We have a non-hierarchical and collaborative culture where employees can move in and out of different roles to solve real problems for our customers.   As a developer at Betalo, you'll probably be working in one of these areas: Our iOS app, written in Swift, allowing our users to manage their finances in unique new ways.   Our Android app, written in Java, allowing our users to manage their finances in unique new ways.   Our backend systems, written primarily in Go, built in a distributed architecture informed by microservice design patterns, and deployed on Amazon and Heroku.
