Besen Group AS

The Electrical Vehicle market in Norway is exploding and more than every 2nd car sold is now electric. With this also the accessories market is exploding. Besen Group AS is a "spinoff" from Grønne Mil AS which created the market standard for sales of electric vehicle accessories to consumers in Norway already in 2015. While Grønne Mil AS is a B2C business offering a wide scope of products, Besen Group AS is a local agent and distributor of the largest cables and charging station producer in China, Besen International Group AS. The aim is to cover the entire value chain with both Besen Group AS in Norway and Grønne Mil AS. Besen Group International in China is transferring customers for local handling and development.

We become more sick from our private lives than our work lives (Modesta Olsen, 2007), and the modern family is the most common family structure (Almendingen, 2010). Which social structures can survive the strain of losing the qualities of faithfulness, honesty, and decency? Cynicism becomes our defense. Depression and feelings of emptiness are the prices we pay. Giving hugs, care, and trust to others not only bring greater happiness - it can also lead to better business. Icebreakercard.com is a new world movement to solve these social challenges. It fights for its vision: Love and friendship locally and globally! Our big goal is to improve your life quality. As social entrepreneurs, we are called the fourth sector which cooperates with the other three: private, public, and civic (Ellis, 2006) with an optimal mix of high tech & high touch! In this paper, I will present my research findings in the Western world (mainly Norway and USA) and my part of the solution as a social entrepreneur of Icebreakercard.com. A social entrepreneur has been described as our time's hero and heroines. We create solutions where none of the sectors have succeeded well enough. Bad relationships lead to health problems in the population across age and gender. Mental health conditions are now the key concern in all of the OECD countries. We enable the guilt-free consumption of any home and personal care product, free from single-use plastics – a problem that today dumps at least 1 garbage truck’s worth of plastic waste into the ocean every minute of every day. We worked with award winning international design studio Form Us With Love to design beautiful, refillable containers that can be re-used over and over again for years to come. We deliver and pick up these containers right at your doorstep to make shopping more convenient, affordable and sustainable. Today we are live across Norway, selling known and beloved brands like home cleaning brands like Jif, Zalo, Omo and Klar. We will soon expand to more of the brands and products you love. Our vision is to make zero-waste living easy and accessible for every individual in the Nordics within the next five years. Empowering coffee farmers and roasters to connect and improve coffee. Problem: Coffee farmers are the first hands in the supply chain, but also the ones that get paid the least. Coffee farmers are the most exposed, as with the changing environmental and financial climate, they hold the greatest risk of all: to not be able to sell their crop. At Tropiq we educate farmers on how to increase their overall quality. We also commit to buying a big part of their most prised coffees and bring them to market. In other words, we take pride in pre-committing to our suppliers/farmers each season so that they don't suffer any major losses. This commitment is not only financially driven, it's meant to give farmers the freedom to focus on quality and having a social impact.
