Videotelligent

Videotelligent is located in the Oslo and Stockholm, and building presence in London, Montreal, Pune and Los Angeles. UK is an important hub for the short form online video industry in Europe, while Mumbai have many MCNs and video providers origination from Bollywood. Our smart and data driven video exchange service provides a vast amount of popular videos to attract premium publishers to globally license videos. We partner with MCNs and video providers to offer a vast supply of popular videos to the premium online publishers. Our vision is to bring forward a strong, profitable and dynamic video exchange for popular online videos to create growth and financial abundance for all of Videotelligent’s partners. Our mission is to disrupt the industry with an intelligent exchange for popular online videos - by connecting video providers and publishers’ desires for in demand videos with a scalable monetization model.

Bloc

Bloc started in 2005 as one of the most successful online social communities in Norway. We knew at a early stage how to make the web easy to use for normal people. We saw companies create publishing platforms which organizations and companies used as their webspace. The problem was that these websites are very static and most companies do not even have the faintest idea about how to log in to change simple things like their own phone-number. They have to call an IT consultant and pay them a lot of money to have them change it for them.

At Flexify our goal is to change the way people work by making it fast and easy for companies to access a high quality workforce on-demand, while offering flexible and attractive jobs to students, freelancers and others who want to decide when they work and who they work for

Hauge Aqua

Hauge Aqua was established in 2012 by Cato Lyngøy, Audun A. Dahl and Arthur Lyngøy. In 2014 new partners invested in the company, Arne Sylta, Magne Bjørkhaug and Runar Lyngøy. They are all co-founders of the company. Hauge Aqua objective is to start, own, develop and operate business within aquaculture, develop new technology, offer counselling, nationally and internationally. The business is to be operated economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Resources Hauge Aqua builds on resources, ideas, and knowledge from the creation. Through this the company wishes to glorify the Creator by showing good stewardship over these gifts. The goal is to use them in a fashion so that we may develop, manufacture and trade, wholesome, safe and competitive products. Innovation Hauge Aqua emphasises innovation as a decisive tool to safeguard our business in the short and long term. Minimum 10 per cent of our value generation shall always be used for research and development. This is to strengthen the business foundation in the company. Work Environment Hauge Aqua emphasises good, safe and dynamic jobs. Sophie AS

Sophie helps small property owners stay in control of building maintenance without any strain. Our solution requires no need of industry knowledge and detailed expertise related to the laws and regulations of commercial property management. Incidents related to building portfolios are seldom caused by bad intentions of the landlord, but occurs due to lack of proper systems in place to ensure compliance and care. The market for smaller landlords cross border is vast due to a big market gap and due to existing vendor's failure to serve this group properly. The laws and regulations related to real estate is extensive. Current systems on the market are expensive, difficult to use and timely to implement. Sophie is a self-served autonomous solution which simplifies tasks and removes the need for backoffice functions through AI and low-code, making it cost efficient and easily accessible for smaller property managers. The team behind Sophie has long industry experience from commercial property management, SaaS, proptech and scaling companies.

Mattehelten AS

Mattehelten ble startet med én klar visjon – å gjøre matematikk enklere og hjelpe elever som sliter med faget. Vi vet hvor frustrerende det er for foreldre å se barnet sitt streve med matte uten å vite hvordan man kan hjelpe. Matematikk er et av de fagene flest elever sliter med i skolen, og konsekvensene kan være store både for selvtilliten deres og fremtidige utdanningsmuligheter. Statistikk fra 2016/2017 viser at 22 % av tiendeklassingene fikk karakteren 2 eller lavere i matematikk, og i 2024 strøk over 20 % av privatistene i 2P, R1 og R2-matte. Disse tallene viser at mange elever ikke får den oppfølgingen de trenger for å mestre faget. I tillegg ser vi at stadig færre velger realfag på videregående, fordi de opplever matte som for vanskelig. Dette bidrar til mangel på ingeniører, IT-spesialister og andre viktige yrker, som igjen påvirker samfunnet og fremtidens arbeidsmarked. Mattehelten ble startet for å snu denne trenden. Vi hjelper elever med å tette kunnskapshull, bygge mestring og oppnå bedre resultater, slik at matte ikke blir en hindring, men en mulighet. Gjennom 1-til-1 digital undervisning tilbyr vi skreddersydd mattehjelp der elevene får tett oppfølging hver uke. Vi bruker Google Meet og tegnebrett for å forklare både skriftlige utregninger og digitale verktøy som GeoGebra, regneark og programmering. Mattehelten ble grunnlagt i 2020 av Stephan Hung Nguyen under pandemien. Han så hvor mange elever som slet med matematikk og ønsket å gjøre en forskjell. Med sin ekspertise innen undervisning og matematikk startet han et gratis tilbud for ungdommer – både for å støtte dem gjennom pandemien og for å øke interessen for faget. I løpet av tre år underviste Stephan opptil 20 timer i uken helt gratis, ved siden av studiene. Etter hvert økte etterspørselen, og flere forespurte fast digital undervisning. For å kunne hjelpe flere begynte vi å ta betalt, slik at Stephan kunne undervise på fulltid. Fokuset var – og er fortsatt – å tilby undervisning preget av empati, trygghet og mestring. Ryktet spredte seg, og stadig flere ønsket mattehjelp fra Mattehelten. I 2023 hadde vi 4 undervisere, i 2024 vokste vi til 11, og i 2025 har vi 20 dyktige undervisere – alle med samme mål: å hjelpe elever med å mestre matte og føle seg trygge i faget.
