By combining the thought-leaders of the legal industry in the Nordics with business people with proven track-record from creating high-value SaaS-platforms, and by fuelling that powerful combination with the very best of developers, we are destined to make a brutal impact on the way companies do business. We are growing fast in Norway, and planning to expand to Sweden and Denmark. There are a lot of good things about working here, but by far the greatest benefit is the team. Our current team has 12 members split across marketing, sales and development. We are a truly autonomous team, most of us are quite senior, and at dCompany you get access to learn from some of the best in our domain who are working in Norway. We are a group of motivated, mission-driven people who love learning from each other. We work from great new offices in the centre of Oslo, and working here you have free access to lunch and exercise at the office gym. We also have good insurance schemes, as well as a pension. As a small team we work in a startup culture with a flat hierarchy, where all ideas are welcome, and we appreciate when you come with ideas and input for how we can add more value to our customers and improve our product.

Fornix

At Fornix, we aim to improve the quality of mental health across the globe by making treatments safer, controllable, more efficient, and widely available to everyone. Utilizing the strengths of XR technology we develop these tools together with mental health experts and hospitals/polyclinics. Variment hjelper helse-og-utdanningstjenester å rekruttere fremtidige medarbeidere og redusere praksissjokk gjennom realistiske jobbsimuleringer. Variment (Propl AS) ble opprettet i 2021 for å gjøre rekrutterings-og-opplæringsprosessen mer engasjerende og inkluderende gjennom teknologi og innovasjon. Teamet består av CEO Mai Phan, CTO Khanh Pham og UX Researcher Sriramya Juttiga. Vi har også mentorer og rådgiver med erfaring i organisasjonspsykologi, HR, strategi og kunstig intelligens fra OsloMet Universitetet, Novo Nordisk, Arctic Grouse, Ophiolite og DNB.

Become Legends

Become Legends is a esports team and brand and with headquarters in Norway. The team rapidly gained a foothold in the Fortnite scene and has built a stellar reputation after having participated in the Fortnite World Cup 2019 and placing 12th with Pontus 'Tchub' Bucht and securing $150,000. The team features players from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK and are one of the top global contenders in Fortnite when it comes to both competitive and branding. The team consistently ranks as a top team in 2020, ranking between #1 and #3 in Europe according to Gamepedia Fortnite Power Rankings. Our vision is to be a Norwegian and Nordic esports and lifestyle brand that is exported globally, by having a continuity of purpose (strive to be the very best) and be an esports brand and image with Nordic roots that young people asipre to be a part of. Become Legends has a series on TV 2 Sumo titled Drømmen om å bli Fortnite-stjerner. IN 2020 WE ARE 1. Snowroller utvikler og selger bærekraftig og Instagram-vennlig skitøy til Generasjon Z (individer født mellom 1995 og 2010) gjennom egen nettbutikk. Siden lanseringen i 2017 har Snowroller doblet omsetningen årlig og solgt over 2500 skidresser til kunder verden over. I dag er vi tre ansatte i selskapet, hvorav to jobber fulltid på kontor i Oslo. Vi har et høyt fokus på innovasjon, forretningsutvikling og bærekraft innad i teamet, blant annet gjennom å stadig tenke nytt og inkludere kundene våre i alle faser av produktutviklingsprosessen.

Considering that we started out in year 2014, we have developed fast into a top rated service within grants finding service provided by on-line reviews of which certainly most comes from students. Apart from this we serve as fundraisers for government institutions, privates and non-profits, and have raised money to finance several projects. My name is Soren. I founded Fundraising.how (www.fundraising.how) in 2014. Since then I have advised students, startups and international organisations including non-profits and private companies and helped scaling organisations and operations across the country and globally. A lot of my customers has benefited largely financially from my advisory with fundraising. It's encouraging to experience their success partly because of my efforts and connections.
