Validé is the official technology transfer office of 10 research institutes and responsible for the IP portfolio management and commercialization of their intellectual assets. Validé offers incubation services to high-tech startups including accelerator programs, office space and full service startup packages.

Hauge Aqua

Hauge Aqua was established in 2012 by Cato Lyngøy, Audun A. Dahl and Arthur Lyngøy. In 2014 new partners invested in the company, Arne Sylta, Magne Bjørkhaug and Runar Lyngøy. They are all co-founders of the company. Hauge Aqua objective is to start, own, develop and operate business within aquaculture, develop new technology, offer counselling, nationally and internationally. The business is to be operated economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Resources Hauge Aqua builds on resources, ideas, and knowledge from the creation. Through this the company wishes to glorify the Creator by showing good stewardship over these gifts. The goal is to use them in a fashion so that we may develop, manufacture and trade, wholesome, safe and competitive products. Innovation Hauge Aqua emphasises innovation as a decisive tool to safeguard our business in the short and long term. Tenol - Connecting Youth With Opportunity

Tenol is developing a structured recruitment platform to help young candidates and local businesses solve the gap between first-job seekers and relevant entry-level job opportunities through practical matching, candidate screening and a clearer recruitment process. Many young people struggle to get their first job, not necessarily because they lack motivation, but because the path into work is unclear. They often do not know where to start, how to present themselves, or how to become visible to employers. At the same time, many businesses need motivated people for full- or part-time roles, extra help, weekend shifts and practical tasks, but do not always have the time or structure to find and assess young candidates properly. This creates a gap between young people who want to work and businesses that need help. Tenol is focused on making that connection easier, safer and more structured. Tenol helps candidates register their interest, availability and profile in a structured way. Businesses can describe their needs, such as role, working hours, requirements and preferred candidate profile. Tenol then works to match candidates with relevant opportunities based on practical fit, including availability, motivation, role requirements and communication. Instead of only forwarding names, Tenol aims to provide businesses with clearer candidate shortlists and structured candidate presentations. The goal is to reduce friction for businesses while giving young candidates a more professional and understandable path into working life. The motivation behind Tenol comes from seeing how difficult the first step into working life can be for many young people. A lot of candidates are motivated, but they are not always given a clear or fair way to show it. At the same time, businesses often need reliable help, but the process of finding young candidates can be time-consuming and unstructured. Tenol was started because this connection can be better. First jobs matter. They build confidence, experience, responsibility and future opportunities. Tenol exists to make that first connection between candidate and employer more practical, structured and human.

CamReach is a B2B outbound sales platform built for Nordic and European SMBs. We help sales teams find the right prospects, run multichannel outreach across email and LinkedIn, and book more meetings, without adding headcount or relying on expensive agencies. The platform is built around a simple idea: precision beats volume. Instead of blasting thousands of generic messages, CamReach helps companies identify the right targets, craft relevant outreach, and learn from every campaign to get sharper over time. We are an early-stage Norwegian startup with paying customers, an active pipeline, and a team that moves fast. GDPR compliance is built into the core of what we do, which matters increasingly for companies selling into European markets. We are now expanding our go-to-market engine and looking for driven people to join the team.

ProTag AS

ProTag is building a Digital Product Passport platform that helps manufacturers and product owners manage and share product data across their supply chains. We solve the growing challenge of fragmented, unstructured information by combining a network-driven SaaS platform with AI that turns messy supplier data into structured, usable product intelligence. Across industries, a new reality is emerging: products are no longer just physical objects, they are data assets. To sell, operate, and scale, companies need reliable information about what goes into their products, where it comes from, and how it evolves over time. The problem is that this data does not exist in one place. It is scattered across suppliers, stored in PDFs, buried in emails, or locked inside disconnected systems. Most companies today are trying to manage this with spreadsheets and manual processes. That might work internally, but it breaks down completely across a supply chain. This creates a structural problem: • Companies depend on data they do not own • Suppliers struggle to provide consistent information • Teams spend significant time chasing, cleaning, and validating data At the same time, external pressure is increasing. Customers, partners, and regulators are all asking for more transparency. What used to be “nice to have” is quickly becoming required to do business. The result is a growing gap between what companies need to know about their products and what they can actually access and trust. ProTag gives companies a way to build a live, structured view of their products across the entire supply chain. Instead of trying to centralize everything manually, we connect the different actors and let data flow where it is created. When those suppliers join, they can reuse their data across multiple customers. We sit on top of them and connect them. This makes adoption fast and reduces friction from day one. We started ProTag because we experienced this problem firsthand. Working in industries with complex products, we saw how much time was spent chasing information that should have been readily available. Engineers, quality teams, and commercial teams were all dealing with the same issue from different angles, but there was no real solution. At the same time, the direction of the market became clear. Transparency around products is increasing, not decreasing. The amount of data required is growing fast. Most companies are not prepared for this shift. We realized this is not just a workflow problem, it is an infrastructure problem. The way product data is managed today does not match how supply chains actually work. That is why we are building ProTag. Our ambition is simple: to become the default way companies manage and share product data across supply chains. Once that layer exists, it unlocks everything else.

We are a brand new startup working on developing smart safety solutions using artificial intelligence tools like computer vision and deep learning. Every year, 3000 people die in construction sites around Europe. We are working on solutions that could hinder many of those deaths, and the countless accidents.
