Our company was born in the waste industry and designed to change it. We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

WiSub Acquired by Transmark Subsea The acquisition will strengthen their ability to provide solutions for the growing market for underwater autonomy and wireless drone docking. WiSub is an ocean technology company based in Bergen, Norway. They supply patented, innovative, and flexible wet-mate pinless underwater connection systems to international markets. Transmark Subsea manufactures a broad range of qualified cable systems for the distribution of electrical signals, power, and fiber optics to the offshore subsea industry. Transmark Subsea design, produce, and service all kinds of cables, umbilical- or tether systems, used on ROVs/ROTs, cables used for power and control of "permanently"​ installed subsea components like wellhead systems, pumps, manifolds, and transducer arrays. This includes: * Normal dry mate connectors for use subsea * Wet mates for divers or ROV/ROT operation. * Pressure balanced systems for long time use at depths >4000m salt water.
