Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. CircuCity

CircuCity is a circular e-commerce platform built to make sustainable consumption easier, more practical, and honestly, more appealing in everyday life. At its core, it is a marketplace where people can buy and sell second-hand items alongside new sustainable products, all within one ecosystem designed to extend product life cycles. But it’s not just about transactions. It’s about shifting habits. The problem we are addressing is rooted in the linear economy — the “take, make, dispose” model that still dominates global consumption patterns. Products are manufactured, purchased, used briefly, and discarded, often long before their functional life ends. This cycle drives resource depletion, carbon emissions, and growing waste streams. At the same time, consumers are becoming more aware of environmental challenges. Many want to make better choices, but the systems around them are fragmented and inconvenient. Second-hand markets exist, of course. But they are often scattered across multiple platforms, inconsistent in quality, and sometimes lacking trust. Sustainable alternatives, on the other hand, can be expensive or difficult to find. As a result, the intention to consume responsibly frequently clashes with convenience, price, and habit. People default to what is easiest — and that often means buying new, fast, and disposable. CircuCity bridges this gap. We provide a unified, user-friendly platform where circular choices are not an afterthought but the default. By integrating resale, reuse, and sustainable new products into one marketplace, we reduce friction in the decision-making process. Users can extend the life of items they no longer need, discover quality second-hand goods, and support more responsible brands — all in one place. Beyond functionality, we are building incentives into the system. Through mechanisms such as reward points, engagement challenges, and community features, CircuCity makes sustainable behavior visible and rewarding. The goal is not to lecture or guilt consumers into better habits. It is to design a system where circular consumption feels natural, economically sensible, and even motivating. Why does this matter? Because structural change requires behavioral change, and behavioral change requires better infrastructure. People cannot be expected to consistently choose sustainability if the systems around them prioritize speed and disposability. By making circular options more accessible, trustworthy, and engaging, we aim to shift consumption patterns at scale. CircuCity is not claiming to solve overconsumption overnight. But we believe that by extending product lifespans, reducing unnecessary waste, and empowering conscious consumers, we can contribute to a more regenerative economic model. In the long run, small individual decisions — when supported by the right platform — can accumulate into meaningful systemic impact. That is the space we operate in: practical sustainability, built into everyday commerce.

Konvolo (Unisurveys), is an AI-powered platform that helps universities understand why students apply, choose programs, or drop out. Instead of traditional surveys, we use conversational AI to conduct dynamic interviews that adapt to each respondent’s answers. The platform turns qualitative student conversations into structured insights by automatically analyzing, grouping, and summarizing responses at scale. This allows universities to move beyond surface-level metrics and gain a deeper understanding of student motivations, expectations, and decision-making. Konvolo is used to improve student recruitment, program development, and retention by capturing the “why” behind student behavior — in a scalable, data-driven way.

Levu is a booking and payment platform for the beauty and personal care industry, built around a fundamentally different revenue model. Today, salons and clinics are burdened by fragmented booking systems, no-shows, heavy administration, and high fixed platform fees that erode already thin margins. Meanwhile, customers expect fast, frictionless booking and seamless payments. Levu solves this by shifting platform costs away from salons and onto the end user. Instead of charging businesses recurring subscription fees, Levu generates revenue through a small service fee per completed transaction paid by customers — aligning incentives across the entire ecosystem. Customers book and pay for treatments in advance, while salons benefit from reduced no-shows, improved cash flow, and simplified operations, without increasing their fixed costs. Levu is designed for local, city-by-city rollout, enabling controlled expansion, strong unit economics, and early paths to profitability. The product is developed and prepared for initial market entry, with a go-to-market strategy focused on high-frequency services such as hair, beauty, and wellness. We are currently raising capital to fund initial market entry, operations, and targeted local marketing in our first Danish cities, with the objective of proving traction and scaling sustainably.

Venli is the world’s first Agent Management System (AMS) for hospitality. An AMS is the layer that lets you manage all AI operations from a single platform. Venli connects directly to the most widely used hospitality systems, scrapes your website to build a live knowledge base, and creates a unified access layer where AI agents can perform real actions, not just respond to requests. Hotels use Venli to deploy guest-facing agents across SMS, voice, WhatsApp, and web that handle bookings, service requests, and operational tasks, while background agents automate reporting, planning, and internal workflows using live PMS, CRM, and revenue data. Commu

We are building Commu, a platform that helps cities strengthen community, reduce loneliness, and improve wellbeing through everyday acts of help between people. Across Europe, municipalities are facing the same problem: Loneliness is increasing (especially among elderly, newcomers and vulnerable groups). Preventive wellbeing work is underfunded and fragmented and cities struggle to activate citizens in a scalable, measurable way. At the same time, there are thousands of people who want to help but no simple structure to connect them with real needs. Commu solves this gap. We enable municipalities to activate residents, organizations and volunteers into one shared digital community, where people can easily ask for help, offer help, and participate in meaningful local actions. Cities get visibility, data and impact. People get connection, purpose and a sense of belonging. Cities need modern tools to support participation, not just services We already work with municipalities internationally, and now we are building Sweden from scratch.
