Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O)

Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) is a Norwegian Government Agency located in the centre of Oslo. It has approximately 750 employees and an annual budget of 624 million Norwegian kroner. G.S.S.O reports to the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform. The main purpose of G.S.S.O is to provide synergy for the ministries with cost-effective and reliable shared services. These include cleaning, security, switchboard and postal services, as well as running computer systems and handling government publications. One department of G.S.S.O works solely with government procurements, and G.S.S.O also has a department that offers accounting services. Some of the tasks of the agency are carried out by private contractors. G.S.S.O is responsible for optimizing and developing its own and others'​ services. As such, the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform utilizes G.S.S.O as a means of improving the way the national government works. Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation was established in 1979. In the early years, its main objective was to provide centralized services for the ministries. Nordic Data Resources is a leading online data provider, well established in all the Nordic markets after a successful market launch in Q4 2015. We have run more than 1000 campaigns with 100 media agencies in our first 18 months, which generated revenue of € 0,5 million in 2016. We have a monthly run rate of more than € 100 k, which will increase significantly moving forward, particularly when we have globally launched our data. 1) PRODUCT We have developed a scalable, full-reach consumer classification online audience data suite, available for any programmatic platform and digital channel. We specialize in geo-targeting and consumer classification data to reach the entire population. Fishency Innovation AS

Fishency Innovation can give access to the entire salmon industry to affordable equipment to count automatically sea lice in the cage. Monitoring sea lice is the key to controlling them, it is access to good decision support for optimized treatments and to a reliable tool to measure the efficiency of preventive measures and existing treatments. Today, sea lice are counted manually over 20 fish, every week, in each cage. It is labor-demanding, and the collected data are not reliable. Sustainability starts with good data.

Pinovo AS

Pinovo AS is a Norwegian scale up that has developed, patented, proven and commercialised surface maintenance technology that stops Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions. Ocean Paint Microplastic emissions are a large but little known problem that we estimate could be generating between 1.5m and 2.25m tonnes of ocean pollution each year (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/09/how-to-reduce-microplastics-from-paint/). Pinovo has developed a clean, circular dustless grit blasting solution, which stops these emissions and which is also up to 60% more cost efficient than the traditional methods of surface maintenance for spot blasting.

The Norwegian camping industry has however an old-fashioned reputation and is very ripe for development. The majority of Norwegian campsites are family businesses, with limited capacity and resources for business development. Topcamp is building a camping business chain, mainly by buying or incorporating existing campsites with untapped potential and modernizing, streamlining and to a much greater extent digitizing the business. The previous owners of sites most often become partners in the process. Selskapet baserer seg på forskning fra NTNU, og har i perioden 2016-2020 tatt konseptet inntrekkbare baugfoiler fra en idé til et kommersielt produkt. I september 2019 ble det første skipet med løsningen sjøsatt. Etter mer enn ett år i drift og til sammen tre leveranser, har selskapet nå fått demonstrert drivstoffbesparelse, bevegelsesdemping og driftssikkerhet i fullskala. Selskapet skal de neste årene vokse fra å være en start-up til å bli en industriell leverandør. Til det trengs det dyktige folk.
