Everything for a fixed monthly fee and everything available on the phone. We mean that the accounting service does not have to be expensive and you can still have full controll even you don´t do the accounts yourself. We will continuously try to push the price down by automating more and more of the accounting work inhouse. Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. Vi engasjerer og inspirerer folk og beslutningstakere gjennom å spre konseptet Fiksefest for elektronikk, og ved å sette bærekraftig forbruk av elektronikk på den offentlige agendaen. Vi er en del av et internasjonalt Restarters-nettverk som har vokst ut av Londonbaserte The Restart Project. Nordmenn ligger på Europatoppen når det gjelder bruk og kast av elektronikk, og dette har store klima- og miljømessige konsekvenser. Ved å jobbe praktisk og lokalt, spre glede og mestring knyttet til reparasjon ønsker vi å endre folks forhold til elektronikk, hvordan vi setter pris på og tar vare på den. På en Fiksefest utforsker og reparerer vi elektronikken sammen, lærer av hverandre og har det gøy med å la den leve lenger. Gjennom arrangementene sprer vi derfor nysgjerrighet og ingeniørferdigheter, i tillegg til glede knyttet til å ta vare på elektronikken vår.
