Vi bruker tilgjengelig erfaring til å skape og styrke fremtidens arbeidsplasser og næringsliv. Gruppen utgjør i våre øyne tidenes mest kompetent og hurtigst voksende befolkningsdel med uutnyttet potensiale. For veldig mange oppstartsbedrifter er det en stor styrke å kunne knytte til seg erfaring, nettverk og kompetanse som de ikke har internt. Vi legger også vekt på at bedriftene i stor grad har ønsker om å løse samfunnsproblemer, i kombinasjon med å tjene penger. 50 til 100 jobber mot vanlige bedrifter (for-profit), sosialt entreprenørskap, non-profits, og organisasjoner.
