About Kørt Kørt is a female owned and founded. The name Kørt is my (Courtney - owner, and founder) nickname after a mispronunciation occurred in the job I was transferred to Norway to do, at DNV. I've been leather crafting for 9 years now. I owned a small leather goods business in Australia which broke even and was gaining consistent orders before I had to choose to either continue or relocate to Norway with my day job. I am building Kørt because, in my corporate career, I was traveling internationally regularly but could never find the bag that did all the functions I needed. Travel size laptop bag, great for in the board room and customer meetings, easy to take around while exploring the city I was in, and could also take me to a bar or black tie event, and then become a backpack to take on the plane when I was flying home the next day. In all my travels I didn't find anything, so I created it myself. I am building my company right from the start. I am fully focused on the entire supply chain of my materials and manufacturing. Disputas is a small tech startup based in Oslo. We come from language technology, robotics, and philosophy. On a grant from the Norwegian research council (NFR), we are currently in the process of developing a digital platform for textual analysis in the educational sector. This summer we started developing the core functionality of the platform, and the first module is aimed at argument analysis. Our plan for 2021 is to expand the platform with modules for syntactic analysis of words and sentences, semantic concept analysis, and a module for law studies and juridical case processing. The premise of the project is to design the platform and the various modules in such a way that use generates data of a kind that is applicable for training novel machine learning services in the field of natural language processing (NLP).

This is the 3 rd year for us, we have our shop in Oslo and started our focus on developing&producing. We have distributors in Norway and Iceland. Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money.
