Yesper

Yesper is the AI civil engineer for construction and infrastructure. Construction and infrastructure teams lose enormous time to manual, document-heavy work — reading tenders, taking off quantities, checking deliverables against the rules. Yesper's AI agents read a project's documents, drawings and models, reason against the Swedish standards, regulations and contracts a project runs on (AMA, AB 04, PBL, Miljöbalken and more), and deliver whole pieces of engineering work: tender review, quantity takeoff from BIM/IFC and drawings, and compliance checks — each with page-level source citations. It integrates live Swedish authority data (Trafikverket, SGU, SMHI, Lantmäteriet), computes in code so the numbers hold, and stores data in the EU.

Tactplan

1 — The pitch Tactplan is developing a location-based scheduling and production control platform to help construction contractors solve the chronic problem of schedule chaos and workflow collisions on site — with a purpose-built planning method that combines Takt Time Planning, real-time progress tracking, and actionable production alarms into one connected tool. 2 — The what Construction projects don't fail because people stop trying. They fail because no one can see what's actually happening — until it's too late. The construction industry is one of the least productive sectors in the developed world, and the root cause is hiding in plain sight: scheduling. Traditional Gantt-based project plans are disconnected from the physical reality of building. They don't reflect how work actually flows through a building — floor by floor, zone by zone, trade by trade. The result is trades colliding, buffers eroding, foremen firefighting, and project managers spending their days in status meetings instead of solving real problems. This isn't a niche problem. It affects virtually every multi-trade construction project, from residential developments to hospitals and infrastructure — representing hundreds of billions of euros in lost productivity annually across Europe alone. 3 — The how Tactplan replaces the Gantt chart with a location-based schedule — a plan structured around where work happens, not just when. Using Takt Time Planning principles, project teams define a steady production rhythm across locations: the right trade in the right place at the right time, with no overlaps and no idle zones. The schedule becomes a live production system. As work progresses, Tactplan captures actual production rates, detects deviations early, and surfaces prioritised alarms so planners and site managers know exactly what to act on. Instead of a plan that gets outdated the moment it's printed, teams get a continuously valid picture of their project — with the tools to keep production moving and catch problems days before they become delays. 4 — The why The construction industry has tools for everything except the thing that matters most: keeping work flowing. The team behind Tactplan comes from civil engineering and construction project management. They've experienced firsthand the frustration of planning systems that look sophisticated on paper but fall apart on site — schedules that no one trusts, updates that never happen, and meetings where everyone knows there's a problem but nobody has the data to act on it. Location-based scheduling and Takt Time Planning have strong academic and practical evidence behind them, but the tooling has never matched the method. Tactplan exists to close that gap — to give construction teams a planning tool that actually reflects how buildings are built, and to make flow-based production control the new standard for the industry.

Gosta Labs

Healthcare is under unprecedented pressure. Patient numbers are rising, workforces are shrinking, and clinical complexity is exploding. Yet clinicians still spend up to half their workday on administrative tasks, navigating fragmented systems and unstructured clinical data while making fast, high-stakes decisions. Gosta is building the AI operating system for healthcare. We turn fragmented clinical data, documentation, and care workflows into structured, actionable support — so healthcare providers can reduce administrative burden, improve coordination across care teams, and make more informed decisions. Our medical-grade platform automates clinical note generation in real time, structures patient data according to institutional standards, and links care decisions to evidence-based guidelines. Real-world results show clinicians completing follow-up documentation in a median of under two minutes, freeing meaningful time for direct patient care. Built in Finland on secure, ISO 27001–certified infrastructure and developed under IEC 62304 for medical software, Gosta is already trusted by leading healthcare providers across Europe — from large private providers and public wellbeing services to specialist centers in fields like oncology. Gosta Labs was founded in 2023 by Lauri Sippola and Henri Viertolahti, the team behind Kaiku Health (acquired by Elekta in 2020). Backed by Voima Ventures, COR Group, Reaktor and others, we're on a mission to give care teams back their time, headspace, and confidence — so every patient encounter can be safer, more personal, and less burdened by administration.

LoyaltyPlays

LoyaltyPlays in brief: Problem: Each year, everyday consumers lose over €100B in expiring loyalty points. Programs are designed to reward the 5% of members with the highest balances, who can afford free flights and hotel stays. The remaining 95%, ordinary consumers who travel a few times a year and earn a few thousand points, have no meaningful rewards available to them. Solution: The LoyaltyPlays anyplay platform opens redemption for this excluded 95%. Members can redeem premium digital entertainment gift cards, including Apple App Store, Google Play, PlayStation, Spotify, and Steam, starting from €5 (roughly 5,000 points). Why digital entertainment: The category has over 85% penetration across all consumer segments and over 90% among digital natives, particularly Gen Z. Our team's previous platform in this space achieved a 24.2% visitor-to-redemption conversion rate with a €23 average redemption value. Why us: The LoyaltyPlays team has over a decade of presence in the international loyalty industry, with direct relationships to loyalty programs ranging from 20M to 250M members. The team has received three international awards, including Red Herring's Most Innovative Companies and The Loyalty Awards' Best Loyalty Partnership. There is active, current demand for this solution across Western and emerging markets.

