These include the following services: - client-specific project development - in-house project development - pre-feasibility studies (literature surveys, market assessment) Currently, Finnish companies are in a transition towards sustainable and/or environmentally-friendly business policies. We are at the frontier of the nordic goal of decreasing carbon footprint, and in the future we intend to expand our services internationally. As of today, we already have two clients, one Finnish and one international.

Rent Guide is a legaltech startup, who's giving the tenants a fighting chance against their landlords. By lowering their rent and getting them compensated, we're enabling tenants to exercise their rights, and ensure fair conditions against their landlord on even footing. By leveraging on technology and legal expertise, we handle the client's case from end to end, only requiring a fee if we win the case (no cure, no pay) - with little needed involvement from the client. We're working hard on making the process as smooth and automated as possible, to allow us to represent as many tenants as possible, with a fee they can afford. With a diverse set of backgrounds ranging from tech-development and banking, to marketing and strategy consulting - and of course, law - we're able to use a wide array of skills and experiences to make Rent Guide into the best that it can be. Since it was founded back in 2016, Rent Guide has made a solid place in the market, and are now looking at ways to expand.

Intercare is developing an "aibnb for private healthcare" that will make it much easier for patients to get access to the treatment they need. For most patients private healthcare is a jungle to navigate. The market is huge and confusing and deciding on which treatment to choose can seem like an impossible task. With Intercare we are providing a simple and clear path to private treatment. Our two sided marketplace allows private hospitals to easily register a storefront that gives them an international pressence and better marketability. All while providing patients better access to the treatment they need. On the platform patients can a) search and compare the treatment options that are available, b) review what the specific healthcare providers has to offer and c) get in direct contact or book a treatment. Intercare is funded by the danish Innovation fund and we collaborate with some of the biggest healthcare providers in Europe. The core team consists of three developers and designers and our advisory board consists of some of the leading experts within public and private healthcare. We have developed a simple beta version and are raising more capital to build a commercially viable solution that scales internationally. Our next milestone will be in june when we are launching our new solution that will greatly improve the experience for our users and customers.

We enable the rapid development and deployment of next generation products for insurers.Founded in 2018, Kinga, taken from Swahili means to protect or provide immunity. Our offering was borne out of the need to accelerate product development. By using cloud based services we offer our services through a SaaS (software as a service) revenue model.Currently in talks with Top 5 insurers in South Africa, we are looking to launch in 2019.

The total amount of carbon on Earth is constant but for a balanced and healthy nature it is currently in the wrong form: as carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In the CarbonToSoil mobile app consumers get to participate in agriculture where regenerative farming is used to draw carbon from the atmosphere into the soil more efficiently than before. Through the app anyone can support farms to change their agricultural methods to regenerative farming. The app also allows the user to personally participate in food production and to see how food is grown. The proceeds raised through the app project are used to regenerating more land, research, education and scaling the project global.
