Battkomp designs, produces, and repairs li-ion batteries in the 0.5 to 10 kWh range for mobility applications. We strive to grow into a battery factory that builds high-quality, high-performance batteries for demanding applications. We source the best cells from our partners, and cover the module assembly, housing, and battery management part of the value chain. We have design, manufacturing, and maintenance in-house. We want to run the whole business from Norway, betting on automation instead of cheap labour, quality over quantity, reliability over price, local over foreign. We work with Oslo Kommune, Hesselberg Truck AS, Bolt, Buddy Bikes, and various other companies. We are looking to start a large research project in co-operation with UiO in the near future. We are 2 people and 5 3D-printers working full time at the moment.

We founded Metaito in February 2019, after spending more than four years at NTNU. The initial idea was sparked in 2014 when we discovered the challenge of organizing our resources as students. As of Q3 2024, we have several paying customers, investors, raised amount of 5 467 041 NOK, almost 6,000 users of the platform, contracts with various non-governmental organizations, 19 sports teams on board as our partners, a solid team, and a working product. Factsplat has evolved into a platform designed to help users manage their digital lives efficiently.
