Okay

Okay is a digital security company, providing PSD2 SCA-compliant security solutions. At Okay we take a paranoid approach to security, and through unique security mechanisms, we are able to offer a unique SCA solution. The journey of the Okay solution started out within Protectoria AS as early as 2014, and it was a response to the increased focus on security within the banking industry. The product has kept on evolving and growing, and Okay was finally separated out as a company in early 2020.

Apotek 1 er Norges største apotekkjede og vi er i stadig vekst. Hos oss jobber ca. 3500 dedikerte medarbeidere, og vi er også landets største farmasøytiske arbeidsgiver. Minuendo

At Minuendo we are passionate about sound and the sense of hearing. We are equally concerned about the state of hearing for both consumers as well as professionals, ranging from musicians to workers in the construction industry. Minuendo was founded in 2018 by a team with extensive experience in acoustics, hearing protection, and product development. Our mission is to deliver category-defining hearing protection products that users will truly enjoy wearing and that will provide real protection.  Shortly after starting the company, we raised a total of EUR 2.5 million from investors such as Construct Venture and EU grants to accelerate our development. Minuendo is a fast-growing start-up based in Oslo. The founders have a track record of start-ups and product development. We have raised NOK 25 million since we started the company in the fall of 2018. We have offices in the loft at Pakkhuset close to Stortinget.  We are just about to launch our first product internationally and we need your help to make sure we succeed with product marketing and reaching users online that we otherwise would not have sold to through traditional channels. What we have made is a new high-end prosumer earplug that reduces noise and protects your hearing, while maintaining high fidelity of ambient sounds, such as music from your own instrument or at concerts. The technology and product are unique, and so must our digital marketing.

Nutcracker Solutions AS

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

POMS OSLO

We are offering unique leather bags. Our concept is based on multifunctionality and individual design for costumers. From realise 31th of may 2018 until now, we have had a huge interest by costumers. The product allows the costumer to decide how their bag shold look like by changing the details and buy new accessories for the bag. The bag can also be used as a normal shoulder bag, or as a belt bag. The team consist of two sisters, who designed the product and started a online shop. Bogbi AS

High-quality cargo bikes and high-tech solutions for urban mobility. Bogbi is a  Norwegian-Colombian startup that produces cargo bikes in Bogota for the national and international markets with a strong integrated social impact. Our bikes are handmade by Norwegian industrial designer Johannes Hegdahl and Colombian engineer David Duarte, as well as excellent welders and other local providers of components and engineering here in Bogota. In all moderation, we are being told that we have developed a world-class product. At Bogbi we want our bikes to contribute to Colombia's future in peace. Together with the Norwegian Refugee Council, and the Colombian company Mejor en Bici we are setting up a pilot -project to provide vocational training for young people involved in the conflict to become welders, entrepreneurs and eventually work with us to develop what we call: bike magic from Colombia. To increase our impact on society and the environment we have teamed up with the Norwegian organization International Development Norway and Innovation Norway. Together we will develop a digital platform for last-mile delivery service. This will enable companies to bring goods from business to business using cargo bikes and create employment for vulnerable groups, as well. We were accepted to apply for Innovation Norway's vision 2030 grants to develop a last-mile delivery service in Bogota and around the world. The grant is for three years to develop software and bikes to establish a b2b pilot here in Bogota with international We are located in Bogota with our own production facility and capacity to produce up to 40 bikes per month.

Between is a digital service that revolutionizes the moving process with technology, innovation and the ability to understand needs. To the average person, it means less stress and more control. To electrical and insurance companies, who each year lose thousands of customers due to address changes, it will lead to a lower churn rate and a higher return on investment. To real estate agents and developers, we will provide added value to a much smoother customer journey. What we have achieved We are a small group of entrepreneurs who have founded several successful businesses together. One of which is an online change of address service, a pilot company which has helped us research the moving market for the last two years – with over 50.000 registered customers in Norway and Sweden. Between is the next step. Not just for us, but for the millions of people out there who are about to begin a new life in a new home. GoActive

GoActive aims to be the most environmentally friendly fitness and activity organization in the market. GoActive offers different courses with Personal Trainers in Groups. The basis for all hours is based on Body Weight training (BWT) and High Intensive Interval training (HIIT).
