Optolexia

Optolexia offers a new method for early and reliable detection of dyslexia. We use eye tracking and machine learning to identify patterns that are unique in kids with characteristics of dyslexia. We started in Sweden, in schools and municipalities, and we are right now introducing our method in new, international markets such as France and Dubai. We are a team consisting of researchers, developers, teachers, and marketers. We are all experts in our specific fields and complement each other well. Everyone does what they do best, and therefore we base our work on trust. Our vision is clear: every child with reading and writing difficulties should get support from early on, and consequently have full access to the written word. We base our offering on science so evidence and research are important to us. We maintain a very informal tone at the office, and we offer flexible work hours and location. We need to approach our customers differently depending on the industry, but we aim to speak their language and understand their challenges. Our expertise and shared vision of making education accessible to everyone, with or without difficulties, are what define us.

Beatly

Beatly is an influencer marketing platform which enables brands to spread their word to influential people online globally. We match brands with the most relevant and most efficient influencers. We have worked with clients such as Arla, KRY, Linas Matkasse, Apoteket, Björn Borg and have activated influencer marketing campaigns in over 10+ countries. Beatly's mission is to become the number one platform for influencer marketing. Our team is well integrated and we work towards our goal as a team, which is very important to us all. Since we have been working together for a year, we know what we are doing and where we are going. With that being said, we have our responsibilities but they change a lot and often in a start-up. To remain structured, we try to bring up the relevant stuff, stay focused on our tasks and share our opinions when priorities shift. We always have a Friday-meeting to get input/feedback out of our systems before the weekend starts. It works pretty well!   As a part of Beatly, you will feel very welcomed. We do other fun stuff outside the office too, like going to dinner or climbing. Today we’re surprising our team member as he is getting married!

Therefore, we are aiming for international growth as part of our goal to make a difference in the world. We are constantly looking for new team members that can help us reach our ambition to help the world towards net zero. We have brand new offices in central downtown Oslo. We have a coffee machine where we brew great coffee, and eat typical Norwegian lunch together in our kitchen. We also have a rooftop terrace on the 9th floor where we like to take our Friday beers to celebrate the end of the week. Our working culture is Nordic - we have a flat hierarchy where everyone's expected to participate in discussion about the direction and strategy of the company. Univrses is a 3D Computer Vision and Machine Learning company, creating high-end technologies for autonomous systems. We work in several different areas, but our main focus is on self-driving vehicles, mobile robotics and smart city development. Blok is a digital real estate agency for residential properties. Simply put, we help people buy and sell apartments. Why? Real estate transactions are notorious for being the largest and most stressful financial decisions we take during our lives. There are a lot of questions, uncertainty and the process has traditionally been opaque and costly. Our goal at Blok is to fix that by providing a transparent and cost-efficient service, where the customer feels that she’s in control. At the core, we’re a technology company, since we recognize that winning in this market requires us to augment the best real estate agents with the best technology. Our digital services enable us to give our customers a modern customer experience and provides massive operational efficiencies for our real estate agents, which saves time and money, both for us and our customers. Founded in 2017, the company has grown rapidly with apartments sold for the combined value of over 500 MEUR to date and employs over 35 people in Finland and Sweden. We’re backed by prominent Nordic and Swiss investors and our financial situation is solid. The Story Blok's story started from our own experiences in the real estate market. In January 2015 our CEO Rudi Skogman found his dream apartment. To afford it he had to sell his old flat. After some price negotiations the apartment was sold and the real estate agent cashed in a 7000 € commission. Afterwards Rudi started thinking if using an agent had been right choice after all. There had to be a better (and cheaper) way to sell apartments. In the spring of 2016 Rudi got the idea of using technology to automate most of the selling process. Soon after that Juha, Samu and Olli joined. Things started to fall in place: What if we would let the owner arrange viewings? What if bids could be made online? What if the home valuation would be done by an algorithm? What if the transaction cost was a bit more reasonable? After taking a leap of faith and founding Blok the service was officially launched in the spring of 2017. The Service Our apartment sales service provides an easy and seamless digital experience for selling and buying an apartment throughout the whole home buying and selling process: - The valuation service estimates the value of your apartment based on advanced algorithms and actual transactions. - The trading platform enables bidding for apartments electronically. - The agent service automates nearly all routine tasks of the real estate agent, making the whole process extremely cost-efficient. Our Etsivä service offers an unique way to buyers to find their dream apartment. The service looks for a suitable apartment among all existing apartments in the Helsinki Capital Region and can tell you how many actually exist, how many are sold per year and for what price. You can ask us to contact the owners of those apartments to check if they are interested in buying. Our digital services matched with our stellar customer service team has resulted in a world-class customer happiness which has steadily measured in the 80-90 range on the NPS scale.

Furniture are big and bulky, there are hundreds of thousands of different models and the price point variation is larger than in any other retail category. Mjuk is an end to end marketplace for quality second-hand furniture and design. We provide a seamless selling experience to both consumers and companies by handling both logistics and marketing. Bellyfood ApS

Bellyfood is all about real food for tube fed people. Because tube fed people deserves the possibility to choose real food on equal terms as everybody else. The products (formulas) that are currently available on the European market consists of highly processed ingredients such as maltodextrin, protein powder and vitamin and mineral powder. It is not unusual that patients using formulas suffers from multiple symptoms. The two most common are diarrhea and vomiting. Recent clinical studies show that blenderized food leads to significantly less incidents of diarrhea and vomiting and most important of all, a better quality of life. In Bellyfood we developed a series of real food meals for tube fed people. Our meals are nutritionally complete, gives sensory impressions and are similar to the meals that people would eat with their mouth. Bellyfood are for people from the age of 3-elderly. The product is categorized as Food for Special Medical Purposes. We offer vegan meals and meals made with primarily local ingredients. Our competitors lack agility, willingness to innovate and most of all, competition. A recognised market study shows that 40% of tube fed people in Scandinavia are seeking a real food product. Bellyfood is currently the only company in Europe offering series of tube-feeding-products with 100% real food. The founder of Bellyfood, Line, started Bellyfood when her son, Otto, did not thrive getting conventional tube feeding formulas. Until Line started introducing real food blends, Otto vomited several times a day. Line holds a background in civil engineering and has strong skills within analytics and numbers in general. Pia, the co-founder is a clinical dietitian with more than 10+ years experience within the field of tube feeding. Pia has seen how big an impact food can have on a patients ability to thrive and lot at least on life quality in general and thinks that every tube fed person should have the possibility to choose real food as well as commercial formulas. We are passionate about tube feeding and patients. We want to provide nutrition, sensory impressions and love and caring around an eating situation. Ved at samle et bredt udvalg af tøj under én platform, og dermed yderligere synliggøre lokale butikker, kan forbrugere bliver højere påvirket til at købe lokalt i stedet for via større platforme.
