GlucoSet AS

GlucoSet develops a disposable glucose sensor for use in critically ill hospital patients. Continuous monitoring of glucose in this patient group will enable better glucose control, which significantly reduces cost and improves patient outcomes. While many solutions exist for continuous glucose monitoring in diabetics, no good solution exists for critically ill patients. The company has a portfolio of granted patents, and is backed by venture capital investors. We're currently 7 permanent employees and growing fast. We look for people who are hands-on, eager to get things done, and still eager to grow. It's important to us that work is fun, and that we have a good time together. Tenol - Connecting Youth With Opportunity

Tenol is developing a structured recruitment platform to help young candidates and local businesses solve the gap between first-job seekers and relevant entry-level job opportunities through practical matching, candidate screening and a clearer recruitment process. Many young people struggle to get their first job, not necessarily because they lack motivation, but because the path into work is unclear. They often do not know where to start, how to present themselves, or how to become visible to employers. At the same time, many businesses need motivated people for full- or part-time roles, extra help, weekend shifts and practical tasks, but do not always have the time or structure to find and assess young candidates properly. This creates a gap between young people who want to work and businesses that need help. Tenol is focused on making that connection easier, safer and more structured. Tenol helps candidates register their interest, availability and profile in a structured way. Businesses can describe their needs, such as role, working hours, requirements and preferred candidate profile. Tenol then works to match candidates with relevant opportunities based on practical fit, including availability, motivation, role requirements and communication. Instead of only forwarding names, Tenol aims to provide businesses with clearer candidate shortlists and structured candidate presentations. The goal is to reduce friction for businesses while giving young candidates a more professional and understandable path into working life. The motivation behind Tenol comes from seeing how difficult the first step into working life can be for many young people. A lot of candidates are motivated, but they are not always given a clear or fair way to show it. At the same time, businesses often need reliable help, but the process of finding young candidates can be time-consuming and unstructured. Tenol was started because this connection can be better. First jobs matter. They build confidence, experience, responsibility and future opportunities. Tenol exists to make that first connection between candidate and employer more practical, structured and human.

Målet vårt er å gi brukere en moderne og brukervennlig plattform hvor annonsering er enkelt, effektivt og tilgjengelig for alle. Vi jobber kontinuerlig med å forbedre plattformen gjennom bedre sikkerhet, smartere søk og funksjoner som hjelper kjøpere og selgere å finne hverandre raskere. TASS fokuserer også på å forebygge svindel og skape et tryggere annonsemarked. Vår visjon er å bygge en åpen og brukervennlig markedsplass hvor mennesker kan handle lokalt, bærekraftig og trygt.

Founded after CEO Guttorm saw music’s impact through his grandmother’s dementia, Ode exists to remove the time, technology, and cost barriers that keep personalised music out of everyday care. Today, getting it right typically means specialist mapping, hours of playlist work, and daily device hassle, which caregivers and families can’t sustain. Ode makes it practical: curate in minutes, then play instantly with one knob—so the right music is there when it’s needed, without adding workload.

Our aim is to offer a user-friendly, instantly accessible suite of comprehensive geospatial and GIS-related tools and functionalities, all available as a cloud-hosted solution directly in your browser.

Dyrk

Dyrk is like an Airbnb, but for gardens. We let garden owners rent out their garden to people who needs some space to grow their own vegetables. The growers will pay a monthly subscription to be able to grow their own vegetables in a garden. The garden owners can put their garden out on our platform and wait for growers to apply so they can earn money. There does not exist a way to rent a garden space or to rent out your garden. The alternative today if you do not own a garden yourself is to sign up for allotment garden through the municipality. In Oslo the allotment from the municipality has a waiting time of atleast 20 years. The waiting time is far too long on today’s alternatives for growing. After corona the interest for growing vegetables has been booming. We tackle this problem by letting people who own a garden rent it out to these people that want to grow, but do not have the space themselves.

IT.no ble stiftet sent i 2020 med en klar visjon om å forenkle IT og digitalisere Norges bedrifter. Målet var å klare dette med til gunstige priser og den beste kundereisen med ansatte som har langvarig erfaring fra bransjen. Vi skulle bistå både som en komplett IT-avdeling for bedriftene, men også for muligheten til å begrense tilbudet til medhjelpere for eksisterende IT-ressurser hos kundene. Gründerne i selskapet har begge langvarig erfaring fra ISP og IT bransjen der de bygget opp egne avdelinger. Det var viktig at både en tekniker og en selger begge stod på eiersiden for å ivareta produkt og service så vel som det kommersielle. GoGood

At GoGood, we work towards developing a reuse economy for office furniture that will be preferred to the consumer economy. Our solution consists of a digital reuse-platform that aims to become a driving force in the reuse economy for used office furniture. We have taken a concrete approach, starting with office interiors as our initial focus. In Norway alone, the office furniture market is worth over 4 billion annually, yet we discard 140,000 tons of furniture valued at 400-500 million Norwegian kroner each year. This cannot continue. That's why we have developed a reuse-platform for furniture, including a marketplace for the professional furniture market, making it incredibly easy for businesses, interior architects, and other stakeholders to sell their furniture while also simplifying the process of purchasing used furniture for interior projects, as well as making old furniture look new again. Over the past two years, we have made significant progress in developing modern reuse solutions, products, and services. With public support totaling over 15 million Norwegian kroner from the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and the Oslo municipality, as well as partnerships with industry players such as Flokk, Aarsland, Ope, Norsk Gjenvinning, Glomma Industrier, Hannah Nordh, Oslo Waste and Recycling Agency, NORSUS - Norwegian Institute for Sustainability Research, Norsk Regnesentral, and OBOS, we are now ready with our reuse-platform making the circular economy for office furniture on a large scale possible-
