The Groogert Project is an environmental startup that teaches children ways in which they can take action against climate change and take better care of nature. With a funny and colorful character named Groogert, we deliver important messages of hope and nature stewardship in different platforms. It is through games, trivias, songs and videos that our narrative is carefully crafted so that it is a positive learning experience for children. We believe, after all, that action towards climate change should not be preached or normative, but rather fun, motivating and exciting!

Wavefoil er en maritim startup med mål om å redusere drivstofforbruk og CO2-utslipp fra internasjonal skipsfart. Vårt patenterte løsning er allerede installert på tre fartøy med svært gode tilbakemeldinger. Reisen har vært et eventyr så langt, men det stopper ikke her. Er du interessert i å være med på reisen? Ta kontakt! Wavefoil leverer inntrekkbare baugfoiler for redusert drivstofforbruk og økt komfort i bølger. Selskapet baserer seg på forskning fra NTNU, og har i perioden 2016-2020 tatt konseptet inntrekkbare baugfoiler fra en idé til et kommersielt produkt. I september 2019 ble det første skipet med løsningen sjøsatt. Etter mer enn ett år i drift og til sammen tre leveranser, har selskapet nå fått demonstrert drivstoffbesparelse, bevegelsesdemping og driftssikkerhet i fullskala. Selskapet skal de neste årene vokse fra å være en start-up til å bli en industriell leverandør. Til det trengs det dyktige folk. Til tross for suksessen hittil, har selskapet kun en håndfull ansatte i dag. Nye ansatte vil derfor få føle på både friheten og ansvarsfølelsen med å jobbe i en liten bedrift. Einka Økonomi

Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. As social entrepreneurs we have seen that nothing is being done to alleviate these problems in an effective way, so we have decided to take a stance, and commit to being the solution. Our solution will positively impact your business through helping to alleviate the stresses that come with poor financial wellbeing. PaleBlue Trainer is a easy-to-use platform for gamified employee training. Company projects include industrial and professional simulators for companies such as Neptune Energy, Saudi Aramco, European Space Agency and NASA.

mcare

The Core Service group is more commonly known by its brand name, mcare, and it has been servicing the Nordic market with aftersales processes and authorized Apple repairs since 2010. The company employs over 60 certified Apple experts and has a capacity exceeding a quarter of a million repairs on a yearly basis for the 19 locations spread throughout the Nordics. The revenue for 2019 landed at €22,4M, showing a 20% annual growth. We primarily drive a B2B set-up, having customers within the insurance industry, carriers, and larger well-known enterprises, as well as municipalities and SMEs. Now, we also aim to gain broader recognition amongst consumers.

Kapoow AS

We are a company that is in the development of a new way of telling stories. We're creating a platform where it's possible to expand the narrative of a story from the main screen (e.g your TV) to a second screen, by using keyframe triggers and secondary screen content delivery. We're currently in a prototype aiming for MVP as the next step.

We are making art easy, affordable, and fun. For art lovers, we bring beautiful visual art into your home with the Kreoz art app for Apple TV. For artists, we offer the chance to reach new audiences from all over the world, and to make money at the same time, all for free. Kreoz was conceived as a project while the founders were doing their MBA at IE Business School in Madrid. Our core team today consists of Erlend from Norway and Filippo from Italy. Erlend has a background in management and business development and is a big foodie and football fan. Filippo's worked with product development in tech companies, and is an avid marathon runner. Erlend is responsible for commercial activities including social media, partnerships, artist relations and user engagement. Filippo looks after product development and testing, working with our developer in Bulgaria. We currently work remotely, apart from periodic gatherings, but we are looking to grow our team in Oslo. As a team we value openness, action orientation, and a willingness to challenge established ideas.When we meet in person, apart from working, we like to eat good good, drink beer and discuss technological disruption.
