Alle sikkerhetsprodukter styres fra Homely-appen. Homely har inngått avtale med Storebrand forsikring som tilbyr og anbefaler løsningen til sine kunder.

It Renhold er et moderne og kundevennlig renholdsfirma som satser sterkt på innovasjon. Dette for å sikre våre kunder tjenester av høyeste kvalitet samt en enkel måte å bestille tjenester på mobil-app og nettside. Takket være det har våre kunder mulighet til å bestille en rekke tjenester som vi kan tilby, på en enkel og hyggelig måte. Våre tjenester er rettet mot privatpersoner, bedrifter og det offentlige. Vi har planer om å dekke hele Norge og gi folk en enkel måte å bestille en rengjøring og hushjelp når de trenger det. Vi bryr oss om sikkerheten til våre kunder, derfor er vi ikke et selskap hvis konsept forbinder "Uber". Vi har våre egne ansatte som er godt forberedt og erfarne, det er en garanti for høyeste kvalitetstjenester. Bruken av et mobilt og online bestillingssystem gir deg også muligheten til å skaffe nye kunder enklere og raskere. Vårt konsept er også innovativt fordi det gjennom vårt aktivitetssystem bidrar til å skape ny arbeidsplass og reduserer den svarte sektoren for rengjøringstjenester. Vår oppstart ble etablert i 2018 i desember, mobilappen for Android ble publisert samme måned og i mars i år appen for iOS. Vi begynte å selge tjenester på markedet siden desember og har allerede gjennomført over 150 bestillinger som ble bestilt online. For øyeblikket ser vi etter en investor, dette vil gi oss muligheten til å aktivere markedsføringsmuligheten som vi nå ikke har kapital til. (Reklamekampanje på internett, annonsere din virksomhet lokalt, aviser, etc.) Vi planlegger også å forvandle selskapet til et AS-selskap, som gir oss større muligheter for samarbeid og finansiering. Vi håper at vårt selskap vil vokse og skape nye arbeidsplasser i markedet for rengjøringstjenester. Vi har også en plan om å kjøpe elbiler som gjør at vi kan være mer miljøvennlige. (Hvis bilens ladet blir utført hos kunden, vil prisen på tjenesten bli lavere!) Nutcracker Solutions AS

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

Ved blant annet automatisering av rapportgenerering og optimalisering av informasjonsflyt tilbyr vi våre kunder et markedsledende arbeidsverktøy for due diligence-prosesser og transaksjoner. ENVE skal gå i bresjen for å bidra til digitalisering og modernisering av transaksjonsmarkedet.

Nordic Electrofuel

Nordic Electrofuel offers a solution for the rapid transition from fossil to renewable electrical energy for all transport sectors. It is based on the conversion of renewable electric energy into liquid electro-fuels that can be as easily transported, stored, and used as conventional fossil hydrocarbons. It also provides a good solution to distribute and store stranded electrical energy. PTL (Power To Liquid) has been considered too expensive, but with the low electricity price in Norway and new efficient processing and upgrading solutions, it has become commercially feasible. Electrification of transportation is required to avoid catastrophic climate change. Battery- or cable-electric solutions are not feasible for transport like aviation and long-distance marine transport. Liquid energy carriers such as biofuels are desperately needed but limited. The fuel is free of sulfur and can therefore be used maritime industry as a fuel after 2022. The fuel emits much fewer particles and aromatics than conventional fossil fuel, so it also solves the local pollution problem. Competitive advantages: • Norway’s low electricity price from hydro and lately also wind power. • 20 - 30 % lower electricity consumption than with existing technology • Lower production price than advanced biofuels • Agreements in place for a site at Herøya, which has all utilities (cooling water, cheap renewable electricity, etc.) and processing expertise available. • About the same source to shaft efficiency as hydrogen, but with much lower total CAPEX due to no investment in distribution systems and engines.

BusinessClass.com is (other than the founder/CEO) backed by a former C-level manager of a major airline and a co-founder of a unicorn (a company valued at more than 1 USD billion). We are currently considering raising additional risk capital for further developing BusinessClass.com and creating the world's best search engine for premium travel!

SevenSix

“SevenSix is a learning and development platform to empower tennis players through their careers. It will be a holistic service, transforming data into knowledge about strengths and opportunities, to optimize how the player exercises, competes, eats, sleeps, thinks and is motivated. This is done by gathering, transforming, combining, and visualizing ALL relevant data, bridging science and technology combined with methodology and experience. ” MVBP is ready and is beeing tested on the national team of tennis and Stavanger Tennisklubb. The development is supported by Microsoft and Capgemini.SevenSix will be distributed to 100 million tennis players with membership in Tennis Federations.

Zirius Kompetanse AS

Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.
