As such, the company has considerable biological expertise within the fields of microbial ecology and microbial taxonomy. MicroWise also has technical expertise in camera technology, optics, instrumentation and programming. This is a strong team for this particular task. In addition, MicroWise is engaged in a joint efforts with DHI, one of the world’s key accredited institutions with regards to ballast water issues.

Cotio helps air passengers get back items that have been removed from them by airport security.Our concept is based on a straight-forward process, strong software and profound understanding of airport management. The service started at Helsinki Airport in September 2016 and was later on extended to four other airports. We have received two rounds of BusinessFinland funding.

Bitmesh is a company that focuses on IoT and cognitive solutions. We are building several products based on our platform. Our main product is a solution for Smart Buildings. We have started building a prototype for testing fireskids. This will be a part of the fire safety module of our smart building cloud solution.   We will be using cognitive services to analyse data, starting with data from electricity meters and temperature sensor.

So yes, we are fans of Unity3D engine which we use for building our products. - Our conversion rate is higher than mean industry average What have we been upto? We have raised €0 so far from banks, government support funds or investors and are 100% bootstrapped and independant. Why didn't we raised funding? Simply because we didn't need to! Since 2012, all the money invested into the company, our infrastructure and the production of our games is from our own pockets. We work Monday-Friday for day jobs to pay our bills and buy our bread. Then we start slogging from Friday night to Sunday for our own products. Thus our team's nickname is Weekendies. At the moment, we are seeking Advisors and Angel Investors to help us steer the business in the right direction and help us acquire users, thus helping us grow our user community and company.
