Preppio: Science-Driven Onboarding

Proud to be powering onboarding success and better employee experiences for over 250,000 employees in organizations like Domino's Pizza, AirAsia, and Oslo Municipality. We have created onboarding software for HR that uses automation, chatbots & science to give new hires a flying start! Science and Technology Talya Bauer Ph.D. is one of the first scientists in the fields of onboarding. Her 5 C's of onboarding framework is the golden standard and a proven model to ensure that new hires become engage long term employees. Preppio is built based on the 5's principles together with Talya Bauer. The software uses messaging automation, chatbots, and content that enables any HR team to implement a science-based and paperless onboarding program that managers and new hires love. - Automation to save time for HR and hiring managers. - Chatbots to give new hires a better onboarding experience. - Science-based pre- and onboarding programs that drive engagement. Antec Biogas utvikler biogassanlegg som optimaliserer produksjonen av biogass og gjødselprodukter, basert på tilgjengelig avfall og biomasse i anleggets nærområde. Vårt hovedkontor ligger i Oslo. Som team er vi dedikerte og målrettede. Vi tilnærmer oss utvikling av anlegg med ydmykhet, med forståelse for at biologiske prosesser, konstruksjon og drift er komplekse. Etter et tiår med driftserfaring vet vi at vi kan gjøre en forskjell – at erfaringsoverføring fra andre industrier er verdifull, og at vi, til tross for vår størrelse, kan bidra med gode løsninger. Gjennom mange år har teamet fått god erfaring med bruk av forskjellige typer biomasser i biogassproduksjon. Smart retailers have strong webshops and lots of tools and data to drive traffic and conversion. But most of their business is still conducted through their physical locations. Using our tools, the physical shops are able to communicate and adjust their customer experience to the individual. Using the existing payment cards and terminals, we recognize the customer and capture all relevant data as is the norm online. This unique information is used to design a better shopping experience in the physical space. Our customers are the well-known retail brands you know from shopping malls across Northern Europe and the malls themselves. Norway and the Nordics already lead the world in electronic payments and the use of mobile and SMS to enhance sales. Now, we are pushing this further by combining access to the existing infrastructure surrounding shopping and a digital mindset to build closer relationships between retailers, shopping venues and their customers. Drevet av en lidenskap for å løse virkelige problemer og et ønske om å gjøre en positiv innvirkning på folks daglige liv, bestemte jeg meg for å forlate min dagjobb og fokusere på å bygge Ren Hub. Vårt oppdrag er å fjerne stresset med rengjøring, slik at kundene våre kan nyte renere, sunnere omgivelser uten bekymringer. Denne reisen er drevet av visjonen om å transformere rengjøringsindustrien med innovative løsninger som møter de stadig skiftende behovene i det moderne bylivet.

GoGood

At GoGood, we work towards developing a reuse economy for office furniture that will be preferred to the consumer economy. Our solution consists of a digital reuse-platform that aims to become a driving force in the reuse economy for used office furniture. We have taken a concrete approach, starting with office interiors as our initial focus. In Norway alone, the office furniture market is worth over 4 billion annually, yet we discard 140,000 tons of furniture valued at 400-500 million Norwegian kroner each year. This cannot continue. That's why we have developed a reuse-platform for furniture, including a marketplace for the professional furniture market, making it incredibly easy for businesses, interior architects, and other stakeholders to sell their furniture while also simplifying the process of purchasing used furniture for interior projects, as well as making old furniture look new again. Over the past two years, we have made significant progress in developing modern reuse solutions, products, and services. With public support totaling over 15 million Norwegian kroner from the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and the Oslo municipality, as well as partnerships with industry players such as Flokk, Aarsland, Ope, Norsk Gjenvinning, Glomma Industrier, Hannah Nordh, Oslo Waste and Recycling Agency, NORSUS - Norwegian Institute for Sustainability Research, Norsk Regnesentral, and OBOS, we are now ready with our reuse-platform making the circular economy for office furniture on a large scale possible-
