We offer new possibilities in the field of urban gardening. BEDD design, produce and sell modular raised garden bed systems in steel. Simple as Lego bricks and cool as Montana shelves.  The concept is developed in close collaboration with ByBye Design and our production partner is Tronrud Engineering in Moss, Norway. Since prototype launch in 2016, BEDD has experienced 3x growth every year. In 2019 our goal is to expand to 60 stores and launch a great self watering system for BEDD.  Our company vision is "Cultivating passion". It covers our passion for urban gardening and green living, but also our passion for sustainable growth in new and exciting markets. Our team is a nice bouquet of experts from fields such as gardening, design, strategy, marketing and business development. Like the cool steel panels in our products, we like to join people with different backgrounds and know-how. In near future we hope to increase this team with more people, and will return to this when the time is right.

We provide a software service that automates housing cooperations and facility management.Nordic housing cooperations (Norwegian: borettslag/sameier) place a lot of responsibilities in their elected leaders. Our software automates many of the tasks required of these leaders and simplifies their management as dictated by law (Norwegian: "Internkontrollforskriften").  Each new member of the team is better at something than the others. All team members have solid international experience from fields like mobile technology, business development and technology management, international education, instructional design, and learning sciences research.The team consists of Fredrik Harloff, Chief Executive Officer, and Mihaela Tabacaru , Community Manager, both co-founders of NewSchool, working full time. The third co-founder, Stian Hofslett Thowsen, works full time as a teacher and part of management team at Langaugen secondary school in Bergen, Norway. Besides the three co-founders, NewSchool relies on an interdisciplinary board of administration with senior level execs: Anne Posner, Bjarne Solhaug, and Paal Kaperdal, all with broad experience, covering international business development expertise, publishing house and human resources expertise, and digital transformation expertise.
