Groogert

The Groogert Project is an environmental startup that teaches children ways in which they can take action against climate change and take better care of nature. With a funny and colorful character named Groogert, we deliver important messages of hope and nature stewardship in different platforms. It is through games, trivias, songs and videos that our narrative is carefully crafted so that it is a positive learning experience for children. We believe, after all, that action towards climate change should not be preached or normative, but rather fun, motivating and exciting!

Legaldesk.dk

Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We speak mainly Danish and English at work, but you might also hear Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian and Macedonian around the office. We know that diversity is a force, and that a great workplace is versatile. We love our social butterflies and wall flowers. Our HQ is in new, bright rooms in the best location in Copenhagen - Islands Brygge (5 min. from a metro station). We have a very informal tone at the office and a team-based approach to problem-solving, which is why we like to work on-site and sit together as much as possible. We make sure to keep you hydrated with free access hot and cold drinks, and to avoid hangry-related conflicts, we provide fruit and a good lunch, that can be adjusted to vegan/vegetarian dietary requests. We also prioritise social interactions, to maintain the great spirit we have in our team. On Fridays there are usually a few colleagues having beers/soft drinks together after work, which is completely optional - we respect that you have a life outside work - also on Fridays EOB. In addition we have smaller team dinners, and five-six times a year we have larger parties and events, where friends of the house are invited to join, and we serve special brewery beers from our brand new "Fadølsanlæg". Monetor is an automated currency department for corporate market. The market segment is hugely under-serviced and Monetor will offer the similar services that a large corporate enjoys to small and medium sized companies.Non-transparent pricing and partially complex solutions of foreign exchange products coupled with marginal resources and competence are challenging factors for the SME market, when doing cross border business. Our offering is to gather and analyse vendor invoices, historical transactional information, FX rate feeds thereby providing the user with real-time Monitoring of currency exposure on an invoice by invoice basis. This information will be used to determine the to the customer cost regarding currency exposure and cross border payments. Monetor will execute spot payments and hedge future credits/debits, within the parameters of the firms’ pre-set policy or strategy for managing foreign exchange risk.  Our aim is to reduce the costs to the business and eliminate currency risk.

Greenphones

Greenphones provides an end to end solution for to extend the lifetime of mobile phones and tablets. Through the provision of a simple user friendly interface allowing private individuals to trade-in their used phones where the value can either be used for the purchase of an upgraded phone or paid out in cash. We saw a clear need in the market to help the consumer and at the same time reduce the number of new mobiles being introduced into the market. As such for each and every new mobile 'not sold' sold in the market, we reduce the CO2 footprint by approximately 55kg. We estimate that we can extend the lifetime of any mobile between 250% and 300% Inspiration for your startup description There are other firms selling used mobile/tablets, but very few that offer the level of service trade-in value. The founders who previously worked with used IT equipment saw that the used mobile market was also in need of a solution. DBtune (www.dbtune.com) is an innovative AI startup based in the vibrant Malmö area, a short train ride away from Copenhagen, Denmark, and Lund and Helsingborg, Sweden. Since our founding in 2020, our dedicated team of engineers and Ph.D. researchers has been on a mission to revolutionize cloud and database systems using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. DBtune's core technology is a fully automated service designed to optimize databases. Our optimizer, based on machine learning, tailors each optimization to the specific customer workload and hardware in use. Dintero

Dintero is a tech-first company that offers a one-stop payment solution for the Nordic market. We focus on simplifying the payment journey and have created one integration to support multiple payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, Swish, MobilePay and Walley BNPL (soon Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Our unique solution Split Payment helps Platform and Marketplaces to connect with multiple sellers to their platform, and Dintero can split one payment to multiple parties. Dintero handles the KYB/KYC and AML. We have API-first approach when we build our microservices. Dintero handles over 60 million API requests a month. Dintero was started by experienced tech-entrepreneurs with a background from NTNU and over 10 years of experience. The founders have previously built dSAFE, which was acquired by Bambora. We launched in Sweden in 2021, but our main market is in Norway, and our customers include webshops, restaurants and physical stores.
