Useeum is a well-tested solution, and the combination of its collaborative yet versatile and customizable medium, with the integrated gamification engine, makes it unique in Europe. Useeum has become the dominant app in Denmark with around 80 institutions on board and is growing in Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, Estonia, and Italy.

Lawla is developing a legal tech SaaS platform to help Lawyers in Sweden doing legal investigations in an efficient way that saves them time and makes it easier to collaborate by having a structured approach to legal investigations that are integrated with legislation and which is searchable and can be reused and collaborated on. Currently dispute lawyers often do their legal investigations by copying and pasting legislation into word documents that are then email back and forth to their colleagues. This makes it hard to reuse because the format often varies, and they are often hard to find when needed. Lawla’s SaaS for legal investigations have a well-defined structured and integrates with digital legislation (laws, cases, literature). The investigations created in Lawla can be shared within the firm so that the team can collaborate and then they are searchable. We got started because we realized there is a real need for a product like this and the current players don’t seem inclined to build it. When we started discussing the product, we realized that our combined skillset would be ideal for building this product and we worked very well together. When analyzing the market, we realized the level of technology is pretty low compared to most other industries and our approach with a much more tech and AI heavy approach to this would be very different from existing products. We are two founders, one who has a long background as a lawyer and one who has a long background in tech and machine learning.

The CargoGator is a bike trailer developed for moving cargo and parcels in the city. It is made from light-weight materials, can be mounted to almost any bike or e-bike, and with separate break-system, it is easy to handle for even non-experienced riders. With an ever growing number of last-mile and on-demand services in the cities, more and more pressure on the road networks, and a need to reduce our carbon-emission, we need to think of t.ex. bike deliveries as a part of the solution to solve transportion demands in the cities. Instead of everyone developing their own cargobikes, which can be expensive and only serves one purpose, as cargobikes, we will offer the CargoGator to bike-sharing programmes across Europe. For free. We have developed the CargoGator so it can be adapted to almost any e-bike, and the cover of the trailer, is made of strong PVC material that can be printed with any ads or commercials, which we will be selling to third parties, who wish to have their messages exposed in a new eco-friendly way on a whole new outdoor platform. Exposure of the ads will both be visible when riders are moving through the city, but as most pick-up stations of bike-sharing programmes are where people need them, the ads will also be exposed even when not rented out. Users of a shared bike/trailer solution will be both private persons living and moving in the city, and who occasionally will have a need of getting personal effects, large buys or other transported, but also professional riders, who are working for the growing number of on-demand services, couriers, supermarked delivery services a number of times a week. Instead of the riders themselves or their employers need to invest and allocate expensive cargobikes or other equipment, it will simply be possible to pick up a bike and trailer in the nearest bike-station, which is already financed through commercials. This is our core business model. There is ofcourse a market also for sellling the CargoGator to companies with their own fleet of bike-trailers or cargobikes, public institutions or other potential clients, who have a need or wish for a flexible and eco-friendly transport solution.

The design must be able to last for several generations, the price must be at the lowest level, with as few intermediaries as possible. The choice of material means we only use FSC-labeled wood and packaging, and only work with environmentally certified manufacturers.

Vårt uppdrag är att uppfinna en process för att designa bort CO2 och vi är på god väg. Just nu siktar vi in oss på utsläpp som orsakas av den digitala industrin, närmare bestämt hemsidor (utgör 7% av den globala strömförbrukningen redan). Med vår metod får man som kund en klimatsmart hemsida som dessutom är snabbare och leder till fler konverteringar. I framtiden kommer vi bredda vårt erbjudande för att omfatta fler branscher som behöver hjälp att minska sina utsläpp av växthusgaser.
