With over 50% of players reporting struggles with confidence and performance pressure, this is a problem that affects millions of young athletes worldwide. The How: Mindbuddy bridges the gap between mental training and accessibility by delivering tailored sports psychology tools directly to players’ phones. Using AI, the app helps players set SMART goals, generate visualization tracks, and build mental routines for training and matches.
