Hayon

Hayon is a data-driven Fintech company bringing transparency to the mortgage market both for customers and banks. Since the launch in 2020 over 170 000 mortgage customers in Norway have registered on our rapidly growing marketplace Renteradar. Mortgage customers can use Renteradar to get an overview over the mortgage market and how much they can potentially save. In addition Renteradar provides the user with the tools to lower their interest rate by negotiating with their bank or apply for a cheaper loan elsewhere. In addition to Renteradar, Hayon provides analysis about the banking market with Hayon Analytics being the backbone of our offering. Hayon Analytics is an analytical tool built in Power BI providing unique insights to our partners. We are currently eight emplyees but looking to expand our team going forward. Hayon raised capital in beginning of 2023 and the media company Amedia became an investor.

Simp makes Big Data relevant and profitable.We are a Bergen-based technology company specialized in collecting, analyzing, and using customer data on behalf of our clients. We believe in continuous innovation to serve our clients' needs. Our goal is to help our clients create digital communications that are relevant, effective, and consistent with their brand and values. Since 2015, we've managed to become the Nordic regions largest supplier within our industry. 

Nordic Impact

Nordic impact is the investment arm of the EXP Group, focusing on impact investments and social entrepreneurship. The main activity is investing in early stage impact tech startups, and we also support projects that further impact investing and social entrepreneurship.  Nordic Impact are part of the Katapult World, a network creating a positive impact on our future society. We invest, support and teach early stage impact tech startups or projects that strive to solve the world’s most pressing problems through the use of exponential technologies and artificial intelligence.

AssiTech

AssiTech designs physical aids for people with mobility challenges, to help overcome daily obstacles in an active manner. Our first product is the unique AssiStep, a stair assistant which gives support for climbing stairs in a controlled manner. This promotes activity, mastery and independence of our users, at the same time as it is considerable cheaper than alternative solutions for the stairs. The AssiStep currently sells in Norway and Sweden.

Smartwatt

Smartwatt er et software selskap som benytter AI og skyteknologi til å optimalisere styringen og senke energiforbruket i næringsbygg. Vår teknologi identifiserer hvor og hvordan næringsbygg kan optimalisere eksisterende installasjoner for å spare maksimalt med strøm. Smartwatts software benytter maskinlæringsalgoritmer, inneklimadata, værmelding og morgendagens strømpriser til å regne ut optimale driftsparametre for næringsbygg som utveksles automatisk med byggets eksisterende styringssystem. Løsningen installeres raskt i bygget og kundene våre opplever resultater på svært kort tid. Av de 70 bygg som allerede har tatt teknologien i bruk er effekten betydelig og har ført til en besparelse på opptil 30%. Vi er fortsatt i startfasen av vår reise, men har allerede etablert oss som en seriøs aktør og utfordrer i bransjen. Asko, Elkjøp, Elektroimportøren, BI og Møller Bil, er blant kundene som har tatt i bruk Smartwatt sine løsninger, og vi har store ambisjoner. Med sterke investorer i ryggen gjennom en nylig gjennomført finansieringsrunde, ledet av Hafslund Invest og DNV, er vi klare til å fortsette veksten og la flere bedrifter dra nytte av våres løsninger. Fikse AS

Fixing and repairing of consumer goods are declining, and have been for many years. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. At the same time, repair shops need more customers. We will create a digital booking system to make repairing easier and convenient. Consumers can choose their preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from their couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online and a CRM system optimised and co-created with repairers. Our mission is to build a culture for repair and inspire people to take care of what they already have. Our main SDG is number 12 - Responsible consumption and production. Increased volume of repair will lead to lower consumption and inspire consumers to buy less and better products. This is a big goal for Fikse and with our digital system, we know that it will lead to more reuse. In addition, Fikse is also contributing to goals 8, 11, 13 and 17. We care about the environment and will always work for these goals. In other words: We make repairs easy and convenient. Problem Today, repair and maintenance of consumer goods are a real hassle. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. In addition, repair shops need more customers and better margins. They also lack a customized system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Retail businesses have a hard time creating a solution for handling warranty and refund. Research shows that the inconvenience of repair is just as high an obstacle as the price. On the other side, repairers struggle to get customers. They do not have the time, money or resources to be active on social media or promote on digital platforms. They are also lacking a good system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Solution We help repair businesses and retail owners reach out to customers and respond to the emerging market for repairs and circularity. We are in the process of creating a digital booking system to make repairing easy, fast and convenient for all segments above. And we know that this sustainable concept is a service they actually want. At Høyer Paleet in Oslo, you can see for yourself. Together with the high-end retailer, we launched our MVP here in mid may. And what a response. We have over 800 bookings as of september 20, as well as the retail itself. This winter, we will start developing a fully digital version. This way, you can choose your preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from your couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online by creating a CRM system optimized and co-created with repairers. We can manage all cases of repairs connected to warranty and refund for businesses to ensure the consumer a sustainable practice on all levels. Our dedicated team is ready to help you take care of what you have - so that your stuff can live longer and you can continue living your life.

