The Farm Society™ is a brand child of Plant Tech AS, born and bred in Trondheim. We deliver freshly harvested greens, herbs and gourmet mushrooms to restaurants, hotels, cantines and catering. Plant Tech explores and develops solutions for urban agriculture and indoor factory farming. We produce climate-friendly leafy vegetables and greens that are delivered at peak within hours after harvesting.

OptoScale supplies fish farmers with precise and relevant data empowering them to make decision that improve productivity, sustainability, and animal welfare. Our data informs fish farmers about how their production is going, by accurately measuring the size of fish, growth, welfare status, and parasite counting. Our head office is in Trondheim, Norway, and we deliver to our great customers around the world. We are continuously interested in hiring great people across most of our functions: HW development, AI/ML, electronics, sales and customer success.

Å være godt vertskap og skape gode rammer er et fag. Det å få teknikken til å fungere kan være avgjørende. Å lage gode video-opptak kan mangedoble verdien av den kunnskapen som formidles fra scenen. Vi jobber kollaborativt. Vi tror på gode partnerskapsmodeller. Derfor jobber vi sammen med flinke underleverandører. Vi prøver å skape sponsormodeller og partnerskap som skaper vinn-vinn. Målet vårt er å skape nettverk. Få koblet sammen ulike fagmiljøer. The problem:The easiest pollution to clean up, is what's on the surface. Lost fishing gear is hidden on the bottom. It doesn't only cause pollution, but also torture and death of enormous amounts of animals. About 10% of the total amount of seafood harvested are wasted to ghost fishing. Hundreds of thousands of crab- and lobster traps are lost every years. In the Florida Keys alone an estimated 100 000 traps are lost every yearCaptured animals starve to death, and become bait for others to follow. Lost traps thus become endless killing machines at a severe societal and environmental cost. Over time traps also start dissolving, releasing microplastics into the ocean, working its way into the food chain and polluting our seafood. The solution:ResqUnit is a device that's mounted on top of a trap or a pot. If the trap is left under water for a longer period of time, ResqUnit activates and floats to the surface. Thus enabling you to retrieve it.We are hoping to raise awareness so that anyone who sees the unique floating device, will either pull up the equipment or report it's location. That way everybody can do their part keeping the oceans cleaner and stop the unnecessary killing of sea life.

Mal Bildet Mitt arbeider sammen med kunstnere som enda ikke har skapt seg et stort nok navn til å selge direkte på egne veine, men som viser talent. I de fleste tilfellene er det yngre kunstnere. Vår største rekrutteringskanal er studenter ved og nyutdannede fra institutt for bildende kunst (e.g. "fine art") ved ulike universitet rundt omkring i verden. Vi annonserer på campus, besøker studentenes kunstutstillinger, får anbefalt de mest lovende studentene fra professorer og andre lærere osv. For å kunne holde prisene nede er rekrutteringen fokusert på lavkostland.
