Validé fully facilitates innovation projects from the early R&D phase until commercialization by providing expertise in technology management, startups, incubation, investment, IPR and IP portfolio management, transactions, technology marketing, prototyping, and product development. Validé is the official technology transfer office of 10 research institutes and responsible for the IP portfolio management and commercialization of their intellectual assets. Validé offers incubation services to high-tech startups including accelerator programs, office space and full service startup packages.

Hauge Aqua

Hauge Aqua was established in 2012 by Cato Lyngøy, Audun A. Dahl and Arthur Lyngøy. In 2014 new partners invested in the company, Arne Sylta, Magne Bjørkhaug and Runar Lyngøy. They are all co-founders of the company. Hauge Aqua objective is to start, own, develop and operate business within aquaculture, develop new technology, offer counselling, nationally and internationally. The business is to be operated economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Resources Hauge Aqua builds on resources, ideas, and knowledge from the creation. Through this the company wishes to glorify the Creator by showing good stewardship over these gifts. The goal is to use them in a fashion so that we may develop, manufacture and trade, wholesome, safe and competitive products. Innovation Hauge Aqua emphasises innovation as a decisive tool to safeguard our business in the short and long term. Minimum 10 per cent of our value generation shall always be used for research and development. This is to strengthen the business foundation in the company. Aigéry Mounting AS

We are enabling the mounting of solar systems in fragile or challenging terrains. Current mounting structures are based on pile ramming, concrete or similar solutions. This limits the number of locations for ground mounted solar systems or makes it very expensive to build these systems. These systems are also very labour intensive, making it difficult to develop solar systems in locations where labour is hi-cost. Since current mounting structures is best for large flat areas, these systems also face competition for other purposes also valuing large flat areas. This makes the alternative cost of the area rather high. We are aiming on mitigating these challenges with our mounting system, opening for larger solar systems in areas that until now have been deemed not suitable. This because the soil conditions are too difficult, the terrain demands too much soil cultivation making the cost high either economical or ecological, the labour cost is too high, or the flat and open landscape is prioritized for other purposes than solar systems. We are not competing with existing mounting system, but opening new possibilities for more solar energy worldwide.

This synergy allows us to focus our work within the XR domain, much like our parent company. We have two goals: to use the vast insights from Breach and pursue our innovative R&D projects. Over the past three years, we've explored various concepts, from gaming to education, both theoretical and practical. With the fast-paced changes in XR, we're ready to level up our activities.
