The landlord sends a single SMS. Repeated at move-in, during the tenancy and at move-out, this creates one shared, verifiable record of the home's condition — protecting the landlord's asset and the tenant's deposit at the same time. The product is free to try (send a test inspection to yourself in under a minute) and free through 2026; from 2027 a licence costs NOK 490 per rental unit per year. We also offer free tools used by Norwegian landlords: a digital handover protocol, a rent adjustment calculator built on official CPI data from Statistics Norway, and local housing price statistics. Rental housing is a growing share of the Norwegian market, dominated by small private landlords with no professional tools.
