Vi kalder alma et madmarked, fordi vi er er sted, der primært handler med madvarer og drikkevarer. Derfor vil vi ikke have et stort udvalg af alle mulig andre varer, der ikke kan spises eller drikkes. Med alma giver vi danskerne nemmere adgang til økologi. Vi samler de bedste, sundeste, grønneste kvalitetsvarer på tværs af alle kategorier, så vores kunder får nemmere ved at træffe et bevidst valg, der er til glæde for både dem selv og planeten.
