Ren Hub utvikler en innovativ plattform for rengjøringstjenester for å hjelpe travle byboere og bedrifter i Oslo med å opprettholde rene omgivelser uten problemer. Ved å kombinere erfarne renholdere med brukervennlig planleggingsteknologi, sikrer vi høy kvalitet, pålitelige og praktiske rengjøringsløsninger. I dagens hektiske verden er det en betydelig utfordring for mange byboere og bedrifter å opprettholde et rent hjem eller arbeidsmiljø. Dette problemet påvirker et bredt spekter av individer og organisasjoner, fra travle profesjonelle til småbedriftseiere som sliter med å finne pålitelige og effektive rengjøringstjenester. Problemet er utbredt i byer som Oslo, hvor etterspørselen etter profesjonelle rengjøringstjenester ofte overstiger tilbudet, noe som fører til inkonsekvent kvalitet og upraktisk planlegging. Ren Hub løser dette problemet ved å utvikle en omfattende plattform for rengjøringstjenester som sømløst kobler kunder med erfarne og godkjente renholdere. Vår plattform tilbyr: Brukervennlig planlegging: Kunder kan enkelt bestille rengjøringstjenester gjennom vår intuitive app eller nettside, og velge tider som passer deres travle tidsplan. Kvalitetssikring: Vi sikrer høye standarder ved å ansette trente og erfarne renholdere som gjennomgår streng godkjenning og regelmessige prestasjonsvurderinger. Ideen til Ren Hub kom fra mine egne utfordringer med å opprettholde et rent hjem mens jeg håndterte en hektisk arbeidsplan. Jeg innså at mange mennesker i urbane omgivelser står overfor lignende utfordringer, og ofte går på kompromiss med renslighet på grunn av tidsbegrensninger eller upålitelige tjenesteleverandører. Denne personlige erfaringen, sammen med omfattende markedsundersøkelser, fremhevet et betydelig gap i tilgjengeligheten av konsistente og praktiske rengjøringstjenester. Drevet av en lidenskap for å løse virkelige problemer og et ønske om å gjøre en positiv innvirkning på folks daglige liv, bestemte jeg meg for å forlate min dagjobb og fokusere på å bygge Ren Hub. Vårt oppdrag er å fjerne stresset med rengjøring, slik at kundene våre kan nyte renere, sunnere omgivelser uten bekymringer. Denne reisen er drevet av visjonen om å transformere rengjøringsindustrien med innovative løsninger som møter de stadig skiftende behovene i det moderne bylivet.

Empire AI

Empire AI is a company founded by workspace consultants with over a decade of experience in developing office buildings. Through our work, we noticed that the office planning process is characterized by gut-feelings, guesswork and outdated benchmarks. This results in suboptimal office space that has massive amounts of unused space - an average of 80-90% of chairs and 50-60% of rooms remain empty during work hours in a typical office building today. Simultaneously, employees are complaining they do not have the necessary rooms and support their work. To address this issue, we created Empire AI. Empire's software is designed to transform the way you plan and manage your office space, making office buildings more space efficient, sustainable, and people-centric. Our machine learning models can predict how your office space will be used, allowing you to make informed decisions before you even begin building. With our software, you'll be able to identify which rooms and areas will be most useful and which will be less so, ensuring optimal utilization of your space. It can be used for building specifications, scenario planning, monitoring and improving existing office space and to predict utilization before building the space. Our recommendations are based on years of research and data, so our customers can be confident that they're making the right choices.

