Spect8 is a norwegian tech startup with a mission to help sports organizations, pro-athletes and sponsors that don’t have enough time, capacity, or the necessary skills to reach their potential in growing fan engagement and commercial value. Due to the power of association among consumers, brands allocate an increasing amount of their advertising budgets towards sports teams and athletes. To measure the value of a sponsorship, sponsors rely on manual measurements and expensive consulting services. At the same time, athletes, clubs, and federations are left with few resources to decide what their commercial value is, and often forfeit revenue (and funding for their sport) by underselling their commercial value. To solve this problem, we have developed a tool called Foqus. Foqus is an easy-to-use machine learning tool created for sports teams and individual athletes to determine their commercial value for sponsorships, and for brands to manage and measure multiple agreements. We are currently working with Norsk Toppfotball, sports associations, clubs and and several brands, and are off to a good start to reach our goal of creating a new industry standard for how sponsorship value is created, measured, and driven. The existing team consists of three business developers with expertise in strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analysis. In addition, we have associated development teams with both front-end, back-end and database expertise. We have recently become a part of StartupLab's Accelerator program, are supported by Innovation Norway and have ambitions to scale our business both nationally and internationally in the coming years. We therefore wish to expand our team with a skilled developer who also wants to make a professional career as an entrepreneur. The CTO will have the overall responsibility for the further development and scaling of our core product, Foqus, as well as the development of new tools and concepts going forward.

We are a passionate and highly skilled team of about 12 persons in Oslo, and 10 developers working remotely. In March 2022 we secured 23 million NOK in funding, and will use this money to scale the company further, including going internationally. TrustLabs is developing an easy-to-use platform that helps small and medium businesses with authenticating and verifying their online customers' identities without having to deal with complex tools nor robbing the bank. Today everyone building a online business needs to settle with IT security tooling that is extremely complex to operate. These are often tools provided by larger Identity Management vendors cobbled together from multiple acquisitions without consideration of the jobs-to-be-done by the developer and IT organizations. Instead of spending weeks or months, the developers should be able to integrate a social provider or electronic identification (eID) provider in minutes and hours into their apps. Our solution is an highly automated platform supporting OpenID Connect and OAuth as main interfaces. Customer applications will only need to work through a single interface that offers normalized responses across the all identity providers so that our customers don't need custom code for each identity provider their app needs to support. Less code is less failures is less time spent on maintenance. With a highly-automated technology stack we are reducing the costs for everyone so that everyone can focus their energy on where it matters the most - generating value through pleasing their customers! Identity management see rapid changes and new innovations. There is always a battle to beat the malicious actors. We see new blockchain based identity schemes emerge aiming for better consumer privacy. This is all good news! We offer a unique opportunity to rent an electric bike via an app. The bike is designed to be safe, simple and efficient for all users. With our system we can control where the bikes must be parked, so that it does not hinder pedestrians or riders. This is called HUB/geo fence, which is both flexible and tidy. We are the first in the market with this idea for electric bike rentals run by local founders from Oslo. Our goal is to create a web of transport connected to all districts in Oslo. This is something we can achieve, because we already have good relations with the urban environment agency, as well as a couple of districts that are interested in this transport opportunity .

The supply of traditional feed sources like fish meal and soy are limited, and there are environmental conserns to increase soy production. In Greentech Innovators we are now investing in a pilot plant for fermentation of food waste into Single cell protein and organic fertilizer in Bergen. We have a dedicated team, and the second largest waste management company in Norway,BIR ,as partner. We are now searching for investors to finalize the pilot palnt and scale up the production.
