Diinef is a small company started in 2013 by three engineers. The business concept is sales of electronically controlled valve systems for large hydraulic motors. The valves control the connection between each individual motor cylinder and high- and low-pressure, thereby making the motors controllable and increasing power and efficiency significantly. The product is unique and belongs to the growing technology area of digital hydraulics. We have partners in the areas of motor manufacturing and maritime- and offshore equipment. Throughout 2017 we are developing and testing valves, electronics, and software to finalize the first product, and in parallel, we work with equipment manufacturers to develop application examples and methods. Diinef's founders are employees of the company. We are one Norwegian and two Danes working out of three different locations in Norway and Denmark with a business address in Kristiansand. Our ages are between 30 and 53. Electronic communication, cloud-based documentation, and some travel activity is part of our daily life. So are flexibility and self-motivation. Happystar ble etablert i desember 2014, av Elisabeth Haga; grafisk designer og idéutvikler. Etter flere år med Happy Star som hobby tok Elisabeth spranget i oktober 2017 og startet opp fulltid. I 2020 tok vi enda et nytt sprang og gikk fra enkeltmannsforetak til aksjeselskap med to nye ansatte og et lite utsalgssted i Randaberg sentrum. Etter et år her pakket vi igjen ned lageret, og flyttet til et større lager. Vi stortrives på vår nye adresse, randabergveien 308. Her har vi pakkeskap utenfor slik at våre kunder som bestiller 'Hent på lager' kan hente 24/7. På vårt lager jobber søstrene Elisabeth og Janne Cecilie med å pakke alle de fine bestillingene vi får her i nettbutikken. Vi i team Happy Star digger jobben vår!

Preeti has both national and international experience from Finnmark in the north to South Africa and Australia in the south. She is focused on using innovation and creativity to find solutions to societal problems. The positive platform falls under medical equipment and is a platform to treat and prevent musculoskeletal disorders. The solution is user-centered and evidence-based. It contains, among other things, automated mapping, digital consultation and workshops, as well as digital tools adapted to the user. The company has received both market research and commercialisation grant from Innovation Norway and is, among other things, affiliated with EIRA - which is a growth program developed and delivered by Norwegian Smart Care Cluster and Validé. Positival is in a phase now where the company needs to bring in the right expertise that can take the company further.

Fishby is a recreational sport fishings industry's very own "Google". Through our platform, a fisherman can buy ANY fishing permit in Norway (for now), even those that don't exist yet. The best thing is that we can do it WITHOUT needing the landowner/permit seller to pre-register on the platform or even know about us.
