Privacy-by-design solution ensuring that no personal data is stored or shared. With traffic expected to grow by 60% by 2050, and with congestion and safety already being an issue, there is a pressing need to utilize road networks more efficiently. Nutcracker Solutions AS

Nutcracker Solutions owns the product StadiaPitch by Bosch Rexroth and have licensed it to Bosch Rexroth until 2038.  The product is sold worldwide by the Bosch Corporation, and Nutcracker is a part of Bosch`s International StadiaPItch sales team. The goal is to reach 4 sales a year. Bosch pays Nutcracker a license fee between €1M - €1.5M per sale. 90% of the fee is due 5 months after Bosch has signed the contract with the stadium. Nutcracker has a flat predictable annual operating cost of €0.4M, regardless of how many StadiaPitch Sales Bosch Rexroth has in that year.  StadiaPitch entered the commercial phase in 2018 and has received an overwhelming market response. StadiaPitch is today included in the architectural drawings on three stadium projects, and Bosch has solid interest from several of the largest clubs in the world. StadiaPitch has received interest from architects, stadiums, and other stakeholders from 25 countries in the last 12 months.  Nutcracker is a dividend stock and the company is priced at 40 MNOK – pre-money. Nutcracker runs a Private Placement of 1OMNOK through a share issue that will equal to 20% of the new total number of shares. This funding will be spent on IPR, activities that enhance Bosch`s global sales work, and operating costs until we get income from the first Bosch contract. We pay a preference dividend equivalent to 50% of the investment for new investors. We have a commitment of 9 MNOK and we close the placement when we reach after the NXT 2019 events.

7Mountains

7Mountains was founded in 2018 by a team of broadcast engineers and software developers in Norway. 7Mountains is part of Fonn Group and is headquartered in Media City Bergen, Norway. The majority owner is Rieber & Søn, a family-owned Norwegian investment company with an industrial legacy dating back to 1839. 7Mountains has founded Dina - a newsroom and storytelling solution changing how journalists work for story planning, creation and collaboration. Bergen Robotics

We are a team of dedicated scientists, engineers and designers with competence in computer vision, advanced robotics and edge AI. Bergen Robotics has developed an advanced autonomous payload for power-line inspections. The payload can shoot detailed images of specific components at high speed and fully based on onboard AI. The technology is now working and has found a new home at Haawk. AI. Bergen Robotics also own part of the med-tech company Flyt Medical AS and is responsible for technical development. BRIK as is a company specialising in new web technology, pedagogy and professional dissemination of knowledge. The team has extensive experience in the dissemination of knowledge with new web technologies and video. Our investors and partners are Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Research Council and several customer partners. The budget for the initial development phase (2013 - ) has been 12 MNOK. Now we are looking for partners for the next stage, where we will commercialize and increase sales.

SevenSix

It will be a holistic service, transforming data into knowledge about strengths and opportunities, to optimize how the player exercises, competes, eats, sleeps, thinks and is motivated. This is done by gathering, transforming, combining, and visualizing ALL relevant data, bridging science and technology combined with methodology and experience. ” MVBP is ready and is beeing tested on the national team of tennis and Stavanger Tennisklubb. The development is supported by Microsoft and Capgemini.SevenSix will be distributed to 100 million tennis players with membership in Tennis Federations.

Our main market is currently greenhouses in Canada where we have several ongoing research and development projects, we have a PCB production and LED-diodes supplier in China. We finished the first batch of lamps in the Autumn of 2015 and are looking for a technical drawer to assist us in a potentially large project, we are looking for a person with technical understanding who understands technical issues within automated systems and have cad-drawing experience.
