Opportunity: The Gaming Market is global from day one, with digital gaming storefronts such as Steam, PSN and XBOX Live retaining millions of existing customers worldwide. Gamers are a heavily invested group of customers with both a high willingness to pay, as well as established networks of influencers and discussion forums, which greatly facilitates advertising efforts. Furthermore, gaming has been proven to be both Recession- and Pandemic proof, with game sales being largely unaffected by 2008 financial crisis, while sales records were broken during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Consumer behavior during the ongoing crisis has further confirmed the need for (and subsequently, the financial potential in) self-actualization through entertainment. Hayon is a data-driven Fintech company bringing transparency to the mortgage market both for customers and banks. Since the launch in 2020 over 170 000 mortgage customers in Norway have registered on our rapidly growing marketplace Renteradar. Mortgage customers can use Renteradar to get an overview over the mortgage market and how much they can potentially save. In addition Renteradar provides the user with the tools to lower their interest rate by negotiating with their bank or apply for a cheaper loan elsewhere. In addition to Renteradar, Hayon provides analysis about the banking market with Hayon Analytics being the backbone of our offering. Hayon Analytics is an analytical tool built in Power BI providing unique insights to our partners. We are currently eight emplyees but looking to expand our team going forward. Hayon raised capital in beginning of 2023 and the media company Amedia became an investor.

The Pitch Most tidal power plants today generate power only in one direction. Projected, next-generation tidal power plants with two-way production have sub-optimal production. Tidetec patented technology improves efficiency by 11-22% of the most cost effective tidal turbine technology by obtaining optimal efficiency both ways and pumping efficiency. This is achieved by integrating the turbine into a rotating turret. The turning mechanism is patented, and has received international recognition. The What Tidetec can kick-start a huge UK Market The How Tidetec has developed a fully functional scale model prototype of the turning mechanism. The turning mechanism prototype has been successfully tested in sea water for two months. Prototyping has shown feasibility of the concept and the model turbine simulations and testing confirm turbine efficiencies much higher than state of the art traditional turbines for 2-way hydropower. In summary, prototyping engineering, feasibility studies and cost estimations of the Tidetec concept have proven major efficiency increase compared to traditional concepts.
