Speak Norsk is an ambitious team that started with one goal in mind – to make expats fluent in Norwegian! We are passionate about language-learning and bringing to Norway a new, innovative way of teaching Norwegian. Since the beginning, we have been known for our interactive conversation-focused classes, own-written books, and something that it´s not quite common for other schools – a personal approach and a customized offer for each one of our students. Movel AS provides support and invoicing services for AC charging systems. We specialize in systems that provide normal charging for long-term and overnight parking. Movel wants to contribute to a more environmentally friendly life. Therefore, all power in Movel's charging systems provides renewable energy.

Gruten is an Oslo-based company that creates new value and meaning from coffee waste. We use coffee grounds in the production of soap and body scrub, and run an educational program with lectures, courses, and workshops to create awareness and knowledge about coffee grounds as a valuable resource.  We have a small production/workshop/outlet at Torshov, and sell our products on our own webshop + in ca 35 stores around Oslo and the rest of Norway. At the moment we are working hard to set up a site for mushroom production, growing oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds. When we get a go-ahead for this we will be in demand for funding to set up the production site (we will be growing in used cooling containers, so-called reefers) and need people to work on the site.

Vaskehjelp er en digital markedsplass som knytter kunder med renholdere i sitt nærområde. Vi er en fullfinansiert startup med solide eiere. Vi lanserte piloten i Trondheim 3.mars 2017 og har på 6 måneder 1000 bestilte oppdrag og 300 registrerte renholdere. Selskapet har brukt mye tid på å tilpasse systemet til norske lover og regler, slik at alle renholdere har en komplett leveranse via appen med full oversikt over økonomi og moms. Både kunde og renholder er forsikret og vi gjør all markedsføring. Det eneste renholderne selv må passe på er å betale sin egen skatt. Vaskehjelp er nå et team på fem personer som gjør seg klare for å skalere.

Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

We were one of the first on the market with iPad-based solutions when we started with Gastrofix in 2014. We are a one-stop shop and assist restaurants all the way with the choice of cash register solution, from advice and implementation to operation and support. We also develop integrations to connect the checkout solution with accounting, inventory management, ordering solutions and more. We tailor solutions that are suitable for everything from large restaurant chains to small coffee and wine bars. We will be restaurant owners' preferred partners for technology solutions.

We’re an independent game studio based in Oslo, Norway, which was founded in February 2013 by a group of students at the Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH). In January 2014 we consisted of 7 members of the team who all have different experiences in their own fields of expertise. Our common goal is that we want to contribute to the indie scene with story-driven games, without compromising the gameplay. Starting up a new company (let alone within gaming) is no joke, and we hope to make it easier for future companies to make games. It’s a small pond, and as soon as we announce our projects, our vision is to have an exposed development during production. Aid in Action is a voluntary organization that was started in 2008 by the then 19 year old Anne Louise Dæhlin (then Hübert), after visiting a poor village in Kenya. After initially helping to meet a dire need for food, Aid in Action has focused on sustainable development for the local community. We use social entrepreneurship to help poor people and children in need. We are – and want to be – a small and efficient organization that works closely with local, resourceful people in Africa. Our projects are mainly in Kenya. We are working within the areas of education, agriculture, stimulating local industry, water supply, roads, and assistance to orphans. The money we receive from our donors always goes directly to the projects, and none of it is spent on administrative costs on European side. This also means we pay no salaries to those who work with us here. We keep our donors updated with frequent posts on our web page and Facebook.
