The system can be used for documentation of the work performed including the execution of simple workflows like e.g. creating a parking lot, dig a drain and small roads. It provides the possibility to work with designs provided by a surveyor. Thereby, the machine operator or the contractor can save the expenses for a man on the ground and the surveyor, work up to 30% more effective and use fewer resources.

Untreated jaundice in newborns is responsible for more than 100,000 deaths and a substantial number of permanent brain damages each year. Cheap treatment is available through e.g. sunlight, but the diagnostic devices in use today cost around 10,000 dollars, making them practically unavailable in low-resource settings.

Holmestrand Skitunnel AS (HST) er etablert for å bygge om veitunnelen i Holmestrand til helårs skianlegg for langrenn, skiskyting og paraidrett. Det er gjennomført en mulighetsstudie under ledelse av Olafsen Prosjektadministrasjon AS i Sande, Senter for Idrettsanlegg og Teknologi (SIAT) ved NTNU i Trondheim og  Terje Grønmo Arkitekter AS i Oslo, i et nært samarbeid med Vestfold Fylkeskommune som eier tunnelen. Det er inngått i alt syv intensjonavstaler med lokale og nasjonale bedrifter om det videre arbeidet. Målet er å ta anlegget i bruk i 2019.
