Aega ASA is a solar utility company that acquires and operates solar power plants. The company currently owns a portfolio of seven individual solar parks in the Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardia regions in Italy with a combined production capacity of 7MWp, and an initial annual electricity production of approximately 10GWh depending on the annual solar irradiation.  The company focuses on acquisitions of smaller existing solar parks (below 5MWp capacity), following strict investment criteria.  The company targets to reach a total production capacity of 20MW within 2017 by taking advantage of the current attractive market for secondary solar parks meeting the strict investment criteria.

The company is founded and run by Constance and Tonje, two Norwegian product designers with extensive background from development and production of tableware. Vår visjon er å tilgjengeliggjøre aktivitet og legge til rette for god helse for personer med nedsatt funksjonsevne gjennom å utvikle innovativt sportsutstyr med god funksjon og godt design. Vår kjernevirksomhet er utvikling. Vi gjør hele prosessen fra behovskartlegging og bruksanalyser til prototyping og produksjonsforberedelser. I noen tilfeller utfører vi også produksjon av ferdige produkter. Vi har stor fokus på, og legger stor innsats i, å finne de grunnleggende behovene og å innvolvere brukerne i hele utviklingsforløpet. Vi mener dette er grunnleggende for å oppnå produkter med god og riktig funksjon. Firmaet består av Anders Seim og Peder Kjærnli, begge utdannet sivilingeniører i produktutvikling ved NTNU. Begge har idrettserfaring fra satsning i junioralder, og vi har alltid tilbrakt mye tid i verkstedet.

I 2012 ble vi involvert i et prosjekt i samarbeid med Bergen kommune. Formålet med prosjektet var å motivere eldre og personer med demens til å bli mer fysisk aktive. Resultatene fra prosjektet var så gode at vi ønsket å starte et selskap for å kunne tilby konseptet i hele Norden. Motitech AS ble derfor etablert i oktober 2013.  I dag hjelper vi institusjoner og dagsentre i Norden til å gi et økt tilbud om trening for eldre. Dette gjør vi gjennom MOTiview. Vi leverer også et bredt utvalg av treningsapparater, inkludert Thera Trainer Tigo og MOTOmed VIVA. Vi brenner for at eldre og personer med demens skal få økt livskvalitet og bedre fysisk helse. Videre ønsker vi å bidra til økt kompetanse i Helse-Norge rundt fysisk trening blant eldre og personer med demens.  Motitech AS er et Innovasjon Norge-støttet selskap som holder til i Meland kommune, nord for Bergen.
