The Ramp

The Ramp is on a mission to make starting a company in Denmark radically easier. We’re building the go-to platform for entrepreneurs wanting to start a company. We launched in January 2025 with a bold promise: Free company formations for everyone. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of new founders take their first step, and we’re just getting started. Why We Exist: Starting a company is still far too complex, slow, and expensive, especially if you're doing it for the first time. The Ramp is changing that by replacing clunky bureaucracy and scattered services with a clean, digital experience that empowers founders from day one. The Ramp is a partner-driven ecosystem driven by banks, accounting and legal tech tools, which gives founders instant access to the services they need, when they need them. It’s a win-win: Founders save time and avoid mistakes, and partners get to support the next generation of Danish startups from the ground up. The Ramp is part of Luma, our broader mission to build the digital back office for modern founders. We’re backed by a team of experienced entrepreneurs who’ve built and exited legal tech companies before.

StackBoost is a startup that’s transforming the way businesses approach B2B sales and marketing through the power of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Our mission is to make B2B sales journeys more strategic, targeted, and efficient, creating a streamlined pathway from initial engagement to conversion. Township is a recently established tech start-up with funding from Innovationsfonden 🙏 We are reinventing social media, using a unique, patented, cryptographic method for eliminating misinformation and toxicity online! No more photo-shopped phony image, no more deep-fake videos, no more bots spamming your feed, and no more fake accounts claiming to be someone else! 😎 Our team is small, consisting of industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs, coming from previous successful fundraising rounds. The team works mostly part-time/unpaid until we find additional funding, which we plan to do during 2024 🤞
