Store mengder epsomsalt gjør at du flyter som en kork i vannet, på samme måte som i Dødehavet. We’re an independent game studio based in Oslo, Norway, which was founded in February 2013 by a group of students at the Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH). In January 2014 we consisted of 7 members of the team who all have different experiences in their own fields of expertise. Aid in Action is a voluntary organization that was started in 2008 by the then 19 year old Anne Louise Dæhlin (then Hübert), after visiting a poor village in Kenya. After initially helping to meet a dire need for food, Aid in Action has focused on sustainable development for the local community. We use social entrepreneurship to help poor people and children in need. We are – and want to be – a small and efficient organization that works closely with local, resourceful people in Africa. Our projects are mainly in Kenya. We are working within the areas of education, agriculture, stimulating local industry, water supply, roads, and assistance to orphans. The money we receive from our donors always goes directly to the projects, and none of it is spent on administrative costs on European side. This also means we pay no salaries to those who work with us here. We keep our donors updated with frequent posts on our web page and Facebook. At Tropiq we educate farmers on how to increase their overall quality. We also commit to buying a big part of their most prised coffees and bring them to market. In other words, we take pride in pre-committing to our suppliers/farmers each season so that they don't suffer any major losses. This commitment is not only financially driven, it's meant to give farmers the freedom to focus on quality and having a social impact.
