Gaddr är ett innovationshus som verkar inom branscherna Tech & Innovation, AI, EdTech, Digital Agency & Media och CoWorking i Stockholm sedan 2016. Vi ett team på 10 heltidspersoner som älskar teknik, tillväxt och innovation, och det tror vi att du också gör. En mix av programmerare, designer, marknadsförare och studio-personer.

Photic Flotation

Vi er to gründere som utvikler et nytt produkt rettet mot "båtliv" og fritidsbruk.  Produktet er rettet mot sikkerhet og livredning. Under halvparten av dagens båtbrukere bruker flytevest, til tross for at det ble påbudt i 2015. Dette er et problem vi ønsker å ta tak i. Vi mener dagens løsninger for "flytevester" er for tungvinte og vårt produkt har dermed i hensikt i å senke terskelen for å ta i bruk livreddende utstyr på sjøen. Vi har fått støtte av Innovasjon Norge til fase 1 og  2. Vi er to brødre som begge er 24 år gamle, begge studerer ved Handelshøyskolen BI, og begge har operativ erfaring fra Forsvaret. RiskFinder

RiskFinder helps the companies that keep heat, water and power running stay ready when something goes wrong. Our customers are utilities and critical infrastructure operators. Every year they face more cyber threats, extreme weather, supply chain failures and new rules. Most of them already have emergency plans and risk assessments. But the information sits in long documents, spreadsheets and people's heads. That is exactly where it is useless in a real crisis. We turn it into something teams can use under pressure: clear action cards, live risk tracking, exercise planning, supplier and asset overviews, and the proof that they are ready. This is not a tool for auditors. It is for the person on shift when a plant goes down at 3am, who has to make the call and keep the city warm. Those are the high-stakes moments we build for. When it counts, the work has to hold. We are early. RiskFinder is a small operation working with serious customers on hard problems. There is no narrow lane to stay in. You will see how the whole thing fits together, from talking to the people who run a plant to shipping the feature that helps them. Memorise

1. Short description (the pitch) Memorise is building a powerhouse network of senior digital-marketing specialists that helps growth companies turn marketing spend into measurable pipeline — with a client-set price cap, no lock-in, and full ownership of everything we build. 2. The What (the problem) Most companies overpay for marketing that can't prove its worth. Traditional agencies bill for activity, not outcomes: junior-heavy teams, opaque retainers, and reports that count clicks instead of revenue. Clients rarely own their own accounts or data, which quietly locks them in. It affects nearly every SME and scaleup buying marketing — budget leaks into overhead and "the name on the invoice" rather than work that actually moves the business. 3. The How (the solution) Memorise runs as a powerhouse: an in-house strategy function leads every engagement and activates senior specialists from our network — SEO, Google Ads, web, content and AI search — only when the work demands it. Every action is tied to a business goal and reported as leads and pipeline, not impressions. We work to a price cap the client sets (never more; less if we spend less), with no binding period, and the client owns all accounts, data, code and material from day one. And we go all the way to execution, not just the report. 4. The Why (the motivation) We started Memorise because the agency model is built backwards — clients pay for the office, the brand on the invoice and a PDF, while the right senior person is never free when you need them. We'd watched too many businesses pay premium retainers for junior work, then lose access to their own data the moment they wanted to leave. Memorise is the answer: pay for the work that's actually done, prove the result, and let clients keep everything. Marketing that shows up in the business, not just on the invoice.

We're building the future of tennis - one Smart Tennis Court at a time Zenniz makes tennis courts intelligent. Our system delivers electronic line calling, real-time match analysis, video tools, and gamified drills by turning sensor data and video into insights that help players, coaches, and clubs perform at their best. We are used on courts around the world, and we are growing fast. This year, we are expanding our customer support operation from Finland into North America and beyond. The Elevator Pitch GEIST is developing next-generation sailing apparel for recreational and lifestyle sailors who want protection and freedom on the water—without the bulk, stiffness, or elitist aesthetics of traditional sailing gear. By combining high-performance materials, real-world testing, and community-driven design, GEIST delivers technical sailing wear that enhances the experience instead of getting in the way. 2. The What: What are you solving? Sailing apparel today is largely designed for professional racers or extreme offshore conditions—resulting in garments that are heavy, rigid, over-engineered, and visually disconnected from how most people actually sail. This creates a gap for: - Recreational sailors - Lifestyle / adventure sailors - Coastal and day sailors who want reliable protection from wind, spray, and weather, but also comfort, mobility, and a modern aesthetic they enjoy wearing. As a result, many sailors compromise—either wearing gear that limits movement and comfort, or using outdoor apparel not built for marine conditions. This problem affects a broad and growing segment of sailors globally, especially as sailing increasingly overlaps with outdoor lifestyle, travel, and community-driven experiences. 3. How GEIST is solving it GEIST designs sailing apparel from the experience outward. We start by deeply understanding how our users move, layer, vent heat, and interact with their gear during real sailing scenarios—not idealized ones. From there, we: - Develop function-led designs focused on mobility, breathability, and smart protection - Use premium 3-layer performance fabrics and components chosen for durability, comfort, and sustainability - Prototype early and test continuously with sailors in real conditions - Co-create features, fit, and details with our community rather than designing in isolation Our first products—a sailing jacket and trousers—are built to be worn actively on the water and comfortably before and after, bridging performance and lifestyle without compromise. 4. Why GEIST exists GEIST started from lived frustration. As a sailor and outdoor enthusiast, I repeatedly experienced how traditional sailing gear interrupted the very thing it was supposed to support—the feeling of being present, capable, and free on the water. Gear was either too stiff, too bulky, too aggressive, or simply not designed for how most people sail today. I realized this wasn’t a niche problem—it was systemic. And it wasn’t being solved because the industry hadn’t truly shifted its perspective. GEIST exists to reimagine sailing apparel from the standpoint of experience, movement, and modern sailing culture. It’s about stripping away unnecessary complexity and designing gear that supports focus, confidence, and enjoyment—so when the wind hits, the world narrows, and the gear disappears.
