Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Naardic is an online gym. We focus on interactive classes - you see the trainer, but the trainer also sees you. Naardic is a fusion of fitness and tech. We are developing our own video conferencing system to get that next level user experience of online training. Our market is divided between private customers and corporate customers. The sale of private memberships started in august 2020 and corporate memberships started in November 2020. So far we have about 2000 paying members and grow very fast. Our corporate customers include some of the largest Norwegians companies like Tine, Crayon, Tryg, Schibsted ++. We have 20+ trainers working for us and about 15 live and interactive classes every day. Our trainers are regarded as the top fitness trainers in Norway.

Selskapet baserer seg på forskning fra NTNU, og har i perioden 2016-2020 tatt konseptet inntrekkbare baugfoiler fra en idé til et kommersielt produkt. I september 2019 ble det første skipet med løsningen sjøsatt. Etter mer enn ett år i drift og til sammen tre leveranser, har selskapet nå fått demonstrert drivstoffbesparelse, bevegelsesdemping og driftssikkerhet i fullskala. Selskapet skal de neste årene vokse fra å være en start-up til å bli en industriell leverandør. Til det trengs det dyktige folk. Til tross for suksessen hittil, har selskapet kun en håndfull ansatte i dag. Nye ansatte vil derfor få føle på både friheten og ansvarsfølelsen med å jobbe i en liten bedrift. Sevendof is building the drone infrastructure of the future. We seek to make drones available as a service to help solve problems such as inspection, mapping, and search and rescue. To accomplish this, we're building a network of stations housing long-range drones capable of carrying out missions automatically, without humans in the field. With Sevendof's drone infrastructure, different users will be able to use the same drones to solve different use-cases, which will allow us to improve the availability and reduce operational costs for each user. Our mission is to make drones a safe and positive tool to help solve important problems in a scalable manner.

At Counting Hero we develop cutting edge machine vision systems, capable of recognizing and classifying items and events in videos and images. Counting Hero AS was established in September 2019 and is currently running development projects. We have our first pilots in deployment. Organization count 3 persons. One on full time and two on part time. For 2020 we will grow the organization and to complete first investment round. We are currently funded by sales, innovation norway support, project grant from the norwegian research council and sweat equity from owners. Counting Hero is located with offices in Bergen, Norway. WAID helps humanitarian aid organizations deploy aid workers. WAID provides a two-sided marketplace between aid organizations and aid workers. The organizations struggle to deploy enough workers for big projects. The workers want to contribute more than they currently are. WAID marketplace will automatically match organizations with relevant and available personnel for their projects, facilitating volunteer exchange between organizations. This gives the volunteers the opportunity to contribute more frequently to varied projects. For the organizations, this means rapid matchmaking, increased capacity, and savings on recruitment and training costs.

AWAN (As We Are Now) is a Nordic comfort-first fashion brand for women by women, based on circular principles and a DTC business model. We play at the intersection of fashion, wellness and technology, creating a new dressing experience of liberating comfort that feels good, looks great and cares for the planet. AWAN received a pre-seed investment from Antler Stockholm in spring 2020 and are now on a journey to grow the brand internationally. AWAN was founded in Norway late 2018, by serial entrepreneur Anette Miwa Dimmen (CEO/Creative Director). The core team is currently divided between Oslo and Stockholm.
