På(fyll) is a home refill service that delivers everyday home goods in containers you can use again and again. It was founded by Orkla Home and Personal Care, Æra and Bakken & Bæck. We enable the guilt-free consumption of any home and personal care product, free from single-use plastics – a problem that today dumps at least 1 garbage truck’s worth of plastic waste into the ocean every minute of every day. We worked with award winning international design studio Form Us With Love to design beautiful, refillable containers that can be re-used over and over again for years to come. We deliver and pick up these containers right at your doorstep to make shopping more convenient, affordable and sustainable. Today we are live across Norway, selling known and beloved brands like home cleaning brands like Jif, Zalo, Omo and Klar. We will soon expand to more of the brands and products you love. Our vision is to make zero-waste living easy and accessible for every individual in the Nordics within the next five years. Our mission is to bring you whatever you need in packaging as valuable as what's inside.

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Wavefoil er en maritim startup med mål om å redusere drivstofforbruk og CO2-utslipp fra internasjonal skipsfart. Selskapet baserer seg på forskning fra NTNU, og har i perioden 2016-2020 tatt konseptet inntrekkbare baugfoiler fra en idé til et kommersielt produkt. I september 2019 ble det første skipet med løsningen sjøsatt. Etter mer enn ett år i drift og til sammen tre leveranser, har selskapet nå fått demonstrert drivstoffbesparelse, bevegelsesdemping og driftssikkerhet i fullskala. Selskapet skal de neste årene vokse fra å være en start-up til å bli en industriell leverandør. Til det trengs det dyktige folk. We made Vev for the next generation of creatives. From our own experiences as developers, designers, digital producers, content writers, and so much more, we were constantly faced with the brick wall that is web production. Large bespoke builds were costly and labor-intensive, and CMS templates made our stories feel flat and uninteresting. We built Vev with this simple principle: Take what's in your imagination and put it on the page. We are excited to bring creative power back to teams and we can't wait to check out what you all create.

Founded by Theresa Harmanen and Claudia Menger in 2018, Sanga Yoga is your home for yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and fertility. Sanga Yoga was born out of our need for community and finding a more therapeutic, feminine approach to yoga for major transitions and changes in life, such as pregnancy and postpartum, as well as parenthood and fertility. We turned that need into local studio yoga classes in and around Oslo, as well as private sessions and workshops, and are now also creating an online space for these practices.
