Misc Games is a game developer based in Stavanger – Norway, with several collaborators around the world. We make games for PC/Consoles. Misc Games aims at developing unique games for various niche markets. We treat developers like human beings and video games like art rather than toys. Everyone at Misc Games has a strong passionate for video games and that’s why we want to evolve the industry into something better. We want to develop games mostly for the more mature and educated gamers.

Today, legal services are provided on the premises of the legal industry. We believe in making legal services available to everyone. We do this by automating legal processes by connecting law with design and technology. So that more people are able to be their own lawyers. We are testing our solutions in the Norwegian market at the moment, but all services are built to scale internationally. Det som ikke like kjent at mange restauranter sliter med et høyt kostnadsnivå, og noe av grunnen til dette er at personalet bruker opptil 30% av arbeidstiden sin på å betjene systemer. Vi løser dette gjennom Payrest ved at gjestene selv registrerer bestillingen og betalingen på sin egen mobiltelefon. Dette gir deg som restaurantdriver muligheten til å bruke mer tid på servering og service! Payrest skal levere fremtidens løsning for servicebransjen – og har fokus på å levere en bedre gjesteopplevelse. Sammen med innovasjonsselskapet Norsentio driver Yngvar og Jørn, Payrest Norge. Løsningen er klar til å gi solhungrige og corona-leie nordmenn en trygg og effektiv restaurantopplevelse sommeren 2021! Gjennom 2018 og 2019 ble det investert 10 millioner i løsningen, og brukerne er så langt godt fornøyde med det som er levert – men vi gir oss ikke med det. Nordic Electrofuel offers a solution for the rapid transition from fossil to renewable electrical energy for all transport sectors. It is based on the conversion of renewable electric energy into liquid electro-fuels that can be as easily transported, stored, and used as conventional fossil hydrocarbons. It also provides a good solution to distribute and store stranded electrical energy. PTL (Power To Liquid) has been considered too expensive, but with the low electricity price in Norway and new efficient processing and upgrading solutions, it has become commercially feasible. Electrification of transportation is required to avoid catastrophic climate change. Battery- or cable-electric solutions are not feasible for transport like aviation and long-distance marine transport. Liquid energy carriers such as biofuels are desperately needed but limited. The fuel is free of sulfur and can therefore be used maritime industry as a fuel after 2022. The fuel emits much fewer particles and aromatics than conventional fossil fuel, so it also solves the local pollution problem. Competitive advantages: • Norway’s low electricity price from hydro and lately also wind power. • 20 - 30 % lower electricity consumption than with existing technology • Lower production price than advanced biofuels • Agreements in place for a site at Herøya, which has all utilities (cooling water, cheap renewable electricity, etc.) and processing expertise available. • About the same source to shaft efficiency as hydrogen, but with much lower total CAPEX due to no investment in distribution systems and engines.

Halify AS operates on markets within the field of urban spatial area management, with a specific focus on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and urban mobility.
