Layn has developed a mobile-based digital queueing system that enables businesses to increase customer satisfaction by adding a mobile platform to the customer journey. People hate standing in line in stores, at amusement park attractions, electrical charging points, hospitals, and restaurants. The list goes on. By using Layn, the customer can wait for the service where they want, postpone a ticket, use a Fastlane, VIP ticket, or Future ticket to get to the service they need as fast as possible. Layn has developed a cloud platform that lets businesses use whatever hardware they would like to solve their use case. The platform is flexible and extremely adaptable. There are cases with pure mobile to mobile operations, but there are also cases with touchscreen and digital signage solutions delivered by our partners. For some customers, we integrate the solution with access gates and existing operational systems to get the desired customer journey. Users can either get a paper ticket or use their mobile device to get an electronic ticket. We spend all our time developing a solution that is as intuitive, easy, and smart to use as possible. We aim at reducing the relative time felt waiting. In 2019 the two founders took a family trip to Paris to visit the Eiffel tower. After spending 2 hours in line to get through security and pay for their tickets, they had to go back at the end of the line again to wait for the rest of the family members. Like most people, they hate standing in line. They wanted to create a solution where they instead of physically having to stand in line rather could sit down and have a drink while waiting for their turn in the "digital line". After that, the number of use-cases has just exploded.

Electromechanical (EM) devices are used more and more in several fields of technology, bringing remarkable advances. Micro EM systems ensure reduction to extremely low size maintaining the performances of previous bulky products. Relocare has developed Relocare Compliance App which helps companies and employees to be safe and compliant at work in EU. Relocare Compliance App is a digital tool for social security and application for A1 certificates for business travelers, and for handling of compliance and applications under Posted Workers Directive. Both EU directives causes a lot of problems for companies that work cross borders, and we at Relocare have the solution. Relocare Compliance App, handles all data management for EU and EEA countries for A1 applications. We provide HR with a full overview in the Dashboard for A1 applications and compliance for all EU and EEA countries. In addition, we have automatic application for A1 to the authorities in Denmark and Sweden and thereby save between 30 to 60 minutes per application. Business travelers traveling without an A1 risk fines of € 5,000 as well as claims for social security payments in the country they visit for work purposes. It has been a legal requirement for years, but the new thing is that the countries have established a common communication system which makes it much easier to control the A1 applications and employees. Legal registration requirements are required even for a business travel of just a few hours duration, so it is quite serious and demands a lot for the companies. HR and admin can create reports in the Social Security App from a Dashboard where they can see the estimated travel activity from each country 12 months ahead, the individual employee's travel activity and the total travel activity when the employees have confirmed that they are traveling for the company. Relocare Compliance App also comes with a warning if an employee travel into a country where they do not have social secuirty, and HR can always get an overview of the countries the employees have applied for A1 for via the App. There is no doubt that we see significantly increased control and employees after / during Corona are significantly more aware of whether the company takes care of them. Relocare Compliance App secure the employees on the business trip and ensure that they do not lose their social security rights.
