Sloyd is using automation to make the creation of 3D faster and more accessible and to make 3D rendering more efficient. We are building a simple-to-use WebApp to quickly generate 3D assets and a software development kit for performance-efficient runtime creation in video games and virtual worlds. Sloyd combines procedural generation techniques, machine learning, and a commitment to real-time optimization to provide the best 3D automation tools. Sloyd is a remote-first company and employees can work from home, a shared-space hub, or from the main office in Oslo. Emberly is a Stavanger-based startup founded in 2020. The company was born out of a desire to help people learn better and to help them manage information overload. Our product is a knowledge library, but in contrast to other solutions, we help you organize your knowledge into what we call "knowledge maps". Traditional solutions based on tags and search are not adequate due to the simple fact that it requires using the language center of the brain, this requires you to break your chain of thought before you can even start looking for your resources. Emberly in contrast, lets you use spatial navigation to find what you are looking for. Which is far more efficient.Not to mention the fact that by creating and using this breakdown of topics, you automatically gain a far better understanding of the concepts you are working on. We have been working tightly knit with our community for two years to help us make Emberly the best experience it can be, and we officially released the system in 2022.
