Knitting Inna AS

Vi søker etter en aktiv partner med kompetanse og kapital til å ta nettbutikken vår til neste nivå. «Vi» er mor og sønn fra Ålesund som de siste årene har gjort det veldig bra innen design av strikk til hele familien. Vi har gitt ut 4 bestselgende strikkebøker med et samlet opplag på 100.000, og skal straks i gang med bok nummer 5. I tillegg selger vi garnet vi bruker til våre design i nettbutikken. Firmaet vårt heter Knitting Inna As og brandet vårt heter Bystrikk.   Nettbutikken er lokalisert i Oslo, og vi har en veletablert plattform og kundemasse, og gjør det bra i sosiale medier med 50k følgere på Insta og 26k følgere på Facebook. Vi søker en investor som kan bidra til å øke veksten i vår nettbutikk betraktelig. Nordmenn handler garn for nesten 1,5 milliard kroner i året. Vi startet forsiktig for 3 år siden og har bygget opp selskapet stein for stein, uten kapital eller lån. Vi omsatte for knappe 3,5 millioner i 2019. Nå er vi klare for å utvide virksomheten og ta en langt større del av kaken (1,5 mrd). Med de rette kreftene på laget burde man lett kunne 10-doble omsetningen innen 1-2 år. Vi søker noen som kan stille med både kapital til å utvide virksomhet / varelager, samt strategisk rådgivning innen netthandel og markedsføring. Der bør også komme til noen flere hoder og hender, slik at vi kan få «arbeidsro» til å jobbe videre med utvikling, ekspansjon og salg / markedsføring. Vi har et stort navn og et innarbeidet brand i bransjen og burde ha alle forutsetninger for å lykkes, men pr i dag er vi kun 1,5 årsverk som driver alt og vi har pr i dag ikke nok timer i døgnet, eller kapital, til å ta nettbutikken videre til neste nivå.   Vil du være med på strikkeeventyret vårt?

We have developed a camera-based sensor for 24h automatic sea lice counting and biomass measurement. Our product solves the main challenges in high contrast underwater imagery of sea lice with deficient maintenance. We are looking for funding to take the effect to the next level, where approval of our solution in the industry and by authorities are key factors as well as the development of the organization.

Bogbi AS

High-quality cargo bikes and high-tech solutions for urban mobility. Bogbi is a  Norwegian-Colombian startup that produces cargo bikes in Bogota for the national and international markets with a strong integrated social impact. Our bikes are handmade by Norwegian industrial designer Johannes Hegdahl and Colombian engineer David Duarte, as well as excellent welders and other local providers of components and engineering here in Bogota. In all moderation, we are being told that we have developed a world-class product. At Bogbi we want our bikes to contribute to Colombia's future in peace. Together with the Norwegian Refugee Council, and the Colombian company Mejor en Bici we are setting up a pilot -project to provide vocational training for young people involved in the conflict to become welders, entrepreneurs and eventually work with us to develop what we call: bike magic from Colombia. To increase our impact on society and the environment we have teamed up with the Norwegian organization International Development Norway and Innovation Norway. Together we will develop a digital platform for last-mile delivery service. This will enable companies to bring goods from business to business using cargo bikes and create employment for vulnerable groups, as well. We were accepted to apply for Innovation Norway's vision 2030 grants to develop a last-mile delivery service in Bogota and around the world. The grant is for three years to develop software and bikes to establish a b2b pilot here in Bogota with international We are located in Bogota with our own production facility and capacity to produce up to 40 bikes per month.

We save our customers time and money, and we help the environment by reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints. Entro has about 60 employees in Oslo, Trondheim, and Bergen. EpiGuard AS

EpiGuard AS is an innovative Norwegian Medical Technology Company established in 2015 by a group of doctors at the Oslo University Hospital (OUS) together with co-founders Inven2, Eker Group AS, and Hansen Protection AS. EpiGuard has evolved into a highly skilled knowledge-based company. The business model is to develop and manufacture high-end medical equipment for the safe transport of contagious patients. The products will be distributed globally through strategic partners. Currently, the main product is the medical isolation and transportation system, EpiShuttle. The system is developed by clinical experts at OUS, with first-hand experience in providing advanced treatment and transportation of patients with highly infectious diseases, such as Ebola.

Biozep AS

Biozep is discovering and developing first-in-class drug products for the treatment of severe eye diseases which can lead to vision loss and where it is a high unmet medical need. Biozep has discovered novel drug substances based on bioactive lipids which modulate central pathways involved in the pathogenesis of eye diseases. Targets and biomarkers are identified based on a system biology approach combined with in-depth knowledge about bioactive lipids, their endogenous synthesis and mechanisms of action. Biozep has made a prototype drug product based on our lead compound for topical administration and the product will be tested in animal models in 2018. Our goal is to start clinical studies in 2020. Biozep is a company depending on both internal and external resources. Biozep has established its own laboratory in Oslo in order to do synthesis, purification, quality control and chemical development in-house. The biological testing of the drug substances is performed in collaboration with carefully selected contract research organizations both in Europe and the USA. In order to reach the market as fast as possible and to reduce risk, Biozep will seek strategic partnerships early in the drug development phase. Biozep seeks partners with complementary competence and with resources to conduct clinical trials and with market access. We are already in dialogue with potential partners and hope to sign an agreement in 2018-19.

LifeTools AS develops digital tools for people with complex needs within the fields of communication, cognition, and challenged behavior. We put the user first and develop dynamic systems with high flexibility based on the unique user's needs. The network around the user will have digital tools to observe, build and publish expressions, routines, and activities into our systems, and use this information back into the interaction with the user. This gives a better foundation in communication and helps increase the quality of life for the user. Our philosophy is to use "everyday technology" such as tablets/phones and cloud-based solutions and develop highly intuitive and dynamic tools for the network. Users (people with special and complex needs) therefore do not need to acquire skills or knowledge in order to use our systems. This makes it easier for those who have great cognitive challenges to make use of our technological solutions.
