Our mission: We help people feel invested in what they are doing everyday & invested in themselves. We have a vision for Better workplaces, workplaces where people are motivated and empowered. Changing the way we work means changing how we do things but also how we think about work. We identify 3 key areas where we can affect change for the Better. - Learning - Goals - Inclusivity Learning Promoting learning for the sake of learning is key to our ideology. - Employee motivation goes up from getting to explore and expand their skills and knowledge. - New skills are developed in that could prove useful in a future project or product. - Expanding your knowledge and skill will benefit performance in non-direct and often intangible ways. Goals Goals should be Attainable, Realistic, and stemming from the right Motivation. Attainable - To allow goals to be reached and to instill confidence in the people working towards it. - To set ourselves up for success Realistic - To be honest with ourselves about what we can accomplish - To adjust to changing circumstances and new information Right Motivation - To allow consistency of effort Inclusivity Our Products, and our culture should be inherently inclusive. This idea encompasses accessibility : building products that anyone can use. - And goes beyond : building products that everyone can feel was built with them in mind. - We want to consciously address the inherent bias that is built into so many of the processes and products that exist in the workplace.

Techference ApS

Techference ApS is a privately held company HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is a SaaS based solution provider in MICE events industry for attendee management, enhanced experience and event analysis. Techference started operations on 25th Oct 2021. Products: Techference builds and operates SaaS to support MICE events in Europe. Products as on 28Nov 2021 Scanosk: Scanosk is a Do-it-yourself contactless attendee management solution for in-person & hybrid events. It helps to enhance the experience of event attendees using QR code by automating event check-in, seamless access control management and real-time tracking and accurate analytics of the activities for organiser and sponsors. Scanosk further helps to increase the event participation to global audience using its streaming tool. Interlangue: Interlangue is a Remote Simultaneous Interpretation tool to translate live streaming content into multiple languages. It is a widget tool that can be integrated with any virtual / hybrid event platform. Why Techference exists? Scanosk is positioned for the Post-Corona world where in-person attendance to conferences is expected to see a sharp increase in 2022-23. A contactless interaction during check-in can provide much-needed hygiene for the attendees. The customer is event organisers and sponsors. In post-covid times, the large scale events will require strict adherence to “limited contact” during events – this poses a challenge as the current solutions are dependent on attendees making manual contacts during the check-in to the events. Scanosk is positioned to solve this issue while giving in-depth real-time analysis data for events monitoring and Return-on-Investment evaluation.

Nordicode ApS

Vores erfaring er at mange IT virksomheder skaber en for stor distance mellem kunden og de udviklere der skal udføre arbejdet. Enten ved at benytte sig af sælgere uden teknisk baggrund, som har den daglige kontakt med kunden – eller ved at outsource til freelancere eller udviklingshuse i andre lande. Det er også tit en kombination af begge dele. Hos Nordicode ansætter vi udviklere, som både er teknisk dygtige, men samtidig har et inderligt ønske om at gøre en forskel for de kunder vi arbejder med. Dette betyder, at udviklerne er med allerede til første møde med kunden, så de så tidligt som muligt kan få en forståelse for de udfordringer der skal løses. Den stereotype opfattelse af udviklere, som mennesker der helst vil sidde i kælderen omgivet af dåsecolaer og pizzabakker, og ikke kan forklare sig ordenligt, er både forkert og outdated. Hos Nordicode gør vi en dyd ud af at være nørder med forretningsforståelse. Vi sætter derfor en ære i at kunne kommunikere klart og tydeligt, uden at kunden skal have den nødvendige tekniske indsigt. Det er vores opgave at oversætte tekniske spørgsmål og krav, til et sprog som alle kan forstå.

TMchecks

TMchecks is a forever free web application for you to quickly check for trade marks. Whether you’re drop shipping or starting your Print on Demand (POD) business, not infringing other people’s trade marks is important. Trade mark infringement is illegal, even if accidental. You risk wasting your time and effort if you don’t check. Your ecommerce store may be shut down if a trade mark infringement complaint is made against you. Even worse, you may get banned from major platforms like RedBubble, Teespring and Etsy or be sued by the trade mark owner, and therefore negatively affect the ability to earn revenue.

Building Communities is an organisation runned by volunteers in Argentina, Denmark and Guatemala. We support projects that focus on cooperation and sustainable agriculture. We are currently working in reforestation and agriculture in Guatemala. Our mission is to engage more people all over the world in questions of climate justice and social change.

SurveyLabs is a SaaS product, for collecting e.g. customer feedback and user experiences. Our service is template-based and can be used for e.g. analysis of customer loyalty, market research, employee well-being, product feedback and more. We have specially developed a thematic AI analysis to analyze customer loyalty via NPS. SurveyLab is a complete software package with tools for: collection, integration and reporting.

HBS Economics

Vi er en ambitiøs startup, som har en vision om hjælpe jobsøgende med at træffe bedre karrierevalg. Vi skal over de næste år udvikle en datadreven job- og karrierevejviser til jobsøgende. We worry about this - a lot. Our desire is to build user-friendly solutions with life based design that help people live independently. We want to have an impact to the society not only by developing new tools but also by creating discourses that value seniors life. Multigenerational living that has been a tradition in countries such as Japan and Mediterranean countries is now much less common. A number of nations are experiencing a dramatic increase in the number of seniors living alone including Nordic countries. Challenge involves not only seniors but also family members. Adult children are facing unique pressures to care for their aging parent as well as their own family and children. This is a group of people generally aged thirty to sixty that are actively caring for generations both younger and older than their own, with the older generation sometimes living a far distance away. Our solution gives easy access to everyday communication between family members. Communication is both active and passive. Active videocalls and shared calendar support every day activities and increases users sense of belonging and personal autonomy. Passive sensor data creates trends and gives family members better understanding of activities of daily living. Our solution is a consumer product and designed for seniors use.

We are building the most intuitive platform for managing communities across the association life by putting the entire membership journey on autopilot. Streamlining the model for memberships enables us to help administrators run their communities and automate their many manual workflows when onboarding new members and set up billing models.

Markettailor

Markettailor helps B2B marketers convert more website traffic using no-code personalization. 99% of B2B buyers go through the company website at some point in the customer lifecycle. The importance of providing a great website experience has changed when buyers have started taking a more active role in investigating new opportunities online. Most websites today try to reach a customer audience that actually is made of smaller segments that have very different needs. Personalizing the website experience allows businesses to convert more traffic into leads. We identify visiting companies on the website, segment them based on revenue and industry, and serve the most relevant version of the website to the visitor. Our no-code point-and-click editor allows B2B Marketers to create personalized content in minutes. The founder team at Markettailor has experience selling and building martech/salestech products at companies such as Vainu and AccuRanker. Markettailor was founded after we saw how firmographic data could be used to make a massive improvement in the customer experience of B2B customers looking to buy products and find information from websites.