CL-Invest

CL-Invest is an investment company based in Oslo, Norway with a team of experts with decades of experience in project finance, assessment, and development. ​We work in partnership with National Oil Companies (NOCs) and independent oil producers to realize scalable emission reductions that can be achieved rapidly. Our mission is immediate climate action through the elimination of financial barriers with a focus on methane and flare reduction projects in emerging economies. CL-invest is presently developing several methane and flare abatement projects in Nigeria and Azerbaijan with current expansion into Iraq, Venezuela, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Oman, and Iran among other countries underway. CL-Invest offers a full-service solution including project identification and assessment, project financing, implementation, verification and monitoring as well as High-Quality carbon credit development and sales. We leverage strong international partners to help manage all activities of this project cycle. The company was founded through a de-merger of Carbon Limits AS in 2021 whereby CL-Invest now subcontracts Carbon Limits to provide technical advisory and consulting services to CL-Invest and indirectly to its clients. To date, our total impact equates to 9.2 million tons of CO2e removed and approximately 70 million euros of carbon credit finance generated. Between 2022 and 2030, CL-Invest plans to initiate more than 200 projects and achieve a total carbon emission reduction equivalent to 61.4 million tCO2e. Annual estimated emission reductions on our existing projects are ​800 000 tCO2e in 2022 and 1 million tCO2e in 2023. CL-Invest is currently in the process of establishing strategic partnerships with international players who have complementary expertise and resources to assist the company in ensuring a rapid upscaling of the business. We are in the final stages of securing outside investment capital from major industry players to support our growth trajectory to be publicly announced shortly. Hence, we are now in search of a Chief Development Officer - Carbon Credits who can aid us and be the driving force in our rapid expansion.

TioTech AS

We enable the green shift to happen in new markets! TioTech is a Norwegian producer of titania (TiO2) nanomaterials and a developer of titania-based technology. We know how to optimise the production process and properties of titania nanoparticles. After successfully developing and commercialising a series of photocatalytic surface treatment products (www.joma-int.com), we are directing our R&D efforts towards a new area; the use of titania as anode-material in Lithium-ion batteries (LIB). A battery with our material on the anode will charge faster, last longer, be safer and tolerate temperature variation better than conventional batteries which have graphite on the anode, and outcompete LTO-batteries on capacity. The development work takes place in our in-house laboratory in Bergen, where our dedicated team (Hjørdis, Marthe, Rob, Anders) play around with titania, giving life to innovative solutions.

Pharmasum Therapeutics AS

New drugs for treating diseases of Down syndrome. More than 1% of the global GDP is spent on nursing demented people, and the number requiring nursing will triple within 2050. The disease is progressive, leading to death. There is no current cure available, only symptomatic treatments. Individuals born with Down syndrome have a more than 10x risk of developing dementia as well as a host of other diseases including diabetes. Our drug target, DYRK1A is an enzyme found on chromosome 21, and is considered a key factor determining developmental and medical challenges faced by individuals with Down. The enzyme interacts with multiple biological mechanisms involved in Alzheimer’s and autoimmune diseases. Advanced drug designUsing advanced drug design technologies, we have designed a potent DYRK1A inhibitor drug, PST-900. A use and substance of matter patent have been applied for. The company is currently working on chemical Lead Optimisation with 8 full-time medicinal chemists contracted.Financing and milestonesThe Company raised NOK 5 million in 2015 and 8.8 MNOK in 2016/2017, matching non-dilutive research (BIA) and business grants (Innovation Norway). We demonstrated Proof of Principle in a model system for Alzheimer’s disease in 2Q2016. We have also demonstrated that our drug is capable of reversing diabetes in an animal model. Together with clinical and regulatory advisors, we have identified an important unmet need for a drug to treat newly diagnosed diabetes. We will use this indication to quickly progress to market and from there develop analogous drug molecules in Alzheimer’s disease, focused especially in Down syndrome. Funding soughtThe current funding round will raise 15+ MNOK to fund the progression to the final Development Candidate during 2018. Following this, further funding will be sought to perform toxicology/safety and Phase 1 clinical studies. Gruten AS

Gruten is an Oslo-based company that creates new value and meaning from coffee waste. We use coffee grounds in the production of soap and body scrub, and run an educational program with lectures, courses, and workshops to create awareness and knowledge about coffee grounds as a valuable resource.  We have a small production/workshop/outlet at Torshov, and sell our products on our own webshop + in ca 35 stores around Oslo and the rest of Norway. At the moment we are working hard to set up a site for mushroom production, growing oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds. When we get a go-ahead for this we will be in demand for funding to set up the production site (we will be growing in used cooling containers, so-called reefers) and need people to work on the site.

Unite Global AS

We provide the banking network, messaging, settlement, and cash management solutions to meet any bank’s requirements. We are based in Fredrikstad, Norway, where UNITE evolved as a correspondent hub for banks, but our origin is global, developed over years in international banking centers. We have studied other initiatives over the years and learned that the third-party philosophy of trying to bolt-on smart software to multiple bank accounts is less than ideal. A holistic revolution was required to deliver a cross-border payments solution fit for banks in the 21st century.
