Bower

Let’s turn trash into treasure. For real. Bower is on a mission to make recycling a rewarding no-brainer for everyone, everywhere. Our vision? A world where nothing goes to waste—and where doing the right thing doesn’t just feel good, it pays off. We’re not just another tech company. We’re a proudly rebellious impact startup based in Stockholm, building the next-generation recycling solution. Our mobile app transforms everyday recycling into something radically more engaging: a system where all consumer packaging can earn you real-world rewards—just like the bottle deposit system, but for everything. At Bower, we give value to what’s usually thrown away. Literally. Using our world-unique GPS-based platform, users can “finish recycling” their packaging at regular recycling stations and get rewarded for it. No special bins, no extra fuss—just impact at scale. We’re already working with global powerhouses like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and Mondelez. Our solution is live in more than 170 countries. Since launch, we’ve hit top charts in App Store and Google Play, been praised by Apple as a top climate-impact app in Europe, and been featured by Google as a circular innovation case. Our community is growing, our partners are leading brands, and our team? We’re a pack of passionate optimists, techies, creators, and changemakers. Some love we’ve received along the way: 🏆 Global Startup Awards 🏆 Norrsken People’s Choice Award 🏆 Carnegie Future Entrepreneurs Award 🏆 PwC Social Entrepreneurs of the Year 🏆 Nordea Impact Within 5 Years Wanna get a feel for us? Nobon

Nobon is a climate finance platform that helps project developers, asset managers, investment banks and investment advisors to increase efficiency and drive revenue by digitizing and structuring private offerings across carbon finance and alternative assets. There's huge potential and desire to develop carbon projects and renewable infrastructure in emerging markets but it's acutely hard to access funding and competence. As a result, too few projects are being developed and way too much money is lost to various financial intermediaries. Nobon delivers the future of financing through an interconnected digital private market that makes fundraising, distribution and reporting more efficient. Projects use Nobon to raise development and implementation capital from a global pool of investors.

Cling Systems

— To adventure beyond horizons, to explore off the beaten path, to take lead. To trust in our significance in this world and our potential to change it. To risk. For the potential of prosperity. For fairness. For the unknown. That is the purpose of Cling. — The entrance of large battery systems is a global waste challenge. Fortunately, the very same challenge is providing a unique window of opportunity to integrate circularity at the very core of our society. Inspired by this, Cling is on a mission to close the loop of lithium-ion batteries - the key technology for sustainable energy. Cling Systems is developing the world's first b2b market platform for spent electric vehicle batteries. We enable circularity by supporting organisations in the end-of-life ecosystem to get the right battery to the right place in order to maximise the environmental and commercial benefits of critical resources.

