Our mission is to help the insurance sector get rid of their legacy systems and Excel spreadsheets to really start innovating. Planacy is a modern, flexible & scalable planning platform that helps companies broaden their perspectives and become more successful by making the work with budget, forecast and planning simpler, faster and more value-adding.We aim to conquer medium sized and big sized companies in the Nordic and aim to do so thru a modern tool that makes the work with budget, forecast and planning less of a burden and instead more simple and fun. Planacy is run by a highly motivated and dedicated entrepreneurial team with people of various background within system development, business intelligence and business development. We all have an deep understanding for the technique as well as the customer problems and processes.

Pickit

We provide images for people with something to say. Pickit aggregates pictures from a variety of niched or specialized images sources and serve them to you inside your favourite app. Distribution is integrated and easily accessed by over 1.2 billion users in Microsoft apps such as PowerPoint, Sway, Word & Windows 10. Our curation is dedicated to serve slide show presentation creators. The Pickit Market contains photos from thousands of photographers worldwide and any person or organisation can publish and sell their photos on Pickit Market. The company will return 60% of all income to the photo providers and our community. We know people Not only do we know pictures, but we know people with pictures. The Pickit platform connects photos users, photo providers and photographers worldwide, making it simpler to access quality images. We know pictures We also know pictures, handpicking each image using a unique combination of AI and human curation. This means you get the right picture to make your message stronger and make your work matter. We know collaboration Working with people can be tricky, and keeping track of everyone’s photos can be time-consuming. So, we created an image bank for teams and businesses that will take the frustration out of collaborating with pictures. We know value 85% of images online are stolen, and many people don’t know where to go for legally-cleared photos. We believe in fair photos, so we’re changing the industry by putting 60% of profits back in the hands of the photo providers.

Spotscale

The demand for true digital representation of our physical world is increasing. We offer 3D reconstruction of urban environments, whether for architecture, games or urban planning. We have developed a SaaS platform where images goes in, and 3D models comes out - with a specialization in urban environments such as buildings and blocks. Our customers are both in real estate and among drone operators. We believe 3D mapping alone will be a big business. We are true techies. We love tech. We get excited by algebra. The Spotscale team consists of engineers and developers with degrees in mathematics and computer science. Most of us work in Linköping where we meet once a week to share what we’re working on. A startup is a lot about balancing structure and chaos, and we need to adapt quickly. Within the team, we are respectful to each other, and we stay open-minded. Since we are a pretty small team, everyone is involved in everything, and every opinion is valued. All of us are very self-reliant and use each others strengths. Den giver mulighed for at få online lektiehjælp og kan bruges hjemme som en fleksibel løsning for både skolegang og ekstra undervisning. Skoler kan også købe adgang til platformen til brug i undervisningen, fx i co-teaching, tolærerordninger eller flipped classroom.

KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time).
