Intelligent Agent AS

Intelligent Agent is a small company working with control systems for 3D-printers. The company has developed it's own control board for 3D-printers with an accompanying capacitive touch LCD screen for making highly intuitive user interfaces for 3D-printers. The business model is based on developing open source electronics with accompanying software and selling it to 3D-printer manufacturers.

Drylab is revolutionising the film industry with state of the art technology to automatically organize all the thousands of clips in a production, increasing quality and saving hundreds of man hours.  We make it possible to keep the entire film production in your pocket. Collect metadata from the set, automatically connect it to clips, and organise them so you can find whatever you are looking for in seconds, even off-line. In the words of Norway's leading producer, Erik Poppe: "It's a revolution". Our culture is one based on trust. We trust that the other will do what is best and perform, as we should. At the same time, we have a culture of motivation and we appreciate and acknowledge each other’s achievements. At the same time, this culture of feedback also makes it easier to identify areas of improvement building upon the trust we have established with each other. Brightarch

BrightArch is an enterprise software company that specializes in helping organizations going through transformational changes (for example, post-merger integration, restructuring, etc). Our first product is OrgWeaver; a set of tools and processes to efficiently design an organization, solicit employee preferences, and make informed staffing decisions. Our goal is to give people the flexibility to use their talents. The team we want to build is one where people realize what their talents are and what they are most interested in, and where they get the room to use those and create a better effect for the whole team. We start with individuals and connect them to the greater goal of the team around you. Our most exciting days are when big potential customers call us telling us they have found out about us and are interested in our solution! Recently, Facebook called us and asked us about our solution and what makes our work very exciting is a combination of both – something new and unexpected – as well as something planned and team oriented finally coming together.

En stor andel av kundene lokalisert i USA og inkluderer anerkjente institusjoner som UC Berkeley, Duke University og FN. I dag har TIND et team på 20 ansatte og kontorer i Oslo og USA. Selskapet er backet av Equip Capital og er i sterk vekst (ca. 30% per år) og har store ambisjoner om å skalere videre internasjonalt.

Nørs

Nørs ble lansert på høsten i 2019, og selskapet bak teknologiplattformen heter Nors Care. På kort tid har Nørs blitt den markedsledende appen for norske gravide og småbarnsforeldre, og har siden begynnelsen arbeidet tett med helsetjenesten, forskere og bedriftsmarkedet. Nørs forbedrer kvinnehelsen ved hjelp av nyskapende helse- og læringsteknologi. Våre digitale verktøy og tjenester hjelper kvinner til å ta vare på egen og andres helse, og nå skal vi utvide fra reproduktiv helse til å arbeide med generell kvinnehelse.

Newcycle

We are building Newcycle, because we want to end the throw-away society.   Every year our global society throw away 100 billion tonnes of materials. This obviously can't continue. At the the core of this issue lies a general perception that new things are more valuable than things we already own. Or that things new from the store is better than buying it used from someone else. We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. By giving consumers access to digital twins of everything they own, we make it easier for our users to maintain, repair, refine, buy and sell their products, regardless of whether they are the 1st, 2nd or 8th owner of a product. In the app The Newcycle app connects the owner of a product with the retailer who sold it and the producer who made it, for the entire life span of the product, benefiting both the consumers and the producers of the products. The positive result is longer use of the products and in the end recycling. We won’t change the world all by ourselves, but looking back ten, twenty or forty years from now, we’ll see that our role was a central one. Bember AS

Smart retailers have strong webshops and lots of tools and data to drive traffic and conversion. But most of their business is still conducted through their physical locations. Using our tools, the physical shops are able to communicate and adjust their customer experience to the individual. Using the existing payment cards and terminals, we recognize the customer and capture all relevant data as is the norm online. This unique information is used to design a better shopping experience in the physical space. Our customers are the well-known retail brands you know from shopping malls across Northern Europe and the malls themselves. Norway and the Nordics already lead the world in electronic payments and the use of mobile and SMS to enhance sales. Now, we are pushing this further by combining access to the existing infrastructure surrounding shopping and a digital mindset to build closer relationships between retailers, shopping venues and their customers. Fikse AS

Fixing and repairing of consumer goods are declining, and have been for many years. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. At the same time, repair shops need more customers. We will create a digital booking system to make repairing easier and convenient. Consumers can choose their preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from their couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online and a CRM system optimised and co-created with repairers. Our mission is to build a culture for repair and inspire people to take care of what they already have. Our main SDG is number 12 - Responsible consumption and production. Increased volume of repair will lead to lower consumption and inspire consumers to buy less and better products. This is a big goal for Fikse and with our digital system, we know that it will lead to more reuse. In addition, Fikse is also contributing to goals 8, 11, 13 and 17. We care about the environment and will always work for these goals. In other words: We make repairs easy and convenient. Problem Today, repair and maintenance of consumer goods are a real hassle. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. In addition, repair shops need more customers and better margins. They also lack a customized system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Retail businesses have a hard time creating a solution for handling warranty and refund. Research shows that the inconvenience of repair is just as high an obstacle as the price. On the other side, repairers struggle to get customers. They do not have the time, money or resources to be active on social media or promote on digital platforms. They are also lacking a good system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Solution We help repair businesses and retail owners reach out to customers and respond to the emerging market for repairs and circularity. We are in the process of creating a digital booking system to make repairing easy, fast and convenient for all segments above. And we know that this sustainable concept is a service they actually want. At Høyer Paleet in Oslo, you can see for yourself. Together with the high-end retailer, we launched our MVP here in mid may. And what a response. We have over 800 bookings as of september 20, as well as the retail itself. This winter, we will start developing a fully digital version. This way, you can choose your preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from your couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online by creating a CRM system optimized and co-created with repairers. We can manage all cases of repairs connected to warranty and refund for businesses to ensure the consumer a sustainable practice on all levels. Empower

We were founded in February 2018 with the idea that giving plastic a value, we could get it removed from nature. A bit like the bottle deposit system, but for all kinds of plastic! We have gained amazing traction since we started, from being featured in Forbes and The Independent and invited to a panel at the first OECD forum on Blockchain to winning awards and being the only Nordic initiative among the 25 development projects/ SDG solutions selected to be showcased at Expo 2021 Dubai’s Global Best Practice Programme. We have done cleanups and pilots in more than 15 countries, proving that this really does work! Now we are building a global plastic waste ecosystem to incentivize cleanup and track where the plastic ends - most of it ideally back to reuse! The next step is to bring our vision to more places and create a truly innovative system than can help solve some of the big problems with plastic waste (of which there are more than you might imagine).