Edgy Systems AB

Edgy Systems AB – Making Energy Systems Work Together Overview Edgy Systems AB is building a hardware-agnostic monitoring and management platform for distributed energy assets such as solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, and HVAC systems. The platform provides a unified interface that allows installers, service companies, and multi-tenant building owners to monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of their installations, regardless of manufacturer or protocol. By integrating all assets into a single ecosystem, Edgy Systems helps installers save valuable technician hours each week, prevents asset downtime, and builds trust with customers through transparency and actionable insights. The Problem The transition to electrified and distributed energy systems is accelerating, but the digital management layer has not kept pace. Today, both installers and property owners face major inefficiencies: For Installers: - They must use multiple OEM portals to monitor the assets they install, one for heat pumps, another for solar panels, batteries, EV chargers, and so on. Switching between these platforms wastes several technician hours every week and complicates workflow management. - Lack of central alerts: Installers often fail to notice when a system is underperforming or has an active alarm because there is no unified feedback mechanism. - Scaling limitations: The installation business is inherently resource-intensive. Growth depends on the speed and efficiency of teams, which are limited by manual coordination and fragmented digital tools. - Customer dissatisfaction: Since installers cannot easily share transparent performance data, their customers (typically tenant-owners’ associations or small industries ) may lose trust or perceive the investment as opaque. For Tenant-owners’ Associations and Industrial Users: - They often lack visibility into performance metrics of their solar, HVAC, or storage systems. Reports, when available, arrive monthly or yearly. - There is rarely a clear cost-benefit analysis that shows whether their energy investment delivers expected savings. - They want to optimize energy use and manage assets efficiently but struggle to find service providers capable of analyzing heterogeneous setups. - Tenants or residents don’t see real-time results, which reduces engagement and the perceived value of sustainability initiatives. The Solution - Edgy Systems offers an open, AI-assisted platform that connects all energy assets into a single dashboard. - Unified monitoring: A single pane of glass for all assets, independent of vendor or protocol. - Automated alarms and reports: Intelligent notifications ensure no downtime goes unnoticed. - AI-powered integration: Machine learning helps create and validate data connectors faster, reducing the engineering effort required to add new device types. - Transparency for customers: Real-time dashboards and cost-performance analytics increase trust and demonstrate tangible results. - Scalability for installers: By centralizing monitoring and automating reporting, installers can manage more installations with fewer resources. Why It Matters The energy industry is becoming decentralized, but the tools used to manage installations remain siloed and inefficient. Installers lose time and revenue potential, while customers cannot verify the value of their investment. Edgy Systems bridges this gap by providing the digital backbone for the modern energy ecosystem. It enables: - Faster, data-driven maintenance and installation scaling. - Lower operational costs through automation. - Smarter decisions for property owners based on transparent performance data. - A foundation for AI-driven energy optimization and predictive maintenance.

Worthmore

A note from the Founder not generated by AI :D Have you ever thought about how amazing it is that we can instantly communicate with anyone around the world at anytime wirelessly? Personally, I have been intrigued by the devices and the invisible fields that connect us all since I was much younger. From the smartphone to the services that power it - and while they are great for everything they do, I felt the business model of selling phones and SIM cards hasn't really changed since the industry first began - more importantly to me it lacked heart and consideration for people and the planet. So about 2 years ago, I started working on Worthmore. Today, we're a small team on a mission to disrupt telecom for the good of people and the planet and redefine what a mobile phone subscription can be. We market Worthmore more as a membership to a community focused on making the world a better place first - not just a mobile phone subscription. Our goal is to transform your choice of telecom provider into a meaningful decision to become part of something bigger. In fact, we tell our members that they get the SIM card for free just for being a part of what we do. As a member, you enjoy the same great telecom services & prices (in most cases better or cheaper) - plus added perks of saving money at impactful brands and services. On top of this, for each member of our community, Worthmore pledges 15kr/mo to the "Worthmore Impact Fund," which supports people and tangible projects working towards a future we can all be proud of. See our first video here https://youtu.be/Vo9SuuD07jw?si=tYlO_Z0YUo0vOuFy The mission is to prove that in a dinosaur industry like telecom - doing good is good business. That by supporting causes instead of wasting money on ads, we can build a movement and a community that is connected by more than just the SIM cards in their devices. They are connected with a common goal of working towards a future we can all be proud of. We are still in the very early stages, and since I don't come from money, and I didn't start this with a small loan of a million dollars from my dad, it has been a struggle to even get this far...but we now have our first working SIM cards - we have our website - we have the basic skills, and most importantly, we have the motivation to keep pushing things forward. Every time I see that it says Worthmore in the top corner of my phone instead of Telia, Lebara, or whoever, I'm reminded that we have succeeded in building a way to help people #ConnectWithPurpose. So - As a founder with an extremely limited budget and nothing but an overwhelming sense of optimism and a passion for what he's building - I write this letter to reach out to those who also want to be part of our mission - we could use the help. I look forward to connecting with some of you soon for an interview, and if you've read this far, you're probably the type of person we're looking for :D Tegan Spinner CEO & Founder @Worthmore
