Fiizk Ecomerden AS

Ecomerden is a complete producer of semi-closed cage systems for Aquaculture founded in 2012. With over 25 years of experience in delivering technology in the aquaculture industry, we started developing Ecomerden, a European patented semi-closed system for the lice-free production of fish. By 2015 the first cage was installed in Solund. Sogn & Fjordane. Here we have produced lice-free post-smolt of Atlantic salmon (90 grams-1kg) for 2 years with groundbreaking results. Using Ecomerden as a combination in the production line of the fish not only prevents lice pressure but also makes a more robust smolt ready for the open cages. With the results so far showing that the technology and biology are working, the company is now ready for commercialization.

Halify AS

Halify AS operates on markets within the field of urban spatial area management, with a specific focus on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and urban mobility. We have supplied solutions for Horizon2020-funded projects (VICINITY, CrossMove, BIG IoT), and received support from the Research Council of Norway on projects like Komét and Sparkling, and cooperated with the NCE environment in Horten and Oslo. We are active within several consortiums and part of the Smart Cities Norway network, the ENIT network, and ITS Arena. We have developed solutions for calculating and visualizing the environmental impact made by the transport industry on Norwegian municipalities, and take pride in visualizing difficult concepts and results in a way that is easy to convey.

Aqua Alarm

Aqua Alarm is developing a Biological Water Alarm System (BiWAS). There are three things that make BiWAS stand out from all other comparable products: 1) It provides real-time monitoring 2) It monitors a broad spectrum of toxicants, carcinogens and pathogens 3) It does this in a very cost-effective way We have among other things been through the av Horizon 2020 phase 1 project and are presently performing two projects to prove the technology in real environments. We are interested in industrial and development partners.

Inspired by the sharing economy we're disrupting an old-fashioned industry, saving institutions in the health care sector immense amounts of money and time.uWork is Norway's 1st platform for on-demand healthcare staffing. Launched in May 2016, uWork has already partnered up with more than 50 healthcare institutions in souther Norway, and we're expanding rapidly. We worked with award winning international design studio Form Us With Love to design beautiful, refillable containers that can be re-used over and over again for years to come. We deliver and pick up these containers right at your doorstep to make shopping more convenient, affordable and sustainable. Today we are live across Norway, selling known and beloved brands like home cleaning brands like Jif, Zalo, Omo and Klar. We will soon expand to more of the brands and products you love. Our vision is to make zero-waste living easy and accessible for every individual in the Nordics within the next five years. The client uploads a brief of what they would like to film, pick a date and time, confirm terms and conditions hit pay; we will then match them with a creative freelancer that will show up on the date, film edit and deliver on the same day. WAID helps humanitarian aid organizations deploy aid workers. WAID provides a two-sided marketplace between aid organizations and aid workers. The organizations struggle to deploy enough workers for big projects. The workers want to contribute more than they currently are. WAID marketplace will automatically match organizations with relevant and available personnel for their projects, facilitating volunteer exchange between organizations. This gives the volunteers the opportunity to contribute more frequently to varied projects. For the organizations, this means rapid matchmaking, increased capacity, and savings on recruitment and training costs.

Clean Sea Solutions AS

Clean Sea Solutions AS is a Norwegian Ocean Tech company that develop innovative solutions to prevent and reduce plastic waste in the sea. Our products are designed to collect plastic waste in and below the water surface in lakes, water channels, rivers and river mouths, harbors, marinas, and other close coastal areas. This year, and in collaboration with the City of Oslo, Clean Sea Solutions (CSS) is launching the CSS Aqua-Drone, an all-electric, autonomous floating waste-collecting aqua-drone in the Port of Oslo. Using a combination of computer vision and remote sensing based on ultrasound or 3D laser scanning (LIDAR) technologies. The robot gathers trash and stores it on board, disposes it at a dedicated docking station, and recharges for the next mission. Our solutions are advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals with technologies that reducing plastic pollution, contributing to the sustainability of the ocean, and improve the quality and sustainability of water resources by addressing the impact of plastic waste inflow.

Adall AS

Adall makes it easier for SMB to work with privacy by mapping and providing an overview of personal data processing to businesses, progress plan for work to be done, and explanations of how the tasks are designed. The software will also be an advisor for firms using it. Our focus is particularly ion the mportant help and support to get ahead of the new GDPR Privacy Policy. But Adall will also be helping with other regulations, laws, and demands.  We are a young team who wants to make a difference, by making it easier being and running a SME firm. We are working with new technology, open minds, and a courage. Nina, the founder, has a bachelor's degree in computer science and are now a student at NTNU's School of Entrepreneurship. The greatest partners she found in Arktis Law, a small law company with a big focus on technology start-ups.

Our goal is to fix the issues with IT recruitment by challenging the role WE used to have for many years. The issues are that:1. It's hard to know who's best for a job because we rely on manual evaluations based on CV-descriptions.2. It's even harder to know where you can find the best candidates because it's time consuming and expensive to track and promote on all platforms.Now, the easiest solution is to hire a recruitment agency (like we used to be), and receive candidates from their private database.
