"Lifeboats have killed more people than they have saved!" The statement is as far as I know unsupported, but widely known within the market of lifesaving equipment. Regulatory development, or rather a lack of such, has created a worldwide situation where lifesaving equipment on ships, ferries, cruise liners, you name it, have been torn between manufacturers, owners, service providers, and class and flag authorities, where all parties are biased by their commercial interest and their hopefully unconscious gamble that such equipment never has to be used. Not on their vessel. Not on my watch. The gamble is made with human lives at stake, and unfortunately, the odds are already written in blood. My system is based on my almost 20 years in this busyness. I have been a sailor who has trusted my own life on such equipment. I have been fortunate enough to use such equipment to save others. I have been responsible for the maintenance of such, I have worked with the leading manufacturers of such equipment as well as with companies providing service and inspections. I have also been part of the international organization responsible for the development of the rules for lifesaving equipment, and I have monitored this work closely for the last 10 years. I have seen all sides of the above-mentioned struggle. I know at the end of the day safety is at stake. I also have the solution. My system will benefit all parties and make equipment integrity and safety profitable for all. I am looking for a co-founder, CTO, and system developer to make my dream come true. I need someone with a passion to make a difference. Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.
