Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

Den beveger seg i merden ved å endre oppdrift - drar inn litt vann for å synke og skyver det ut igjen for å flyte (patentert). Slik kan den måle hele merden i opp til 6 måneder på ett batteri. Den kan da heller ikke skade not eller annet i merden. -Vedlikeholdsfri over hele verden Data sendes via satellitt som gjør at den har dekning over hele verden. Den er vedlikeholdsfri og trenger ikke vask. Løsningen er kosteffektiv fordi den ikke er avhengig av strøm eller skap på merdkanten og kan leveres per post. -Måler i hele merden Dronen måler med 9 ulike sensorer i hele vannsøylen. Det inkluderer salinitet (haloklin), lys, fisketetthet (ekkolodd), oksygen (Aanderaa), temperatur, turbiditet, støy, bølgehøyde og strøm; samt sammensatte målinger av appetitt, stress og risiko. -Datatilgang og rapporteur Datavisning på nett og på mail. Løsningen støtter ASC-rapportering. Data er også tilgjengelig for BI-systemer eller 3. part i API. I det hele tatt, svært mye i en liten pakke.
