Nutcracker Solutions AS

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

Movel AS

Movel AS provides support and invoicing services for AC charging systems. We specialize in systems that provide normal charging for long-term and overnight parking. Movel wants to contribute to a more environmentally friendly life. Therefore, all power in Movel's charging systems provides renewable energy.

Biozep AS

Biozep is discovering and developing first-in-class drug products for the treatment of severe eye diseases which can lead to vision loss and where it is a high unmet medical need. Biozep has discovered novel drug substances based on bioactive lipids which modulate central pathways involved in the pathogenesis of eye diseases. Targets and biomarkers are identified based on a system biology approach combined with in-depth knowledge about bioactive lipids, their endogenous synthesis and mechanisms of action. Biozep has made a prototype drug product based on our lead compound for topical administration and the product will be tested in animal models in 2018. Our goal is to start clinical studies in 2020. Biozep is a company depending on both internal and external resources. Biozep has established its own laboratory in Oslo in order to do synthesis, purification, quality control and chemical development in-house. The biological testing of the drug substances is performed in collaboration with carefully selected contract research organizations both in Europe and the USA. In order to reach the market as fast as possible and to reduce risk, Biozep will seek strategic partnerships early in the drug development phase. Biozep seeks partners with complementary competence and with resources to conduct clinical trials and with market access. We are already in dialogue with potential partners and hope to sign an agreement in 2018-19.

Pre Diagnostics AS

An intracellular approach to diagnostics – changing the way diagnostics approach blood tests. Pre Diagnostics is the first diagnostics company to focus on intracellular measurements of disease-specific biomarkers inside the blood cells. We extract disease-relevant information from biomarkers located inside specific blood cells called monocytes to provide actionable results for patients and practitioners.

Yetz Group AS

Yetz is a new distribution platform for product lines such as insurance, electricity, telecom, and finance. At launch, we will offer both insurance and power. We utilize strong incentives towards our customers and partners to share the concept, by giving them an affiliate commission. Monthly payment is based on the turnover of customers they have referred. Two fully owned sister companies Yetz Strøm og Yetz Forsikring.

BRIK AS

BRIK as is a company specialising in new web technology, pedagogy and professional dissemination of knowledge. The team has extensive experience in the dissemination of knowledge with new web technologies and video. Our investors and partners are Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Research Council and several customer partners. The budget for the initial development phase (2013 - ) has been 12 MNOK. Now we are looking for partners for the next stage, where we will commercialize and increase sales.

Nordic Data Resources AS

Nordic Data Resources is a leading online data provider, well established in all the Nordic markets after a successful market launch in Q4 2015. We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 media agencies in our first 18 months, which generated revenue of € 0,5 million in 2016. We have a monthly run rate of more than € 100 k, which will increase significantly moving forward, particularly when we have globally launched our data. 1) PRODUCT We have developed a scalable, full-reach consumer classification online audience data suite, available for any programmatic platform and digital channel. We specialize in geo-targeting and consumer classification data to reach the entire population. Our data provide a unique way of targeting audiences in a safe and reliable way, available for both buy-side and sell-side, as well as data exchanges and DMPs. Our revenue is driven by ad impressions using our data to target more effectively. We offer CPM based pricing model in the programmatic platforms, as well as a monthly fixed DMP agreement (recurring revenue model) 3) STRONG MARKET GROWTH / CUSTOMERS The data market is driven by the strong growth in the programmatic buying of ads on the internet, mobile, and soon TV. It’s the best-performing sector in the ad industry (40% growth in 2016). We have built a global distribution from day one with the leading data exchanges and programmatic trading platforms, so we have a very scalable business and revenue model. We have successfully launched our data in the Nordic markets and are now launched in Germany. Nordic Data Resources has an international "Go to Market" strategy where we plan to globally launch our data in the next 3-9 months. We are able to do this since we have a global audience data set and distribution partners, the key job is to make trading desks and media agencies aware of the existence and great value. Om prosjektet – fra slam til brenselDet skal bygges og utvikles et mobilt prosessanlegg som gjør slam/avfall fra havbruksnæringen om til brennbart materiale.Brenselet vil det ha et stort potensiale i sementproduksjon eller fjernvarmeanlegg. Vi vil også selge tørket slam tilbake til havbruksnæringen/oppdrettsanlegg som energi. Prosjektet er i oppstartsfasen og skal ha fokus på teknologiutvikling, samt etablering av løsninger for slamhåndtering, mat- og bioavfall.Våre kunder er klekkerier, smoltanlegg, testanlegg i sjø (lukkede merder), sementproduksjon, fjernvarmeanlegg. Vi har og det samme segmentet i utlandsmarkedet.

Aqua Alarm

Aqua Alarm is developing a Biological Water Alarm System (BiWAS). There are three things that make BiWAS stand out from all other comparable products: 1) It provides real-time monitoring 2) It monitors a broad spectrum of toxicants, carcinogens and pathogens 3) It does this in a very cost-effective way We have among other things been through the av Horizon 2020 phase 1 project and are presently performing two projects to prove the technology in real environments. Antagonist

We’re an independent game studio based in Oslo, Norway, which was founded in February 2013 by a group of students at the Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH). In January 2014 we consisted of 7 members of the team who all have different experiences in their own fields of expertise. Our common goal is that we want to contribute to the indie scene with story-driven games, without compromising the gameplay. Starting up a new company (let alone within gaming) is no joke, and we hope to make it easier for future companies to make games. It’s a small pond, and as soon as we announce our projects, our vision is to have an exposed development during production.
