BAO Systems is changing how governments, NGOs, and international agencies are collecting, analyzing and using data. Our platform as a service offering is modernizing how open source health information management systems are configured and deployed. Moonwalk designs startup challenges organised as programs. Alone or together with a strategic or financial partner. A program creates startups and runs for two semesters with paying participants. Then the program is incorporated. With participants as sweat equity part owners of the entire portfolio. An equity crowdfunding campaign decides how many startups are launched. Moonwalk is a 100 days startup hatcher and accelerator. No one should work here for any other reason than that they really want to. I had to figure out a way to fund and source the competence of people, but also fund their activity so that we can share in the outcome. No one had really given me any pointers on how to do that, so I had to find a new model of crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and shared ownership. Me and my colleague Victor developed that over the course of two years. He was a previous customer and the most talented person I know in the areas of value-chains and complexity. I asked him to join me and he said yes. We are in this together.

Socius is a design driven technology company developing next generation ad tools. Founded in Berlin in the fall of 2013 the international team works with top tier brands and publishers in US and Europe and is venture backed by Axel Springer, Google and 500 Startups. Our first product is Socius Native – a smart banner ad builder that removes production costs and generates 10-100x higher engagement by turning influencer content and a brand’s social feeds into next gen ads on publishers’ web pages

AssiTech designs physical aids for people with mobility challenges, to help overcome daily obstacles in an active manner. Our first product is the unique AssiStep, a stair assistant which gives support for climbing stairs in a controlled manner. This promotes activity, mastery and independence of our users, at the same time as it is considerable cheaper than alternative solutions for the stairs. The AssiStep currently sells in Norway and Sweden.

Aega ASA is a solar utility company that acquires and operates solar power plants. The company currently owns a portfolio of seven individual solar parks in the Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardia regions in Italy with a combined production capacity of 7MWp, and an initial annual electricity production of approximately 10GWh depending on the annual solar irradiation.  The company focuses on acquisitions of smaller existing solar parks (below 5MWp capacity), following strict investment criteria.  The company targets to reach a total production capacity of 20MW within 2017 by taking advantage of the current attractive market for secondary solar parks meeting the strict investment criteria.
