A personal trainer needs a gym to do his job, you can solve it in different ways, you get employed at a gym and then you usually get a small amount per time you hold a training session. Other alternatives are that you rent in a gym where you have to pay a certain percentage at the time as rental cost or a fixed monthly rent which is usually very high.
