We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

It is a one-stop shop for trainers and clients, helping them connect directly with each other. We have a basic version of the app in the market now and some exciting features in the pipeline, we can not wait to share them with our users!

Okay is a digital security company, providing PSD2 SCA-compliant security solutions. At Okay we take a paranoid approach to security, and through unique security mechanisms, we are able to offer a unique SCA solution. The journey of the Okay solution started out within Protectoria AS as early as 2014, and it was a response to the increased focus on security within the banking industry. The product has kept on evolving and growing, and Okay was finally separated out as a company in early 2020.

We have produced a unique app for fishing (so far in saltwater, Norway). After 6 weeks, we have been downloaded 85.000 times, in Norway. We combine the knowledge of the best fishermen in the country with AI, being a unique app for all types of fishing people. We combine 50 years of knowledge with cutting-edge technology, making the best fishing-app for everyone wanting to go fishing!

Fjelltopp Media's main focus lies in the development of our main product Byndle. Byndle gathers data from over 30 different Norwegian data sources and bundles them together. This is then served to our customers via a user-friendly interface, which leads to businesses having the opportunity to make data-driven decisions. Byndle is our main product, and it was launched in late 2019. We are now looking for people to help us grow into new areas and continue making this an even greater product. We have many concepts in the loop, and a good client base to work with, as well as a widespread team to help us reach our goals. We make smart collection systems for the circular economy. Helping companies get their circular products back from consumers. So that the products can be reused, refurbished or recycled. Think reverse vending machines for bottles and cans- but for other products, and with a twist of cutting edge technology and beautiful design. We’re an early phase start-up based in Oslo, collaborating with some of the largest companies in the world, helping them transition from linear to circular. Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.
