Teams that receive engineering drawings — owner's representatives, technical managers, building and asset operators, consultants — are expected to review and comment on them without owning CAD software or knowing how to use it. In practice the review happens across email threads, marked-up printouts and ad-hoc spreadsheets, and by the third revision nobody can say which comments were answered and which were quietly dropped. Xenmark is a browser-based drawing review tool built for that side of the table. Reviewers mark up PDF drawings directly in the browser — no CAD, no per-seat licences for occasional reviewers, no training. Every revision produces the same two documents: a comment plan PDF showing each comment at its marked position on the drawing, and a comment list Excel recording every comment, its status and its response. Closed projects export as a complete archive bundle. The point is not to replace anyone's design tools. It is to make the review cycle traceable from first submission to final close-out, so the record of what was asked and what was answered outlives the project. Greatwill is Finnish consolidation software built for preparing consolidated financial statements under the Finnish Accounting Act (FAS, Finnish GAAP). It breaks the consolidation down into group events: each event is a short form, and the elimination entries, reconciliations and the consolidation worksheet are generated from the data entered in the forms. There is a form for every group event: founding and acquiring a subsidiary, intra-group income, expenses, receivables and payables, unrealised margins in inventory and fixed assets, intra-group dividends, translation differences of foreign subsidiaries, minority interests, the transfer of depreciation differences and tax-based reserves to equity and deferred tax, equity-method accounting for associates, and the sale or merger of a subsidiary. Each form asks only for what matters; exchange rates, tax effects and minority shares are handled automatically. The subsidiaries' own bookkeeping stays untouched. Each company prepares its financial statements in its own accounting software, and the finished statements are imported into Greatwill as files. They are mapped automatically to the FAS group chart of accounts, and accounts marked as intra-group are eliminated directly from the imported figures. A form filled in once carries over to the following financial years: goodwill amortisation, the unwinding of purchase price allocations and recurring eliminations are generated automatically for later periods. Reconciliation statements reveal forgotten or incorrectly filled forms, and every elimination entry can be traced back to the form it came from. The consolidation worksheet, the financial statements and the general journal and ledger are downloaded as Excel files, and auditors can be given read-only access directly in the system. Pricing is based on a base fee plus the forms the group needs, not on user counts or revenue. Data is stored in the EU. Greatwill Oy was founded in 2024 and is based in Helsinki, Finland.

Our product helps property portals, brokerages, and landlords to make listings easier to understand by showing exactly where each photo was taken within the property. Minimapper adds a small floor plan minimap with a viewing marker to listing photos, giving property seekers a clear spatial understanding of the spaces from the very beginning. Even though floor plans and photos are two of the most important assets in real estate marketing, today, this crucial connection is often missing from property listings. Interior photos can look attractive, but users often struggle to understand how the rooms connect, where a photo was taken, and how the property actually feels as a layout. According to a user survey by leading Finnish property portal Etuovi.com, 80 % struggle with spacial understanding without Minimapper, and two-thirds want to see Minimapper in listings, as it helps 87 % to understand the spaces easier. Minimapper is available in all HOAS properties in the Helsinki region, where they manage over 10 000 apartments. In 2025 alone, Minimapper helped over 650,000 students to find their next home more easily. We are now developing Minimapper into an automated AI API that can process property listings at scale. The goal is to enable major real estate portals and listing platforms to automatically add minimaps to property photos whenever a floor plan is available.
