AYR AS er bygget opp av to avdelinger, henholdsvis Kommunikasjon og Infrastruktur.Kommunikasjon leverer ytelsesbaserte kommunikasjonstjenester og markedsføring. Vi har derfor et stort fokus på det digitale. I Infrastrukturavdelingen leverer vi de tradisjonelle IT-tjenestene men den grunnleggende idéen er at vi skal bruke den nye teknologien, herunder skyteknologi. Vi ønsker å gjøre IT enkelt og kombinert med at tjenestene vi leverer er tett knyttet til hverandre – gir det kundene ett kontaktpunkt. Teknologi kan både påvirke samfunnet og miljøet. Spect8 is a norwegian tech startup with a mission to help sports organizations, pro-athletes and sponsors that don’t have enough time, capacity, or the necessary skills to reach their potential in growing fan engagement and commercial value. Due to the power of association among consumers, brands allocate an increasing amount of their advertising budgets towards sports teams and athletes. To measure the value of a sponsorship, sponsors rely on manual measurements and expensive consulting services. At the same time, athletes, clubs, and federations are left with few resources to decide what their commercial value is, and often forfeit revenue (and funding for their sport) by underselling their commercial value. To solve this problem, we have developed a tool called Foqus. Foqus is an easy-to-use machine learning tool created for sports teams and individual athletes to determine their commercial value for sponsorships, and for brands to manage and measure multiple agreements. We are currently working with Norsk Toppfotball, sports associations, clubs and and several brands, and are off to a good start to reach our goal of creating a new industry standard for how sponsorship value is created, measured, and driven. The existing team consists of three business developers with expertise in strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analysis. In addition, we have associated development teams with both front-end, back-end and database expertise. We have recently become a part of StartupLab's Accelerator program, are supported by Innovation Norway and have ambitions to scale our business both nationally and internationally in the coming years. We therefore wish to expand our team with a skilled developer who also wants to make a professional career as an entrepreneur. The CTO will have the overall responsibility for the further development and scaling of our core product, Foqus, as well as the development of new tools and concepts going forward.

Norway’s unique landscape necessitates one of the most extensive tunnel networks in the world. 1800 road and rail tunnels contribute to 9000km of tunnel in Norway. These are inspected manually by eye and on foot, a time-consuming and hazardous process producing only qualitative data on tunnel safety. To combat these issues, Techrail aims to provide an integrated solution that is safer for inspectors, that does not interfere with traffic, and more comprehensively evaluates the safety of tunnels. Our solution enables the measuring the change of a tunnel’s surface over time, which allows tunnel directors to predict maintenance needs and more accurately evaluate the state of their tunnels. A digital paper trail will also aid regulators in overseeing tunnel maintenance. Furthermore, our technology has a large number of secondary uses that provide value such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), tunnel construction, and crack detection.

Orixe solves the problem of counterfeit parts (pirate products) and supply chain uncertainty across multiple industries. This problem with counterfeit parts and false certificates is especially prevalent in the aerospace, automotive and electronics industry, but can be said to be a cross-industry problem. Counterfeit parts create problems for producers such as faulty products (as seen in the cases Fake medical masks, Samsung Galaxy Note 7, or the Takata airbags), but also that goods do not adhere to regulations such as REACH and RoHS or comply with quality requirements. Companies risk severe financial damage such as: - loss in sales, - not meeting quality standards, - lawsuits and - lost reputation. The Orixe Platform has been developed in close cooperation with out pilot customer within the defense- and aerospace industry to solve the cross-industry problem of counterfeit parts. Orixe ensures integrity and transparency by tracing components country of origin and their adherance to regulations, i.e REACH and RoHS. The solution is a new way of combining database and blockchain that effectively and securely tracks transactions between companies. This creates a secure image of the supply chain which raises effectivity in quality- and supplier assurance.
