In Norsetek we combine industrial design methodology and conventional solutions in order to design a new type of large wind turbines. The Norsetek Wind Turbine Technology is estimated to reduce the levelled cost of wind energy by up to 15% (mainly by CAPEX reduction). In comparison, the expected effect of all known and unknown technology improvements until year 2025 is estimated to 5.5 % (ref. KIC InnoEnergy 2014: Renewable energy costs: Onshore wind).

Behind Bars is an Oslo based design agency with a clear focus in delivering tailor made bar solutions that inspire bartenders and enhance business performance. Our goal is to fix the issues with IT recruitment by challenging the role WE used to have for many years. The issues are that:1. It's hard to know who's best for a job because we rely on manual evaluations based on CV-descriptions.2. We worked together in Microsoft and often discussed how to address daily tasks through the use of new technologies.
