Erlend has a background in management and business development and is a big foodie and football fan. Filippo's worked with product development in tech companies, and is an avid marathon runner. Erlend is responsible for commercial activities including social media, partnerships, artist relations and user engagement. Filippo looks after product development and testing, working with our developer in Bulgaria. We currently work remotely, apart from periodic gatherings, but we are looking to grow our team in Oslo. As a team we value openness, action orientation, and a willingness to challenge established ideas.When we meet in person, apart from working, we like to eat good good, drink beer and discuss technological disruption.

Our robots manufacture steel reinforcement cages that are used in concrete structures. We are developing a highly automated service that starts at the design of the cages and ends with the delivery of the cages to the construction site. Today almost all rebar welding and tying is done manually by humans. This is dangerous, time-consuming and physically brutal work. We want to provide an optimized solution for manufacturing rebar, with an added bonus of tailored models and a streamlined administrative workflow.  Our philosophy is to take a lot of small steps quickly. Comlight is a Norwegian company specializing in energy saving streetlight solutions and is a commercial technology provider on the international market. For Comlight, the question is how to solve the problem of pointless energy waste in fully illuminated roads at times when there is no traffic. The answer is the Motion Sensing Street Light Control System, an energy saving technology that illuminates only when and where it is actually needed, without compromising the safety. The system features a radar detector on each light pole that senses all activity that requires optimal lighting on the road or in the area. When movement is detected by the closest street light, the light turns on to a full 100 per cent, allowing full sight and turns down to 20 per cent for energy saving when no one is around.
