WeWantToKnow

WeWantToKnow is a French-Norwegian company that focuses on Game-Based Learning. Its first product is the math game "DragonBox" and it has more games in the planning stages. The company was founded by financial analyst turned math teacher Jean-Baptiste Huyhn, the leading French game developer Patrick Marchal, and former Opera Software executives Rolf Assev and Christen Krogh. WeWantToKnow aims to make learning fun, easy and addictive. DragonBox does away with tedious equations and math quizzes, replacing them instead with a simple game involving cards and a magical box. The game evolves as kids master the skills and concepts presented. After one hour of playing DragonBox, twelve-year olds can tackle equations their parents struggle to solve. DragonBox was pre-launched in Norway to let schools, kids and parents test the game. Almost immediately, it rocketed to the top of the charts, becoming the most purchased app in the Apple App Store in Norway-- displacing other, more traditional games - check it out at - www.dragonbox.com

Mimir automates customer service for e-commerce using AI. We resolve up to 90% of support inquiries. Not by deflecting customers, but by actually helping them. We've been heads down building and making Mimir the best AI agent for customer support the last 20 months. Now we're scaling fast, breaking into several new markets, and we need all hands on deck.

The Lunicorn

The Lunicorn is a media brand and production house, exploring business culture within the global innovation industry. We travel the world in search of unknown startup stories, uncovering the tech industry in an easily consumable format (short-form mobile video). Providing our audience with hyper-localised knowledge about entrepreneurial culture. To date our content has reached over 2 million people, and we have worked with the likes of DNB, Oslo Business Region and Microsoft.

F3nice’s efforts toward sustainability and challenging the status quo of additive manufacturing feedstock have been internationally recognized. The company has participated in multiple joint-industry projects, been part of paid pilot projects, and generated several commercial sales. We have received funds from both EU and Norwegian grants and are funded by international corporations and venture capital.

Today, getting it right typically means specialist mapping, hours of playlist work, and daily device hassle, which caregivers and families can’t sustain. GitHub made it easy for the world to build software together. SomebodyMakeIt does the same for physical products. SomebodyMakeIt is where brands, IP owners, and product creators can turn ideas into real products without building supply chains from scratch through a shared infrastructure for sourcing, collaboration, production, and scaling. Physical product creation is still absurdly broken. If you want to launch something real, you usually need to find the right people, manage scattered files and feedback, coordinate suppliers, handle production risk, and commit money before you know if demand exists. That kills speed, margins, and momentum. It also locks out a huge number of creators and companies that could launch great products if the system were easier. This is a massive market gap hiding in plain sight. We are building the platform where physical products get built.
