Droner.dk

The biggest drone store in DenmarkDroner.dk is a specialist in building and selling high-end multi-rotor systems and drones. We serve both the professional and the (advanced) amateur. In addition to the Webshop, we also offer drone courses and have a service and showroom in Copenhagen.

Reform

Reform creates custom-designed furniture of good quality and reasonable prices. Offering both entire kitchen solutions as well as parts and products fitting the designs from Ikea, the fundamental desire of Reform is to improve the look and feel of kitchens and to rethink the entire, slightly old-fashioned kitchen business.   By creating a new kitchen concept and providing an online shopping platform the business is made to be scalable. One modus operandi is where Ikea gives advice on the fundamental kitchen composition and Reform then offers the specific products. When you decide you want a customized Reform kitchen or Reform cabinet doors, you send your desired design to Reform - and in less than a month it will be delivered. The philosophy of Reform is to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for every employee. We want motivated people who want their job to be a big part of their life; you spend so much of your lifetime working, so we do what we can to create the best possible framework. Our company structure is flat with a lot of freedom for employees to create their own terms and workflow. We actually call ourselves a family and have both regular and Christmas lunches and enjoy going out for a beer. We often go outside of the office for our lunches as well as for other activities, such as going for Swedish meatballs at Ikea, playing a basketball match or do business meetings on weekend trips abroad.

&tradition

&tradition is a Danish design company established in 2010 with the founding principle being tradition tied to innovation. Their unique library of furniture and lighting spans from the 1930s to the present day and includes designs by internationally renowned designers. Although &tradition is influenced by their Nordic heritage, they handpick design talent and production facilities internationally and across the ages. This is part of their remit to reshape, redefine and reinvent materials, techniques and forms, helping them to find a unique position in the international design market.

KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Barberskabet udsprang af et eksamensprojekt, som stifterne afleverede som en del af deres bacheloruddannelse. Dette skulle ende med at blive startskuddet til en samlet platform for en simpel, fleksibel og nem forsyning af pleje- og hverdagsprodukter til den danske mand. Ved siden af kandidatstudiet blev der pakket barberblade på kollegieværelset, levering til kunderne foregik på cykel, specialet blev udskudt, og der blev optaget SU-lån blot for at få virksomheden og platformen op at køre. I dag står Barberskabet stærkere end nogensinde, og værdierne er stadig de samme: Vi vil være den bedste abonnementsservice for pleje- og hverdagsprodukter til danske mænd. Vores produktportefølje er i konstant udvikling, og kan allerede nu dække danske mænd ind på langt flere områder, når det kommer til personlig pleje og velvære i hverdagen. Fikse AS

Fixing and repairing of consumer goods are declining, and have been for many years. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. At the same time, repair shops need more customers. We will create a digital booking system to make repairing easier and convenient. Consumers can choose their preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from their couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online and a CRM system optimised and co-created with repairers. Our mission is to build a culture for repair and inspire people to take care of what they already have. Our main SDG is number 12 - Responsible consumption and production. Increased volume of repair will lead to lower consumption and inspire consumers to buy less and better products. This is a big goal for Fikse and with our digital system, we know that it will lead to more reuse. In addition, Fikse is also contributing to goals 8, 11, 13 and 17. We care about the environment and will always work for these goals. In other words: We make repairs easy and convenient. Problem Today, repair and maintenance of consumer goods are a real hassle. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. In addition, repair shops need more customers and better margins. They also lack a customized system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Retail businesses have a hard time creating a solution for handling warranty and refund. Research shows that the inconvenience of repair is just as high an obstacle as the price. On the other side, repairers struggle to get customers. They do not have the time, money or resources to be active on social media or promote on digital platforms. They are also lacking a good system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Solution We help repair businesses and retail owners reach out to customers and respond to the emerging market for repairs and circularity. We are in the process of creating a digital booking system to make repairing easy, fast and convenient for all segments above. And we know that this sustainable concept is a service they actually want. At Høyer Paleet in Oslo, you can see for yourself. Together with the high-end retailer, we launched our MVP here in mid may. And what a response. We have over 800 bookings as of september 20, as well as the retail itself. This winter, we will start developing a fully digital version. This way, you can choose your preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from your couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online by creating a CRM system optimized and co-created with repairers. We can manage all cases of repairs connected to warranty and refund for businesses to ensure the consumer a sustainable practice on all levels.
