Variment (Propl AS) ble opprettet i 2021 for å gjøre rekrutterings-og-opplæringsprosessen mer engasjerende og inkluderende gjennom teknologi og innovasjon. Teamet består av CEO Mai Phan, CTO Khanh Pham og UX Researcher Sriramya Juttiga. Vi har også mentorer og rådgiver med erfaring i organisasjonspsykologi, HR, strategi og kunstig intelligens fra OsloMet Universitetet, Novo Nordisk, Arctic Grouse, Ophiolite og DNB.

WAID helps humanitarian aid organizations deploy aid workers. WAID provides a two-sided marketplace between aid organizations and aid workers. The organizations struggle to deploy enough workers for big projects. The workers want to contribute more than they currently are. WAID marketplace will automatically match organizations with relevant and available personnel for their projects, facilitating volunteer exchange between organizations. This gives the volunteers the opportunity to contribute more frequently to varied projects. For the organizations, this means rapid matchmaking, increased capacity, and savings on recruitment and training costs.

We strive to make the process of finding and hiring faster and more efficient than ever before for both businesses and potential employees. At the same time, giving people the opportunity to choose when and where they want to work. Right now, our community of staffers consists of over 1600 people across Norway.

BRIM offers next generation ships for silent, sustainable tourism and eco friendly adventures.   Brim means ‘breaking wave’ in Old Norse. We provide wave breaking, silent and sustainable ocean excursions in Northern Norway on board the silent electric ship Brim Explorer. Brim Explorer sails in complete silence and emission-free with batteries powered by clean local hydropower. By respecting nature, she allows us to get a little bit closer, and we use an underwater drone and hydrophone to capture wildlife both above and below the surface. Brim Explorer is designed especially for sightseeing in Arctic waters. Three decks and two indoor salons offer panoramic views and comfortable seating for over 100 passengers. An onboard restaurant serves local dishes and drinks.   We’re a travel company with a passion for the ocean. SoCentral utvikler likeverdige partnerskap med kommuner, næringsliv og innbyggere som vil utvikle et mer bærekraftig samfunn. Vi ble startet av tre gründere i 2012, og er et ideelt aksjeselskap hvor alt av overskudd brukes til videreutvikling. Vi driver en inkubator med over 200 medlemmer på Sentralen i Oslo, og utvikler og leder prosjekter og samarbeid for å nå bærekraftsmålene. SoCentral eksperimenterer med løsninger på viktige samfunnsutfordringer. Det er derfor uunngåelig at vi ikke alltid får til det vi ønsker. Det er ok. Det er faktisk helt nødvendig. For vi vet at vi lærer vel så mye av det som vi ikke får til, så lenge vi greier å dele åpent og spørre om hjelp når vi trenger det. Hos oss må du derfor være åpen for og villig til å dele halvferdige tanker og idéer fortløpende. SoCentral er kunnskapsdrevet og vi er avhengig av at ny kunnskap deles både internt og eksternt.

In addition to having a strong user- and customer-focus, we also care about creating a great work culture and environment for our team.
