Once you move in, managing shared finances is equally broken. Rent splits and shared bills are tracked across WhatsApp messages and Excel sheets. Money disappears and people argue. On top of that, rental contracts and deposits are handled without proper tools. Matezy solves all three in one app. Users find compatible roommates through a personality-based matching system — think Tinder for co-living. Once matched, they manage shared expenses and communication through a built-in household dashboard. We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.
