FASK founder Aarseth has worked as seaman in many years, the last years offshore and within anchorhandling. He came from goods/bulk trade and older secondhand vessel types to a offshore environment with new and modern vessels with top equipment of all categories onboard. It was therefore nearly  a shock-experience for him, when he at his first rig-move and this up to date working environment,  observed working methods associated with the stone-age while performing the opening of kenterlinks. Aarseth thought to himself that this operation seemed dangerous and cumbersome. He thought of his own sons working in this industry, and felt that this needed a better solution. That thought was the beginning of the kenter link opener, and Fask Tools. Aarseth came in contact with Statoil and Havila, who were immediately interested, but that required testing of this then unknown tool in  safe environment before testing/operation offshore. Testing was performed onshore by Kongsberg Devotek and later offshore and in operation onboard the Havila Mars.

Grooming online är män som på t.ex. sociala nätverk, spelchattar och i telefonappar lurar barn och ungdomar att dela med sig av avklädda bilder, filmer och annat. Detta är redan idag ett stort problem men det växer också snabbt. Grundproblemet är att det är så enkelt att vara anonymitet på nätet. Förövarna kan sitta hemma helt anonymt och därmed helt riskfritt. Det är det vi vill komma åt med Trast. Trast kopplar ihop stark e-identifiering (BankID) med konton på t.ex. sociala medier och säkerställer på så sätt att det finns en känd identitet bakom den man pratar med.
