Oxy Solutions AS

A bio-and medtech Company developing and selling proprietary solutions for using oxygen in various applications. Currently focussing on beverages (water, sports- and isotonic drinks), wound healing, cosmetics and fish farming. Licensing platform technology for applying oxygent to other products. Oxy Solutions is a privately held Norwegian based biotech company that has developed and patented an innovative technology for highly oxygenating liquid. Oxy Solutions'​ core business and strategy is to develop, document, IP protect, and commercialize the technology primarily within wound healing. The company has an in-house R&D facility in Norway. The company has funding from the Norwegian Research Council. Oxy Solutions is in possession of patented technology that makes it possible to greatly increase the dissolved level of oxygen in water. Tests have indicated stable levels in excess of 70 mg/l, or approximately 10 times higher than previously thought possible.

Ably Medical

Together with four Norwegian hospitals, we have developed the next generation hospital bed. A bed that prevents pressure ulcers, fall and reduce nurse load by removing heavy lifting and monitors the patients state, non intrusive. Have recieved contracts in Toronto that accelerates development, and secures uptake and sales if the clinical trial goes as planned.

Aqua Alarm

Aqua Alarm is developing a Biological Water Alarm System (BiWAS). There are three things that make BiWAS stand out from all other comparable products: 1) It provides real-time monitoring 2) It monitors a broad spectrum of toxicants, carcinogens and pathogens 3) It does this in a very cost-effective way We have among other things been through the av Horizon 2020 phase 1 project and are presently performing two projects to prove the technology in real environments. We are interested in industrial and development partners.

DoMore Diagnostics

DoMore Diagnostics is on a mission to transform cancer diagnostics with artificial intelligence to improve patient care and make drug development more effective. We use state-of-the-art methods to improve patients’ quality of life and help clinicians make more informed decisions. Our technology is based on pioneering research on utilizing artificial intelligence to increase the prognostic value from routine clinical pathology cancer tissue samples. The extensive research conducted at top universities (University in Oslo, Oxford University and University College of London) has been published in leading and high impact scientific journals such as The Lancet and Nature Reviews Cancer. These new methods have resulted in fully automated histotyping that provide objective and precise prognostic information that correlate and out-perform existing markers. This novel histotyping can guide selection of therapy to avoid over- and undertreatment. It can also make cancer drug development more effective by ensuring more precise diagnosis and prognosis, which is the fundament for precision medicine. Artificial intelligence is set for a breakthrough in medicine and several megatrends are pushing for new solutions in cancer diagnostics. Digital pathology and new AI algorithms will play a significant role in the future of medicine and hold multiple commercial opportunities. Zeabuz

Zeabuz is a spin-off from the leading research community on autonomous vessels at NTNU in Trondheim. Our autonomy technology is field-proven for shortcuts across urban waterways, and we are now searching for long-term investors while preparing for market launch. Water used to be the main infrastructure for most cities in the world. While roads are filling up everywhere, much of the urban waters are have become highly underutilized. At Zeabuz we want to reverse this trend by introducing a technology platform that makes local waterborne transport an economically viable and sustainable option. Our mobility system, which comprises a combination of a network of small vessels, electric drive, and autonomous operation, is a truly scalable solution fit for many of the world’s urban areas. Enabling increased flow by utilizing available waterways will allow more people to travel by foot and bike and hence will reduce the need for road traffic and in the end reduce emissions of climate gasses. Another perspective is that dynamic utilization of waterways will reduce the need for new inflexible infrastructures such as roads and bridges, which saves both money, emissions from concrete production, and local footprint. The Zeabuz urban mobility system will be a compelling and attractive mobility solution for cities globally. Rough estimates have shown that there is a market for approx. 4000 Zeabuz-like ferries in the EU alone. Zeabuz aims to take a major share of this emerging market. The company is founded on the idea that passenger transport across urban waters is a highly suitable starting point for commercializing autonomous mobility. In this segment, risks are mitigated by low speeds and high physical margins which also allow us to focus on solving only a few problems at a time while still earning positive returns from the start. As the Zeabuz technology platform matures in this first segment, we will explore its scaling potential across several dimensions. This means we could branch out and adapt to new opportunities and market demand based on our solid foundation in autonomy, assurance, and mobility solutions. Our autonomy platform can be utilized to deliver Autonomy-as-a-Service which enables entries into new markets, new use cases, and an expansion to more complex operational domains. Zeabuz is now preparing for launching a commercial pilot in a Scandinavian city in 2022. Become Legends is a esports team and brand and with headquarters in Norway. The team rapidly gained a foothold in the Fortnite scene and has built a stellar reputation after having participated in the Fortnite World Cup 2019 and placing 12th with Pontus 'Tchub' Bucht and securing $150,000. The team features players from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK and are one of the top global contenders in Fortnite when it comes to both competitive and branding. The team consistently ranks as a top team in 2020, ranking between #1 and #3 in Europe according to Gamepedia Fortnite Power Rankings. Our vision is to be a Norwegian and Nordic esports and lifestyle brand that is exported globally, by having a continuity of purpose (strive to be the very best) and be an esports brand and image with Nordic roots that young people asipre to be a part of.
