SIS: Sisters In Startup

Sisters In Startup (SIS) is a platform built to close the gender gap in entrepreneurship. Our mission is to empower women by bridging the gap between their entrepreneurial ambitions and the opportunities needed to succeed. Too often, female founders face structural barriers: lack of access to funding, networks, and mentorship. At SIS, we’re creating a digital ecosystem that changes that. Through curated resources, funding guides, community support, and actionable tools, we make it easier for women to turn ideas into sustainable businesses. SIS combines education, community, and funding readiness in one place, offering practical templates, founder stories, and growth programs tailored to each stage of the entrepreneurial journey. We believe entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone, not just those who already have connections or capital. That’s why we’re building SIS: a space where women founders can learn, connect, and grow together. Our platform will officially launch in 2026 and is currently in development. We’re looking for a passionate co-founder who shares our vision and wants to help shape the future of female entrepreneurship in Europe (and beyond).

Senpage is an organization that seeks to redefine how students and recent graduates approach entrepreneurship. Blurring the lines between incubator and consultancy, Senpage facilitates meaningful collaborations between founders and cross-functional teams of student consultants, seasoned mentors, and other key stakeholders. By leveraging our growing network, we aim to democratise entrepreneurship by dismantling the biggest obstacles faced by student entrepreneurs— whether it’s time, manpower, or capital. From ideation to MVP validation, join us on our mission to create a more viable, sustainable path for both student founders and consultants. Senpage's management team consists of permanent members who pursue prospective clients, recruit new volunteers, oversee our internal and external communications, and shape the organisation’s broader strategy. Our project teams are comprised of volunteers from local universities who serve as consultants for our clients. Blok

Blok is a digital real estate agency for residential properties. Simply put, we help people buy and sell apartments. Why? Real estate transactions are notorious for being the largest and most stressful financial decisions we take during our lives. There are a lot of questions, uncertainty and the process has traditionally been opaque and costly. Our goal at Blok is to fix that by providing a transparent and cost-efficient service, where the customer feels that she’s in control. At the core, we’re a technology company, since we recognize that winning in this market requires us to augment the best real estate agents with the best technology. Our digital services enable us to give our customers a modern customer experience and provides massive operational efficiencies for our real estate agents, which saves time and money, both for us and our customers. Founded in 2017, the company has grown rapidly with apartments sold for the combined value of over 500 MEUR to date and employs over 35 people in Finland and Sweden. We’re backed by prominent Nordic and Swiss investors and our financial situation is solid. The Story Blok's story started from our own experiences in the real estate market. In January 2015 our CEO Rudi Skogman found his dream apartment. To afford it he had to sell his old flat. After some price negotiations the apartment was sold and the real estate agent cashed in a 7000 € commission. Afterwards Rudi started thinking if using an agent had been right choice after all. There had to be a better (and cheaper) way to sell apartments. In the spring of 2016 Rudi got the idea of using technology to automate most of the selling process. Soon after that Juha, Samu and Olli joined. Things started to fall in place: What if we would let the owner arrange viewings? What if bids could be made online? What if the home valuation would be done by an algorithm? What if the transaction cost was a bit more reasonable? After taking a leap of faith and founding Blok the service was officially launched in the spring of 2017. Since then the company has served thousands of home sellers and buyers across Finland and Sweden. The company has won recognition as one of the hottest startups in Europe (Wired) and as the best new web service of the year (Grand One). The Service Our apartment sales service provides an easy and seamless digital experience for selling and buying an apartment throughout the whole home buying and selling process: - The valuation service estimates the value of your apartment based on advanced algorithms and actual transactions. - The trading platform enables bidding for apartments electronically. - The agent service automates nearly all routine tasks of the real estate agent, making the whole process extremely cost-efficient. Our Etsivä service offers an unique way to buyers to find their dream apartment. The service looks for a suitable apartment among all existing apartments in the Helsinki Capital Region and can tell you how many actually exist, how many are sold per year and for what price. You can ask us to contact the owners of those apartments to check if they are interested in buying. Our digital services matched with our stellar customer service team has resulted in a world-class customer happiness which has steadily measured in the 80-90 range on the NPS scale.

We are developing technology for the future to make solar power on commercial buildings easier, smarter, and more profitable. Luckily, the resource we are harvesting shines everywhere. Therefore, we are aiming for international growth as part of our goal to make a difference in the world. We are constantly looking for new team members that can help us reach our ambition to help the world towards net zero. We have brand new offices in central downtown Oslo. We have a coffee machine where we brew great coffee, and eat typical Norwegian lunch together in our kitchen. PinMeTo AB

PinMeTo was founded on the idea that there should be a smarter way for brands to manage online listings & profiles for all of their locations. Brands with lots of physical locations have to coordinate business info, local communication, and reputation management for all of their locations. It takes a frustrating amount of work, and inaccuracies are almost unavoidable – plus hard to catch. PinMeTo was born in 2013, when three friends – one salesman, two developers – set up shop in a startup incubator in Malmö, Sweden. After years of iterations and improvements, PinMeTo now has about 100 employees in 6 offices, and we’re trusted by enterprise companies like H&M, 7-Eleven, and Hertz. Think of PinMeTo as a really efficient messenger: you add or update location data in PinMeTo, and that data is shared with all of your locations and the networks they’re listed on.
