We have developed a camera-based sensor for 24h automatic sea lice counting and biomass measurement. Our product solves the main challenges in high contrast underwater imagery of sea lice with deficient maintenance. We are looking for funding to take the effect to the next level, where approval of our solution in the industry and by authorities are key factors as well as the development of the organization.

Ecomerden is a complete producer of semi-closed cage systems for Aquaculture founded in 2012. With over 25 years of experience in delivering technology in the aquaculture industry, we started developing Ecomerden, a European patented semi-closed system for the lice-free production of fish. By 2015 the first cage was installed in Solund. Sogn & Fjordane. Here we have produced lice-free post-smolt of Atlantic salmon (90 grams-1kg) for 2 years with groundbreaking results. Using Ecomerden as a combination in the production line of the fish not only prevents lice pressure but also makes a more robust smolt ready for the open cages. With the results so far showing that the technology and biology are working, the company is now ready for commercialization.

Vi produserer karbon-nanofiber (CNF) gjennom anvendelse av ny banebrytende teknologi. CO2 er vår viktigste innsatsfaktor – og vi bidrar således samtidig til å løse en global miljøutfordring. CNF blir fremstilt gjennom en kjemisk prosess som separerer CO2 molekylet til sine to bestanddeler, karbon og oksygen. CNF har unike egenskaper, og benyttes i dag blant annet ved produksjon av batterier og som byggemateriale. Markedsprisen på CNF er høy – og tilgangen på produktet har frem til nå vært begrenset globalt. I 2015 ble det omsatt CNF for rundt 10 milliarder NOK globalt. Anvendelse av produktet er sterkt stigende – og ny teknologi som vi besitter gjør det mulig å optimalisere produksjonen, og således sikre en stabil tilførsel av CNF til markedet. Bergen Carbon Solutions (BCS) ble etablert i 2016 basert på en bacheloroppgave ved Høyskolen på Vestlandet. Forskningen bak oppgaven ble tildelt «Klimaprisen» ved høyskolen, samt «NITO-prisen» for det arbeidet som har det mest innovative potensial. Forskningen er senere verifisert av Sintef på oppdrag fra BCS.

RAIDO is certified for use in mobile satellite systems, where the challenges are particularly challenging, but everyone has also experienced bad mobile cell phone coverage. AnsuR makes critical information available to remote users. In drones and autonomous aerial vehicles and surface vessels, the ability to communicate camera content independently of the terrestrial infrastructure is key. RAIDO can also solve problems with large emails and documents due to images and graphics and provide Super-light Interactive Documents, showing the ability to transform how we communicate visual data. AnsuR has based its first years since the start of operations in 2006 on research and innovation, has currently sold the key products to representative customers for list price, and is ready to ramp up activities, marketing, and sales efforts. Both technology and market are proven. AnsuR has about 15 employees in hi-tech software engineering, located in Oslo and Barcelona. The company is currently self-funded and has not yet taken any investments. The shareholders are basically the founders and the employees.
