Her educational background is in law and project management.   We are an ambitious and creative team of 5 founders and 2 active board members that are super passionate about making a difference in communities by providing a solution that we believe have a positive effect on people. iMAL er en digital lese- og skrivebok som bygger på kunnskap om hvordan hjernen lærer. Noen barn strever med å huske bokstavene til både lesing og skriving, men gjennom nettbaserte kurs og online veiledning kan lærere og foreldre lære hvordan de kan hjelpe barn med å lære bokstavene enklere. iMAL har høstet mye positiv omtale, og våren 2017 kom resultatet fra en studie fra NTNU som viste at alle barn lærer bedre med iMAL.

The Missing Maps project maps the most vulnerable places in the developing world.  Building on the excellent work done by the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) and others in mapping as emergency response, the Missing Maps Project aims to map the places in the world where the most vulnerable people live in a proactive way. Instead of responding to a natural disaster, conflict or epidemic, regions vulnerable to crises are identified and mapped in anticipation of crises, meaning that when one occurs, local people, NGOs and other responders can start using the maps and the data from the word go, saving valuable time, and potentially, lives.The Missing Maps Project is an open collaboration founded by the American Red Cross, the British Red Cross, Humanitarian OSM Team (HOT) and Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders (MSF).

Our goal is to fix the issues with IT recruitment by challenging the role WE used to have for many years. The issues are that:1. It's hard to know who's best for a job because we rely on manual evaluations based on CV-descriptions.2. We worked together in Microsoft and often discussed how to address daily tasks through the use of new technologies.
