Encryptia

Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems. Variment

Variment hjelper helse-og-utdanningstjenester å rekruttere fremtidige medarbeidere og redusere praksissjokk gjennom realistiske jobbsimuleringer. Variment (Propl AS) ble opprettet i 2021 for å gjøre rekrutterings-og-opplæringsprosessen mer engasjerende og inkluderende gjennom teknologi og innovasjon. Teamet består av CEO Mai Phan, CTO Khanh Pham og UX Researcher Sriramya Juttiga. Vi har også mentorer og rådgiver med erfaring i organisasjonspsykologi, HR, strategi og kunstig intelligens fra OsloMet Universitetet, Novo Nordisk, Arctic Grouse, Ophiolite og DNB.

Storeshop

Enterprise businesses are investing more in B2B eCommerce solutions than smaller businesses, but Storeshop have set to changed this by innovating eCommerce solutions to be more intuitive and less IT heavy for ease-of-use and implementation. Big companies are investing in expensive E-Commerce solutions to provide structure and automation to their company. This has not been available for small and medium businesses, which has led to a underdeveloped industry managing sales through excel sheets, email and phone. This is time consuming, stressful and does not participate in increased sales. Storeshop delivers a B2B eCommerce platform which integrates with all the biggest economy and ERP platforms in Norway. The systems lets customers shop for products fast and easy, with automized orders that earlier came through mail and by phone. This saves the whole-sellers a lot of time and increase sales by using some of the same methods as we use in B2C. The system supports advanced discount structures, packaging formats, B2C and a lot more.

SillySanta

Scandinavias largest selection of Christmas sweaters! We design and sell Christmas sweaters, pyjamas, suits, socks and other Christmas items, and sell them in our webshops in 6 different countries. In addition to webshops we have pop up ships in Norway before Christmas. We are expanding every year with new product lines, and are always looking for fun clothing!

Rebartek AS

The short story: We're a Norwegian contech startup and we're prefabricating rebar cages with robotics. The long story: Rebartek was founded in 03/2018. In our first year, we have grown our team to 10 members with a wide range of backgrounds from different industries. We are developing a ground-breaking solution for the construction industry. Our robots manufacture steel reinforcement cages that are used in concrete structures. We are developing a highly automated service that starts at the design of the cages and ends with the delivery of the cages to the construction site. Today almost all rebar welding and tying is done manually by humans. This is dangerous, time-consuming and physically brutal work. We want to provide an optimized solution for manufacturing rebar, with an added bonus of tailored models and a streamlined administrative workflow.  Our philosophy is to take a lot of small steps quickly. We embrace failures and learn from them. We like being daring, trying new things and look for opportunities rather than focusing on limitations.  We're hiring! Rebartek needs daring, smart people. JET Seafood AS

JET Seafood AS  has developed, owns and operate the www.seafoodportal.com, a digitalised marketplace for seafood trading and belonging services. The company was founded late 2017 and have won several business competitions in Bergen as the most promising start-up company. Quickorder provides an end-2-end solution for restaurants and cafes consisting of POS, Online ordering, schedule planning and table booking.
