We make fisheries much more efficient at filling their quotas, by using big (open) data, modern web technology and machine learning; resulting in less diesel, time at sea, fish poaching/bicatch and seabed contact. It started with gathering a crew of hackers and engineers for NORA's FishAI competition the summer 2022, which we won, then we set up the company to revolutionise fishery for the better. Today we are working close with our paying customers, to become a must-have tool on any vessel!

Reprice is a small startup providing e-commerce stores with tools to automate pricing and monitor competitors. Our solution helps our clients maintain competitive prices, increase their margins, and drive a more profitable e-commerce strategy. In 2024, we were accepted to StartupLab and DNB NXT Accelerator as one of 9 out of 200 applicants! We brought Reprice to life out of a simple desire to solve a problem. Our founder, Anders Åberg, is a software designer who wanted to create a product that would improve processes for people who were doing things manually. We are proud to be a Norwegian created company with a customer-designed approach, meaning that our software is developed with the needs and input of our users at the forefront. The What: Mental training is often inaccessible to young athletes due to stigma, cost, or limited resources at clubs. This leaves players struggling with performance anxiety, self-doubt, and inconsistent focus - issues that directly impact their performance and well-being. Despite its importance, mental training remains underutilized, especially in grassroots and academy-level sports. With over 50% of players reporting struggles with confidence and performance pressure, this is a problem that affects millions of young athletes worldwide. The How: Mindbuddy bridges the gap between mental training and accessibility by delivering tailored sports psychology tools directly to players’ phones. Using AI, the app helps players set SMART goals, generate visualization tracks, and build mental routines for training and matches. For clubs, Mindbuddy offers a simple platform to track team well-being, measure progress, and provide coaches with actionable insights - allowing mental training to seamlessly integrate into the day-to-day routines of both players and teams. The Why: As a professional footballer for 18 years, including many as captain of Vålerenga, I’ve experienced firsthand the enormous pressure players face. It wasn’t until the latter part of my career, when I discovered the power of mental training, that I realized how much better prepared and focused I could be. That sparked the idea for Mindbuddy. I wanted to create a tool that made mental training accessible to every young athlete, breaking down the barriers of stigma and cost, and ensuring they can unlock their full potential - both on and off the pitch.

At Medlytic, we're aiming to set a new standard for how healthcare and complex organizations implement IT solutions both nationally and internationally. While procurement processes are often tightly regulated, there remains significant potential for improvement when it comes to the implementation. The investment has already been made; implementation is about maximizing its value. That's why Medlytic is developing a combination of employee engagement and project management: a change management software. Our software automates the process of collecting and managing data from users, organizations, and IT vendors - as well as the work of analysis and identifying actions. This enables users like healthcare professionals to provide feedback anonymously and easily at all stages of an implementation, allowing project groups and leaders to focus on value-adding tasks and act quickly where needed. Additionally, we aim to take it a step further and identify focus areas ahead of the implementation using predictive analyses.

At GoGood, we work towards developing a reuse economy for office furniture that will be preferred to the consumer economy. Our solution consists of a digital reuse-platform that aims to become a driving force in the reuse economy for used office furniture. We have taken a concrete approach, starting with office interiors as our initial focus. In Norway alone, the office furniture market is worth over 4 billion annually, yet we discard 140,000 tons of furniture valued at 400-500 million Norwegian kroner each year. This cannot continue. That's why we have developed a reuse-platform for furniture, including a marketplace for the professional furniture market, making it incredibly easy for businesses, interior architects, and other stakeholders to sell their furniture while also simplifying the process of purchasing used furniture for interior projects, as well as making old furniture look new again. Over the past two years, we have made significant progress in developing modern reuse solutions, products, and services. With public support totaling over 15 million Norwegian kroner from the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and the Oslo municipality, as well as partnerships with industry players such as Flokk, Aarsland, Ope, Norsk Gjenvinning, Glomma Industrier, Hannah Nordh, Oslo Waste and Recycling Agency, NORSUS - Norwegian Institute for Sustainability Research, Norsk Regnesentral, and OBOS, we are now ready with our reuse-platform making the circular economy for office furniture on a large scale possible-
