Giv Effektivt is a philanthropic fundraising organization that aims to 100x the impact of donations to charity. We search for the charity interventions that can improve or save most lives per dollar donated. In other words, we support some of the world's most cost-effective charity interventions within health and poverty eradication and pass on 100% of private donations directly to the cause. We can do that, as our operations costs are coved by external funding from philanthropic organizations and foundations that support our work. Our recommendations are based on +60.000 hours of research from some of the best charity evaluators, such as GiveWell and Giving What We Can. Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division). Based on those learnings, it was clear that a simple and affordable customer service platform was missing for small and mid-sized businesses. So in the summer of 2023, he founded Herodesk and entered a deep-red ocean with many established competitors, but with a mission to make great helpdesk software available for the masses. We've found product market fit, and it's time to scale the businesses nationally and internationally.

HP-appen is a learning platform where students can prepare for the SweSAT exam (Högskoleprovet), a Swedish university admission exam with 100k test takers yearly. We are helping young people to study for university admission tests by building an interactive and gamified study platform, so they can get into their dream education. We launched our platform 2023 and have more than 20 000 registerered users.
