Transition Elements explores for energy transition metals in Norway, using technology and software to enhance exploration efficiency and reduce risk and cycle times for bringing new deposits to market. We aim to increase the supply of metals essential for the transition to a low carbon economy. With a cumulative team experience of around 60 years across geology, software development and innovation, we will integrate existing technology, new software, and expert knowledge to generate the fastest and most effective exploration system in the business.

Biozep is discovering and developing first-in-class drug products for the treatment of severe eye diseases which can lead to vision loss and where it is a high unmet medical need. Biozep has discovered novel drug substances based on bioactive lipids which modulate central pathways involved in the pathogenesis of eye diseases. Targets and biomarkers are identified based on a system biology approach combined with in-depth knowledge about bioactive lipids, their endogenous synthesis and mechanisms of action. Biozep has made a prototype drug product based on our lead compound for topical administration and the product will be tested in animal models in 2018. Our goal is to start clinical studies in 2020. Biozep is a company depending on both internal and external resources. Biozep has established its own laboratory in Oslo in order to do synthesis, purification, quality control and chemical development in-house. The biological testing of the drug substances is performed in collaboration with carefully selected contract research organizations both in Europe and the USA. In order to reach the market as fast as possible and to reduce risk, Biozep will seek strategic partnerships early in the drug development phase. Biozep seeks partners with complementary competence and with resources to conduct clinical trials and with market access. We are already in dialogue with potential partners and hope to sign an agreement in 2018-19.

Software developer and game studio. Our first release is the retro game UFO Hunter, which has been released for iOS, Android, Mac and Windows. We have just released a major upgrade of this game and are also planning several other projects related to software and gamification. More information will come soon. In its easiest form interaction can be films and animations integrated in a book. Tests and feedback on learning is one step further. In its most complex form, interaction is customised books generated for each reader, based on mapped preferences used as input in algorithms. The first book using this technology will have 114,000 potential versions. The TERP technology is not only redefining the concept of a book. It is interrupting the value chain in the industry. The technology provides a new and dynamic way of distribution. Competitors trying to copy the technology, not only has to figure out the code, they must change the way of doing business.
