started the company to bring the Ethiopian coffee culture to Scandinavia: roasting the coffee on the spot, enjoying coffee as a social drink and appreciating the work of the coffee growers who are part of the company. She has more than 20 years of experience as an international educator in both Denmark and Sweden (International Baccalaureate).Nadeem Nasir is a software developer with 12 years of experience in web development working as a full stack developer. He studied a Master in Computer Science at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden and worked at the IT University of Copenhagen.Tee Fwo Yi, Jude is working as a research and marketing analyst. Fwo Yi is a registered nurse in Malaysia and has a combination of public health and international research experience across Sweden, Singapore and Malaysia. She graduated with a Master in Global Health from Karolinska Institutet 2016 and analysed data from the Regassa study in Sweden.Mattias Hammarhorn started at MyIndicators as an intern and is now working as a Full stack developer. Mattias graduated from the program System development .Net  at Learnia Yrkeshögskola 2018.Sandhya Rani started at MyIndicators after she graduated from the program Technical tester at Jensen yrkeshögskola  and is now working as a software tester.
