The Idea for AutoGlove originated when one of our founders; Monty Hatfield visited a gas station and witnessed the unhygienic, extensive, and ineffective use of disposable gloves. During his studies at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, he recruited a team to develop the product AutoGlove. Oncoinvent's lead product candidate, Radspherin®, is a novel alpha-emitting radioactive microsphere designed for the treatment of metastatic cancers in body cavities. Radspherin® has been shown to cause a significant reduction in tumor cell growth. It is anticipated that the product can potentially treat several forms of metastatic cancer. The first clinical indication for Radspherin® will be the treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis. Clinical development will be conducted in collaboration with European and American clinical research centers.
