Willy Roger Jacobsen startet Norwegian Food Partner AS i 2012. Han har arbeidet med salg og markedsføring i næringsmiddelindustrien siden 1974. Han har hatt stillinger i Rieber og Søn, Toro, Denja og Minde Sjokolade. Fra 2000 til 2012 har han bygget opp og ledet Brynhildsen AS til en betydelig aktør i norsk dagligvare med mange ledende merkevarer. I 2012 overtok han eierskapet i Vossakjøt AS og har ledet en snuoperasjon som har gitt bedriften en solid omsetningsøkning. Han blant annet har lagt vekt på markedsføring og riktig distribusjon for å få dette til. Norwegian Food Partner AS har også andre interessante samarbeidspartnere. Aqua Alarm

Aqua Alarm is developing a Biological Water Alarm System (BiWAS). There are three things that make BiWAS stand out from all other comparable products: 1) It provides real-time monitoring 2) It monitors a broad spectrum of toxicants, carcinogens and pathogens 3) It does this in a very cost-effective way We have among other things been through the av Horizon 2020 phase 1 project and are presently performing two projects to prove the technology in real environments. Bookd AS ble etablert i 2021 og jobber med å forenkle bookingprosesser i underholdningsbransjen. Vårt fokus er å tilby underholdning på en enkel og intuitiv måte til bedrifts- og privatarrangementer. Vi har utviklet en app (iOS) hvor man kan finne og booke underholdning på en enkel måte. Vi tilbyr artister, DJs, komikere, foredragsholdere, dansere, kokker og annen underholdning som passer til ulike typer arrangementer. I 2022 er målet å etablere seg i Norge før vi skal skalere videre til nye markeder.Vi har en stor profilbase, samt gode og etablerte partnerskap med flere av Norges største eventbyråer og bedrifter.

DogCue

DogCue is developed by Liceer AS, a Norwegian tech startup founded back in 2013. DogCue is the world's 1st dog show organizer (app). The app simplifies the organization and execution of dog shows and is meant to improve the experience for both the show organizers and participants. DogCue is an end-to-end management system for handling dog shows. It is not only a very useful mobile app for participants during the show but also has the tools needed for organizing and setting up an event. The product will be launched in 120 countries during the fall of 2016 through a collaboration with an international dog club organization.

We become more sick from our private lives than our work lives (Modesta Olsen, 2007), and the modern family is the most common family structure (Almendingen, 2010). Which social structures can survive the strain of losing the qualities of faithfulness, honesty, and decency? Cynicism becomes our defense. Depression and feelings of emptiness are the prices we pay. Giving hugs, care, and trust to others not only bring greater happiness - it can also lead to better business. Icebreakercard.com is a new world movement to solve these social challenges. It fights for its vision: Love and friendship locally and globally! Our big goal is to improve your life quality. As social entrepreneurs, we are called the fourth sector which cooperates with the other three: private, public, and civic (Ellis, 2006) with an optimal mix of high tech & high touch! In this paper, I will present my research findings in the Western world (mainly Norway and USA) and my part of the solution as a social entrepreneur of Icebreakercard.com. A social entrepreneur has been described as our time's hero and heroines. We create solutions where none of the sectors have succeeded well enough. Bad relationships lead to health problems in the population across age and gender. Mental health conditions are now the key concern in all of the OECD countries. The employer and the community take the economic bill when the employee is on sick leave. The disease is a private matter, but absence is not. Every year 282 million metric tonnes of plastic waste is produced worldwide, yet only 15% of this is recycled. This needs to change. AION’s purpose is to industrially scale a circular plastic economy. We make circularity happen at an industrial scale by working with our customers to identify opportunities to shift from linear to circular and grow their degree of circularity within plastic. Together with our partners we orchestrate a tailored, traceable and circular value chain for specific use cases. Our team of material, regulatory, logistics and business development experts work with companies to make sure the products and processes fit their existing operations, meet quality requirements and importantly have a tangible impact towards reducing their use of virgin plastic, reducing their CO2 footprint, and avoiding a generation of plastic waste.

Clinsj

The price of you mortgage should reflect your risk - not your capability to negotiate. Clinsj offer negotiating as a service. The mortgage market is asymmetric in terms of information and it can be very challenging for regular customers to navigate between the different offers. 3 out 4 mortgage holders have never negotiated their interest rate and terms after financing, and therefor get penalized for their loyalty. As an individual customer you have little negotiation power with your bank, but with professionals negotiating on behalf of a group of similar customers you do. Clinsj is a startup fin-tech company that aims to help mortgage holders achieve better terms by negotiating on the customers behalf on a continuous basis. If the customers existing bank is not willing to meet market price, Clinsj will move the customer to bank with more appetite that offer market terms. As long as the customer is member on the platform, Clinsj will continuously monitor the market and negotiate when possible. Clinsj is independent and as such take no commissions from the banks. The customer only pay a subscription fee for a 12 month period after receiving value, either by a better rate from their existing bank or a new offer from a competitor. if new value is added in that period the subscription renews. The founders of Clinsj have extensive competence within the banking industry after years of holding different management positions in international banks. The pricing mechanism in mortgages show that there is a market to be met. We believe that "negotiation as a service" is a growing market that can be applied to many consumer products and seek to develop the concept as we grow.

Eka Consulting Services AS is a Norwegian startup into IT consulting offering project management, SAP Consulting and Mobile App development services. Eka has created an Agri B2B & B2C app named Smart Farmz, and will be spinning it into a separate entity. Smart Farmz will be an Agri-Tech start up aimed at providing digital solutions to Farmers. Smart Farmz has created farm management solution, and market place solution for farmers to sell their crops, sell or rent out machinery, sell or lease our their lands. Smart Farmz aims to disrupt, supply chain, financials & contracts within Agri sectors using smart contracts. We are working towards providing omnichannel digital solutions to Farmers, their customers & their suppliers. A working smartfarmz B2C App is already available in google store.

Patients can see a qualified doctor in the comfort of their home, when it suits them. Doctors can manage their own time, and have the admin support they need to focus their time on the patients. Hjemmelegene opened for patient visits in the summer of 2017, and has experienced strong traction from customers already, and major media attention from leading newspapers in Norway such as VG, Dagbladet and Finansavisen. The team consists of of seven entrepreneurs with broad medical, design, IT and business experience, and a proven record with stellar companies such as kolonial.no and Nabobil.
