Let's Roll

Let’s Roll connects the global roller skating community in a social network built for roller skating. Our goal is to gather all the roller skaters, all the skate spots, and all the knowledge of the community in one place. The Let's Roll app tries to take on some of the key problems facing skaters all over the world: Where do I skate, who do I skate with, and how do I progress in my skills? We try to combine these elements, into an exercise tracker, focused on roller sports and specifically roller skating. We want to collect and share the collective knowledge of the global skate community using modern GPS tracking, to locate all the best skate locations for different styles around the world, and we want to make it easy for skaters to connect with others in their area. Finally, we want to create a resource for learning new moves and tricks and make it easy to track progress and unlock new abilities as a skater. We are friends, roller skaters, and tech nerds from Ukraine and Denmark who have banded together to create the Let’s Roll App. We love the skating community and how roller skating brings joy to people, and we believe the best ideas are created when you listen to the people you want to service. For that reason, the Let’s Roll app has been built with direct involvement from a growing community of skaters from day one.

NoAge

Executive Summary: a mission for state and individual The public health welfare-oriented offerings in many countries are under pressure; aging populations, more complex disease diagnosis pictures, lack of trained staff, decreasing budgets, more efficient yet also expensive medicine and an expectation from the population to receive state of the art treatment. There is a general lack of incentive models in the health care cycle, from physiotherapists to general practitioners to provide that little difference which means the world to the individual user. Further, the welfare way of thinking pushes the responsibility of peoples’ general health situation to the authorities. NoAge will motivate to do a difference for yourself and the system – and make a difference where it matters the most. To people. Private initiative has a unique window of opportunity to provide cooperative assistance to the ever so pressured public health institutions. NoAge is part of that window of opportunity. NoAge will raise the well-being of some of the weakest persons in our societies. The disabled, the gross overweight, those with mixed disease pictures, basically everyone who in their treatment will benefit from fitness, personal training, and professional guidance under a roof of combined health offerings. NoAge is a unique state-of-the-art fitness center with access to health care professionals that aims to provide a unique experience to disabled, blind and cancer patients, including wheelchair users and people needing rehabilitation after an accident and everyone else with diseases and who are part of health oriented medical or monitored treatment for whatever disease it may be. Yet, NoAge is also a center which wants to attract people who just wish to exercise in a modern training facility – NoAge is for everyone, but focusing on the greater benefit – to relief public health institutions and to improve health situation for our users and fellow citizens and to contribute in curing diseases. The body is complex, our solution is simple. With access to hospital professionals referrals of patients for every day use is much more unique and motivating for users than a visit ordinated by your local municipality or region every once in a while. We consider NoAge a win for every stake-holder – and with the unique AI which comes with membership we can collect health data which can be used for a number of purposes – worldwide.

Brainy

We're on a mission to change the way people learn at work At Brainy, we believe that learning at work is fundamentally broken. Existing tools are not built for the way people learn today. We all have different people and organisations we follow, topics we care about and sources where we go to harvest the latest. But individual learning creates knowledge silos and scatters everything across too many tools and platforms. This makes it incredibly hard for companies to create a source of truth, one tailored to the way we actually learn, where everyone pulls from the same pool of continuous knowledge and inspiration. Brainy is designed to bridge that gap, by bringing everyone’s daily discoveries to the table, as we believe the more teams we can empower with collective learning, the more innovative and game-changing companies we’ll see.

TioTech AS

We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

Material Mapper AS

Material Mapper’s vision is to create a market of scale for secondary building materials by mapping them in Europe and leading the transition towards a closed-loop circular construction and demolition industry. The European construction industry is urgently lacking clear, centralized access to information about secondary building materials available in their area, due to the fragmentation and inconsistency with which these public data are captured and stored. This makes building planning with quality secondary building materials time and cost-intensive for stakeholders, in turn making it difficult to comply with the EU’s Waste Directive of 70% recycled/re-used building materials. Our young, multi-award-winning company is planning to launch a project over 24 months to build a breakthrough innovation for the whole of Europe using artificial intelligence and machine learning that will extract, read, evaluate, and forecast quantities of secondary building materials for the user, making future planning for property developers seamless through our platform. We are confident that our product is unique and that we have no direct competition. By combining our deep technology, partnership development, and B2B sales expertise, we are already working closely with major industry actors to harness insights and their existing networks for our customer base.

Med-Storm GO

Med-Storm's Skin Conductance Algesimeter (SCA) uses the principle of skin conductance to measure pain, allowing us to titrate the right amount of pain medication for each, individual patient. The pain monitor can be used on patients as young as 23 weeks of gestational age, as well as geriatric patients. MS is currently working on a miniaturized and wireless version of the SCA.