Ai Rookie

AI Rookie helps companies turn AI interest into real capability. Many organizations want their employees to use AI more effectively, but they struggle to move from inspiration to practical adoption. Traditional training is often too generic, too theoretical, and quickly forgotten. Employees need relevant guidance, hands-on support, and someone they can learn from in the context of their actual work. That is the problem we are solving. AI Rookie is a platform where companies can give their employees access to experienced AI mentors who help them build confidence, skills, and real-world AI workflows. Instead of one-off courses, we focus on practical mentoring that makes AI useful in everyday work. We are building AI Rookie because we believe the biggest barrier to AI adoption is not the state of the technology— it is the gap between potential and implementation. Companies need a better way to help their people learn by doing, ask questions, and apply AI responsibly and effectively.

Asenti

Asenti uses AI to review construction project documents and detect errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before they cause problems on site. By improving quality control early in the process, we help construction teams reduce costly mistakes, avoid rework, and improve coordination across disciplines.

EquaFish AS

EquaFish is a company developing the only complete decision-making tool for fish farm operation. The AquaCulture industry is facing mass mortality and decreased yields as a result of knowledge and data being fragmented througout the farm. One facility usually have 10-15 different systems, Excell sheets and notes where only 10-15% of the functionality is actually used. EquaFish streamlines, process and visualize the data so that every employee, no matter role, understand the plan, status and future of the production. This $140B problem is faced by salmon farmers, telapia, halibut, shellfish and char farmers all alike. The tech is the same, even though the species is not. EquaFish has a SaaS solution bringing all growth, water quality, mortality and feed data into one, exploiting mathematical and statistical data processing to find causes and effects, which the fish farmer can act upon. The result is higher yield with reduced risks in the production, increased effiency, knowledge sharing and learning with the employees. Finally fish produced in more stable environments with less risk of death and non-friendly conditions. EquaFish was startet on the belief that one of the biggest industries deserve the newest and best tools. The time of post-it notes, Excell and systems from the 90s died 15years ago and the AquaCulture industry didnt get the memo. So if you want to create real change for a sustainable, profitable and animal friendly industry, EquaFish is the place that gets that done.

BioPilot

Only 7.9% of new medicin is approved for phase 1 clinical programs - life saving cures are being scrapped because of poor reproducibility. Today, researchers designing complex in vitro and in vivo experiments jump between many tools that do not talk to each other. Protocols are written in free text, naming is inconsistent, raw data is scattered across drives, and inventory and cell banks are tracked separately. This makes it hard to reproduce experiments, compare results across projects, trace which cell material went into which batch, and satisfy regulatory expectations. Small and mid-sized labs often cannot afford enterprise platforms like Benchling or Dotmatics, so they manually glue everything together and rarely get to use advanced analytics or AI. BioPilot solves this by standardising the full early-to-in-vivo CTR pipeline in one product. Users can register and template in vitro experiments (differentiation, expansion, cryopreservation, device testing, etc.) and in vivo studies (animals, groups, dosing, housing, ethics documents) using fixed ontologies. This gives every experiment a structured schema and a precise schedule of readouts, barcodes and data types to collect. Raw data (FACS, scRNA-seq, imaging, counters, bioreactor logs, etc.) is then automatically linked back to the right experiment, condition and sample. On top of this, BioPilot offers: • Inventory and cell bank tracking that makes it trivial to trace which vial, edit or expansion batch was used where. • Live bioreactor monitoring with alarms (email / phone) to prevent losing expensive batches. • A growing library of free analytical tools, including automated FACS gating, scRNA-seq pipelines and image analysis that can feed results straight back into the experiment records. • A global ontology service for vendors, instruments, cell lines, species and process terms, with a roadmap for a public API. Because everything is structured and queryable, BioPilot makes it much easier to compare experiments, run Bayesian optimisation on process parameters, and let AI suggest next-step experiments. The pricing is kept aggressively low (free tier plus a simple paid tier based on storage), so smaller biotech and academic groups can access capabilities that are normally reserved for organisations with large software budgets. In short, BioPilot aims to become the operating system for cell therapy R&D: a single, affordable platform where experiments are planned, executed, monitored and analysed in a way that is standardised enough for automation and flexible enough for real-world biology.
