Lucas & Mikaela are the founders of IFLAMO and Chillbean. We love to keep a high tempo at work. We take as many breaks as necessary to maintain focus and energy, coffee & tea is a daily routine with us. It is important for us that we help each other with different responsible areas. A strength in our company is the creative strategies we daily talk about. We love talking marketing, taking on challenges on how to penetrate the flooded media space. Every year in January we host the IFLAMO Winter Conference, where we talk about the previous year and plan the coming year. We combine this with taking pictures and videos that we can use for ads, marketing & our website.  We will meet up with our USA team to share results with each other. We like to celebrate milestones with going out for a nice dinner & drinks. To keep up the morale in the business we usually gather with friends and other start-ups to play board games or other activities.

Karün is an eyewear company based in Patagonia, Chile. We are making high quality eyewear in a different way, where each frame has a direct impact on environment and society.
