iNANOD AS is a nanotechnology based anticancer drug developing company operating from Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator established in 2016.  The objective is to increase efficacy of cancer drugs and to reduce unintended side-effects for cancer patients and maximize their longevity. We have a strong group of people to deliver on the promise which comprises of our collaborators, scientific advisors and business advisors.   Our aim is to become a pharmaceutical company for anti cancer nanomedicines.  We will take a comprehensive approach, using collaborative research from many small projects and existing literature and infrastructure. Our team consisting of experts within nanotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine. Our partnerships with research institutions, makes us well suited for developing and commercialising this technology. As the focus is on improved delivery, the technology can greatly improve safety and efficacy of existing cancer drugs. Moreover, the costly development of new drugs will not be necessary. Monetisation and exit will therefore be available in an earlier phase than normal within pharmaceutical development, through selling IPR to established pharmaceutical companies after clinical phase IIa. The Norwegian Research Council has granted our pre-project application in NANO 2021 call and research has started in August 2017. Innovasjon Norge has also supported us with mentoring hours. We are a member of Oslo Cancer Cluster now.

I 2012 ble vi involvert i et prosjekt i samarbeid med Bergen kommune. Formålet med prosjektet var å motivere eldre og personer med demens til å bli mer fysisk aktive. Resultatene fra prosjektet var så gode at vi ønsket å starte et selskap for å kunne tilby konseptet i hele Norden. Motitech AS ble derfor etablert i oktober 2013.  I dag hjelper vi institusjoner og dagsentre i Norden til å gi et økt tilbud om trening for eldre. Dette gjør vi gjennom MOTiview. Vi leverer også et bredt utvalg av treningsapparater, inkludert Thera Trainer Tigo og MOTOmed VIVA. Vi brenner for at eldre og personer med demens skal få økt livskvalitet og bedre fysisk helse. Mitt Barnebarn er en seniorhjelp-bedrift i Trondheim. Vi hjelper hjemmeboende seniorer med det praktiske i hverdagen: renhold, hagearbeid, småreparasjoner, handling og digital hjelp. Navnet sier det meste: vi stiller opp slik et barnebarn ville gjort. Et menneske på døra, god teknologi i ryggen. Problemet vi jobber med er at mange eldre faller mellom familie som ikke rekker det, og en kommune med vedtak og ventelister. De trenger trygg, fast hjelp uten byråkrati. Det er det vi gir dem, med samme hjelper hver gang. Det som gjør oss spesielle: hjelperne våre er unge mennesker, og for mange er dette den første jobben. Hvert besøk blir et generasjonsmøte der en ungdom og en senior faktisk blir kjent. Vi tror unge kan styrke eldreomsorgen og avlaste en presset kommune, og vi bygger en bedrift som beviser det. Vi er et ungt team som bygger noe fra bunnen, og vi tenker stort: å vokse by for by, og gjøre kontoret til en hub der unge får prøve egne ideer, lære ferdigheter de tar med seg videre, og bygge noe som betyr noe. Mattehelten ble startet med én klar visjon – å gjøre matematikk enklere og hjelpe elever som sliter med faget. Vi vet hvor frustrerende det er for foreldre å se barnet sitt streve med matte uten å vite hvordan man kan hjelpe. Matematikk er et av de fagene flest elever sliter med i skolen, og konsekvensene kan være store både for selvtilliten deres og fremtidige utdanningsmuligheter. Statistikk fra 2016/2017 viser at 22 % av tiendeklassingene fikk karakteren 2 eller lavere i matematikk, og i 2024 strøk over 20 % av privatistene i 2P, R1 og R2-matte. Disse tallene viser at mange elever ikke får den oppfølgingen de trenger for å mestre faget. I tillegg ser vi at stadig færre velger realfag på videregående, fordi de opplever matte som for vanskelig. Dette bidrar til mangel på ingeniører, IT-spesialister og andre viktige yrker, som igjen påvirker samfunnet og fremtidens arbeidsmarked. Mattehelten ble startet for å snu denne trenden. Vi hjelper elever med å tette kunnskapshull, bygge mestring og oppnå bedre resultater, slik at matte ikke blir en hindring, men en mulighet. Gjennom 1-til-1 digital undervisning tilbyr vi skreddersydd mattehjelp der elevene får tett oppfølging hver uke. Vi bruker Google Meet og tegnebrett for å forklare både skriftlige utregninger og digitale verktøy som GeoGebra, regneark og programmering. Mattehelten ble grunnlagt i 2020 av Stephan Hung Nguyen under pandemien. Han så hvor mange elever som slet med matematikk og ønsket å gjøre en forskjell. Med sin ekspertise innen undervisning og matematikk startet han et gratis tilbud for ungdommer – både for å støtte dem gjennom pandemien og for å øke interessen for faget. I løpet av tre år underviste Stephan opptil 20 timer i uken helt gratis, ved siden av studiene. Etter hvert økte etterspørselen, og flere forespurte fast digital undervisning. For å kunne hjelpe flere begynte vi å ta betalt, slik at Stephan kunne undervise på fulltid. Fokuset var – og er fortsatt – å tilby undervisning preget av empati, trygghet og mestring. Ryktet spredte seg, og stadig flere ønsket mattehjelp fra Mattehelten. I 2023 hadde vi 4 undervisere, i 2024 vokste vi til 11, og i 2025 har vi 20 dyktige undervisere – alle med samme mål: å hjelpe elever med å mestre matte og føle seg trygge i faget.