Waybiller

Waybiller provides digital waybill solutions for logistics companies, making freight truly paperless. The software allows companies to switch from paper waybills to e-waybills, which results in lower costs and greater transparency. Founded in 2017, Waybiller was a brainchild of a team of developers and business consultants at Thorgate. After creating three very successful waybill softwares for the forestry industry, Waybiller was created as a spin-off to make the logistics industry paperless!

Findable

Findable - Enabling a fully digital real estate and construction industry. More than 80% of the information in the real estate and construction industry is still on paper. Due to documentation requirements for reuse of building materials this is one of the major bottlenecks for increased circular economy in the industry responsible for 40 % of waste, emissions and resource use. This is also a major limitation when it comes to increasing digitisation, operational efficiency and collaboration in the industry. At Findable we are creating the world's leading building and construction document data platform. Enabling instant access to your data, and integrated with the tools our customers love. CityCharge

CityCharge is a fast growing startup based in Oslo Norway. It was founded in 2018 and is currently receiving support from InsjUIO incubator, and collaborating with Xplorico and other partners. We are launching our product and services to Stockholm Sweden in 2020. CityCharge gives users' mobile phone power on demand through its network of portable power banks, whilst providing venues with a unique marketing tool driving customer flow. Users can find CityCharge stations in their favourite venues, like shops, restaurants and cafes, all over the Nordics. Open the app to find the stations near them. CityCharge’s portable power banks include cables for all types of phones with fast charging service, giving users the freedom to charge on the go. Users can return the power bank to any CityCharge station in the network, from the local cafe to the favourite nightclub. CityCharge's mission is to give users opportunity to be powered and stay connected any time any where, and to turn that need into venues benefits. In short term, we provide power bank sharing service for charging the phone.

Insurino

Developing the new generation tools for insurance industry. Insurino automates the hassle associated with getting a proper individual insurance coverage. We help consumers understand the insurance products they are paying for and their real coverage needs. Our online tools, built on modern technology are ready to be used out-of-the box or integrated with existing business systems. We are not yet another insurance broker, but a tech partner. Norway in a Box

Transparently NorwegianWe carefully select guaranteed Norwegian products, ship them via our own "digital highway of trust" to ourselves (in China) and sell them directly to end-users in the world (starting with China) through our own e-Commerce platform (and soon in our own retail stores). We are in business, we control the whole value chain, we do it differently and our concept can't be copied by big American tech or food companies. We also represent business opportunities for other companies.  Xuechun Zhang. Educated in economics and finance, 13 years’ employment at China Construction Bank. Founded several companies in China and operated them for six years before selling them and moving to Norway in 2011. Worked as yoga instructor while studying at BI Norwegian Business School Stavanger. For the past four years has developed large networks in Shanghai focused on the seafood industry as well as media, logistics, distribution, customs, banking and restaurants. Xuechun (or Tara amongst friends) runs our operation in China.Espen Strand Pedersen. Idea maker and concept developer of several retail stores, photography studios and other projects. Educated in photography and worked as professional photographer for more than 20 years. Experience in planning, start-up and daily operations of retail and studio businesses. In 1997 started Stavanger's first artisanal coffee shop, which remains in operation. Espen is now the CEO of Norway in a Box. Espen Strand Henriksen. Concept developer who likes to set things in motion, build networks, collaborate and see the world from multiple perspectives. Educated at BI Norwegian Business School and in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Twenty years’ experience in marketing, advertising, media, sales, management and product and concept development in Oslo and Stavanger, 14 of them working for the world’s first digital cinema company (CAPA), and was also a key person in developing the unique and award winning mobility concept (HjemJobbHjem/HomeWorkHome). Espen is in charge of stakeholders at Norway in a Box.
