Onboard Norway

Onboard Norway bistår bedrifter og organisasjoner som flytter utenlandske spesialister til Norge. Vi bistår med alt det praktiske man må tenke på når man flytter til et nytt land; immigrasjonspapirer, registrering hos politi og skattemyndigheter, finner bolig, ordner med bankkonto osv. Vi jobber med spennende bedrifter og organisajsjoner som ansetter veldig interessante folk fra hele verden. Det gjør at vi i det daglige har med masse fantastiske folk å gjøre. Målet er å gjøre prosessen med flytting til Norge så smooth som mulig slik at disse spesialistene kan flytte hit uten bekymringer - fokusert på sin nye jobb og sitt nye liv i Norge fra dag én! Selv om konseptet ble startet opp allerede i 2009 har Onboard Norway gått inn i en ny fase som Startup med satsning innen flere nye service-områder og nye geografiske områder. Vi driver fleksibelt og er i en typisk "Start-up: Scale-up" fase.

ØNSKEBO

We are Finnish company that wants to create better world through innovative thinking and modern technology. Well known fact is that nations globally face huge challenges with aging population. We worry about this - a lot. Our desire is to build user-friendly solutions with life based design that help people live independently. We want to have an impact to the society not only by developing new tools but also by creating discourses that value seniors life. Multigenerational living that has been a tradition in countries such as Japan and Mediterranean countries is now much less common. A number of nations are experiencing a dramatic increase in the number of seniors living alone including Nordic countries. Challenge involves not only seniors but also family members. Adult children are facing unique pressures to care for their aging parent as well as their own family and children. This is a group of people generally aged thirty to sixty that are actively caring for generations both younger and older than their own, with the older generation sometimes living a far distance away. Our solution gives easy access to everyday communication between family members. Communication is both active and passive. Active videocalls and shared calendar support every day activities and increases users sense of belonging and personal autonomy. Passive sensor data creates trends and gives family members better understanding of activities of daily living. Our solution is a consumer product and designed for seniors use.

Vi er en dansk webshop, som fokuserer 100% på tøj til den modne kvinde. Det betyder, at alt vores tøj er nøje udvalgt til at løse de udfordringer med pasform, der naturligt kommer med alderen. På seks år har vi taget rejsen fra selv at indlevere pakker i den lokale boghandel til at sende tusindvis af pakker hver måned i tre lande. Planen er at vækste yderligere og udvide med endnu flere lande. Næste stop er Holland. Vi er en moderne virksomhed, som vil være de bedste til alt vi gør. Vi arbejder så vidt muligt ud fra et data- og teknologi-drevet mindset, og ambitionerne er skyhøje. Men vi er også en familievirksomhed, som går op i at hygge os og have det godt sammen.

iZell

We’re living in a buyer-centric world, where companies need to connect with customers on their terms. But the scale and nature of online business means it's harder than ever to create personal connections with customers. That's why we created iZell -- to help businesses build better customer relationships through personalized one-to-one liveshopping experiences. We´ve developed a solution based on three insights… 1. Personal digital meetings. There is a need for e-retailers to bring personal shopping experience online. Today, there is no good support for personal digital meetings (one-to-one) where sellers can showcase products live and help the customer to buy, for example by adding products to the shopping cart. 2. Modern communication. There is a need to improve the customer experience with modern communication such as chat, video and live streaming. Today's consumers are used to modern communication such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Youtube, TikTok. 3. Omnichannel communication. There is a lack of sales coordination between physical stores and e-commerce (omnichannel) which puts the buyer at the center and uses the selling company's resources efficiently.

Be Customer Smart

Be Customer Smart offers AI Optimised CX Management solution that uses operational data to reveal what causes customer dissatisfaction and churn along customer journeys to help businesses know how to improve customer retention, and increase customer satisfaction and revenue. In order to reduce churn, one must know why customers leave. The traditional methods such as surveys are slow and provide incomplete and biased data due to low response rates. In contrast, our AI Optimised CX Management solution takes already existing data of daily operations and builds a machine learning model to calculate the following in real-time for the whole customer base, each segment or an individual customer: 1. How each customer touchpoint impacts retention and future revenue 2. The most important improvement areas and their revenue impact 3. Which customer-centric KPIs to track and what are optimal target values 4. Which customers are likely to leave and why 5. The overall revenue at risk

Live Klassisk

Live Klassisk is a new digital platform for classical music, providing easy access to all live classical concerts, festivals, ensembles and venues in Scandinavia. Our goal is to make classical music more approachable and engaging through a strong unified digital presence. The platform is the first of its kind for classical music and has a significant global potential in a big and widely respected industry that is - thankfully for us - lacking digital innovation. In spite of lockdown, our small team has already made a big impact on the classical music industry in Scandinavia in a very short time. Now is the time to think big and to expand - and for that we are looking for partners and potential co-founders. We buy our coffee direct from the farmers. We only buy Specialtycoffee grown without any peticides. We have a headquarter in Brazil from where we also make education for the farmers. Today we have a danish and a german webshop, cafees and shops in Denmark, Germany and Italy. We have our own roasterys and warehouse. We have a subscriberservice for a new coffee every month, and we sell to offices, cafees and restaurants who want to serve good sustainable coffee.

Zerion is a pharmaceutical development company improving the formulation of poorly soluble drugs (oral solid dosage forms) that are currently not reaching their therapeutic potential. Through the use of our proprietary formulation platform, Dispersome®️, we aim to develop new treatment options for patients across all therapeutic areas. We are focused on improving existing drug products by building an internal pipeline. In addition, we are partnering with originator pharma companies to enable their early stage drug molecules. Using our enabling excipient-based technology we strive to improve the lives of patients around the world. Zerion was established in 2019 as a spinout company from the University of Copenhagen based on almost a decade of research.

By using IoT sensors to analyze the human-made noise, Waved automatically adjusts the music volume to a perfect level - no matter the circumstances. We make the restaurant and hospitality experience better, no more shouting to hold a conversation - the background music will always balanced. WHY WAVED? THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The goal of restaurants, bars and other eating and drinking venues is to provide the best customer experience possible. The customer’s well-being is directly linked to the amount of money spent during their stay and the likelihood that they will return. THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND Research has shown that a well composed sound environment has direct impact on how the guest’s overall experience and even how the taste of the food and drinks are perceived. LARGE INVESTMENTS IN SOUND EQUIPMENT Most restaurants and bars know how important the sound environment is for a good customer experience and it is common to spend thousands of dollars on sound equipment. WHAT DECIDES THE VOLUME? The volume is usually controlled manually by waiters or bartenders in-between their other duties. Lack of information and knowledge of the customers perception often lead to poor volume level decisions. THE SOLUTION IS WAVED Wall-mounted sensors are placed around the venue and listens to the sound environment. Waved’s brain is build around our self-developed algorithm.
