Oiiku AS

Oiiku was founded in 2012 as a joint venture for Onkel Estrup AS and Kodemaker Systemutvikling AS. Bjørnar Stray Berentsen is a well-known figure in the corporate event business in Norway. He has many years of experience containing handling all parts of events, including managing them, the use of software to get things together, and doing the dirty work on the floor. As of 2012, Bjørnar had made a quite remarkable list of high-profile customers on his own and his self-made software. Based on his experience he saw the great possibilities in creating a new tailor-made suite of integrated software applications for events. Kodemaker is a well-known consultancy company in Oslo with 25 skilled employees. They are self-owned and have a set of system developers with a quality that is probably unmatched in the Oslo area. Onkel Estrup and Kodemaker started talks in 2012 about doing a joint venture to make a company with superior software for the event business. It has been a long process making sure that the combination of Bjørnars know-how about the most known and unknown issues at events was taken care of, and at the same time making sure that Kodemaker could contribute with their skills to make it a very flexible, scalable solution ready to be 'the event system' for the future. The company today is owned 50/50 by Onkel Estrup AS and Net Professionals AS. Net Professionals are mainly owned by stockholders and employees at Kodemaker. Oiiku AS is today in a situation with 2 employees working with events and Bjørnar working as CTO and some hands-on at events as well. We have a running business and are ready to scale up. We are looking for investors and a new CEO to bring the business to a totally new level. The worldwide market is HUGE and so far we have not seen better software solutions in the market. Our current plan is to grow a steady business in Oslo with employees to handle our large corporate customers, but the real big opportunities lie within making self-served Saas software for the worldwide market.

IC Technology AS

ICT is a Norwegian technology development company that holds patents designed to bring new opportunities to the cryogenic liquids storage and transportation sectors via unique containers. The design targets the market for both large- and small-scale cryogenic applications. ICT’s solution is modular and suited for onshore as well as maritime use. The development of hydrogen infrastructure is slow and holding back widespread adoption. Transportation of large volumes is one of the major challenges that IC Technologies is determined to solve. Another challenge is the storage of liquid hydrogen. Current storage solutions resemble enlarged thermos flasks, and the hydrogen inside gradually evaporates over time. Our vision is a decarbonized world with green hydrogen as a major energy carrier.

Venture Factory

VENTURE FACTORYVenture Factory was founded in the fall of 2012 in Oslo, Norway with a straightforward goal: turning ideas into business. Sereluna

Sereluna designs and sells its own menstrual underwear for the Norwegian market. We are the first menstrual underwear brand in Norway. Menstrual underwear has built in protection and is designed to be washed and reused for several years. Menstrual underwear completely replaces disposable protection like pads and tampons. The reason why Sereluna was created was to offer ladies in Norway a sustainable and more comfortable choice when they have their period. Our whole value chain is within Europe.

Xeneta

At Xeneta, we have been on a mission to digitally transform the ocean and air freight market since 2012. Through our freight rate benchmarking and market analytics platform, we bring transparency to the market and empower our customers to make strategic data-driven decisions when procuring freight. Our customers include big brands such as Electrolux, L’Oréal, Continental, Puma, Nestlé, and ABB. Headquartered in Oslo, with offices in Hamburg and Jersey City and employees from over 60 different countries, we are a truly international company that celebrates diversity. Sharefox AS

We help rental services get ready for the future The development is clear – We need to make better use of our resources. We need a more circular economy where products are reused by more people and have a longer lifetime. In this picture, renting and subscription of products and services plays an important role. Sharefox has developed a technology platform that enables new models for both startups and established businesses. We are a passionate and highly skilled team of about 12 persons in Oslo, and 10 developers working remotely. In March 2022 we secured 23 million NOK in funding, and will use this money to scale the company further, including going internationally. You can currently find us at Vollebekk Fabrikker in Oslo, but will move to an other place in Oslo in the autumn of 2022.

Glede

Pretty miserable out there, isn’t it? We’re in the business of spreading smiles. Glede is a micro gifting platform that enables users to send gifts to friends, family, and co-workers. Through Glede you can send everything from a cup of coffee to a bouquet of flowers, or an experience. Glede makes the sending and receiving of gifts spontaneous, fun, and easy!

Workability

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Naardic

Naardic is an online gym. We focus on interactive classes - you see the trainer, but the trainer also sees you. Naardic is a fusion of fitness and tech. We are developing our own video conferencing system to get that next level user experience of online training. Our market is divided between private customers and corporate customers. The sale of private memberships started in august 2020 and corporate memberships started in November 2020. So far we have about 2000 paying members and grow very fast. Our corporate customers include some of the largest Norwegians companies like Tine, Crayon, Tryg, Schibsted ++. We have 20+ trainers working for us and about 15 live and interactive classes every day. Our trainers are regarded as the top fitness trainers in Norway.

Vev

We made Vev for the next generation of creatives. From our own experiences as developers, designers, digital producers, content writers, and so much more, we were constantly faced with the brick wall that is web production. Large bespoke builds were costly and labor-intensive, and CMS templates made our stories feel flat and uninteresting. We built Vev with this simple principle: Take what's in your imagination and put it on the page. We are excited to bring creative power back to teams and we can't wait to check out what you all create.

Einka Økonomi

Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. As social entrepreneurs we have seen that nothing is being done to alleviate these problems in an effective way, so we have decided to take a stance, and commit to being the solution. Our solution will positively impact your business through helping to alleviate the stresses that come with poor financial wellbeing. A number of studies have shown direct links between financial stress and poor physical and mental health. It affects the individual, their family and loved ones and their businesses. Völur AS

Völur develops advanced AI models that optimize the use of raw materials in the meat industry, so customers create value by obtaining the most out of every animal and other scarce resources to satisfy market demand. Our disruptive tools are changing the meat industry from using traditional decision-making tools to using advanced AI models that recommend the most optimal and cost-effective production options

Metaito

We founded Metaito in February 2019, after spending more than four years at NTNU. The initial idea was sparked in 2014 when we discovered the challenge of organizing our resources as students. Since then, we have gone through several iterations of prototypes. We created a platform for organizing and sharing tools, links and documents on the Internet - Factsplat. As of Q3 2024, we have several paying customers, investors, raised amount of 5 467 041 NOK, almost 6,000 users of the platform, contracts with various non-governmental organizations, 19 sports teams on board as our partners, a solid team, and a working product. Factsplat has evolved into a platform designed to help users manage their digital lives efficiently. Our mission is to give individuals and organizations control over their online resources, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and shareable, thereby reducing distractions and improving focus. We want to create a distraction free environment where you can organize the internet in a way that makes sense to you, while utilizing the strengths of the community. We want to give you focus and collaboration, without compromise.

Rebartek AS

The short story: We're a Norwegian contech startup and we're prefabricating rebar cages with robotics. The long story: Rebartek was founded in 03/2018. In our first year, we have grown our team to 10 members with a wide range of backgrounds from different industries. We are developing a ground-breaking solution for the construction industry. Our robots manufacture steel reinforcement cages that are used in concrete structures. We are developing a highly automated service that starts at the design of the cages and ends with the delivery of the cages to the construction site. Today almost all rebar welding and tying is done manually by humans. This is dangerous, time-consuming and physically brutal work. We want to provide an optimized solution for manufacturing rebar, with an added bonus of tailored models and a streamlined administrative workflow.  Our philosophy is to take a lot of small steps quickly. We embrace failures and learn from them. We like being daring, trying new things and look for opportunities rather than focusing on limitations.  We're hiring! Rebartek needs daring, smart people.
