CL-Invest is an investment company based in Oslo, Norway with a team of experts with decades of experience in project finance, assessment, and development. ​We work in partnership with National Oil Companies (NOCs) and independent oil producers to realize scalable emission reductions that can be achieved rapidly. Our mission is immediate climate action through the elimination of financial barriers with a focus on methane and flare reduction projects in emerging economies. CL-invest is presently developing several methane and flare abatement projects in Nigeria and Azerbaijan with current expansion into Iraq, Venezuela, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Oman, and Iran among other countries underway. CL-Invest offers a full-service solution including project identification and assessment, project financing, implementation, verification and monitoring as well as High-Quality carbon credit development and sales. We leverage strong international partners to help manage all activities of this project cycle. The company was founded through a de-merger of Carbon Limits AS in 2021 whereby CL-Invest now subcontracts Carbon Limits to provide technical advisory and consulting services to CL-Invest and indirectly to its clients. To date, our total impact equates to 9.2 million tons of CO2e removed and approximately 70 million euros of carbon credit finance generated. Between 2022 and 2030, CL-Invest plans to initiate more than 200 projects and achieve a total carbon emission reduction equivalent to 61.4 million tCO2e. Annual estimated emission reductions on our existing projects are ​800 000 tCO2e in 2022 and 1 million tCO2e in 2023. CL-Invest is currently in the process of establishing strategic partnerships with international players who have complementary expertise and resources to assist the company in ensuring a rapid upscaling of the business. We are in the final stages of securing outside investment capital from major industry players to support our growth trajectory to be publicly announced shortly. Vi søker etter en aktiv partner med kompetanse og kapital til å ta nettbutikken vår til neste nivå. «Vi» er mor og sønn fra Ålesund som de siste årene har gjort det veldig bra innen design av strikk til hele familien. Vi har gitt ut 4 bestselgende strikkebøker med et samlet opplag på 100.000, og skal straks i gang med bok nummer 5. I tillegg selger vi garnet vi bruker til våre design i nettbutikken. Firmaet vårt heter Knitting Inna As og brandet vårt heter Bystrikk.   Nettbutikken er lokalisert i Oslo, og vi har en veletablert plattform og kundemasse, og gjør det bra i sosiale medier med 50k følgere på Insta og 26k følgere på Facebook. Vi søker en investor som kan bidra til å øke veksten i vår nettbutikk betraktelig. Nordmenn handler garn for nesten 1,5 milliard kroner i året. Vi startet forsiktig for 3 år siden og har bygget opp selskapet stein for stein, uten kapital eller lån. Vi omsatte for knappe 3,5 millioner i 2019. Nå er vi klare for å utvide virksomheten og ta en langt større del av kaken (1,5 mrd). Med de rette kreftene på laget burde man lett kunne 10-doble omsetningen innen 1-2 år. Vi søker noen som kan stille med både kapital til å utvide virksomhet / varelager, samt strategisk rådgivning innen netthandel og markedsføring. Der bør også komme til noen flere hoder og hender, slik at vi kan få «arbeidsro» til å jobbe videre med utvikling, ekspansjon og salg / markedsføring. Chargo er en «bysykkelløsning for powerbanks». Tjenesten lanseres i Oslo i samarbeid med Telenor og baserer seg på utleiebare powerbanks, slik at kunder kan lade mobiltelefoner på farten. Systemet fungerer likt bysykler, hvor kunden kan leie en powerbank fra et nettverk av ladestasjoner via vår app. Ladestasjonene vil bli plassert i kiosker, barer, cafeer, restauranter, museer, osv. Vårt mål er at en Chargo stasjon alltid skal være i nærheten, og håper at folk vil ta i bruk tjenesten på lik linje med Voi og Lime. Based in Kongsberg - the heart of the Subsea Valley - Kongsberg Ferrotech is utilizing world-leading competence to develop the first-ever automated solution, the Oktapous, for riser cleaning, NDT inspection, maintenance (coating), and structural repair (glass/carbon fiber reinforcement). The repair will be performed inside the patented Habitat - allowing for composite repairs subsea and in the splash zone while offering quality as if the repair was performed in a laboratory environment. The Oktapous will offer the client around 50% cost reduction, together with improved quality and significantly reduced HSE risk compare to existing solutions by removing the need for rope access, divers, and ROVs. Kongsberg Ferrotech is partly funded by the Malaysian-based oil and gas company, Petronas Charigali. This ensures us access to the market needs during development, an offshore platform for prototype testing, and the critical first client for market acceptance.
