Skypass

Skypass aims to make returns in e-commerce more economically and environmentally sustainable through smart, data-driven decisions. In order to do this, we need to create an end-to-end digital platform that facilitates the shipment and customs process for online retailers. Today, we have created an MVP that reads and systematizes customs data on behalf of retailers, allowing them to save money on returned goods from Norway. In the time ahead we wish to grow our company and work towards the broader goal of revolutionizing e-commerce returns.

Onkel Estrup and Kodemaker started talks in 2012 about doing a joint venture to make a company with superior software for the event business. It has been a long process making sure that the combination of Bjørnars know-how about the most known and unknown issues at events was taken care of, and at the same time making sure that Kodemaker could contribute with their skills to make it a very flexible, scalable solution ready to be 'the event system' for the future. The company today is owned 50/50 by Onkel Estrup AS and Net Professionals AS. Net Professionals are mainly owned by stockholders and employees at Kodemaker. Oiiku AS is today in a situation with 2 employees working with events and Bjørnar working as CTO and some hands-on at events as well. We have a running business and are ready to scale up. We are looking for investors and a new CEO to bring the business to a totally new level. The worldwide market is HUGE and so far we have not seen better software solutions in the market. Our current plan is to grow a steady business in Oslo with employees to handle our large corporate customers, but the real big opportunities lie within making self-served Saas software for the worldwide market.

TERP

Software is eating education. Technology is used to modernise education. TERP has redefined the concept of a book by making it interactive. In its easiest form interaction can be films and animations integrated in a book. Tests and feedback on learning is one step further. In its most complex form, interaction is customised books generated for each reader, based on mapped preferences used as input in algorithms. The first book using this technology will have 114,000 potential versions. The TERP technology is not only redefining the concept of a book. It is interrupting the value chain in the industry. The technology provides a new and dynamic way of distribution. Competitors trying to copy the technology, not only has to figure out the code, they must change the way of doing business.

Zeabuz

Zeabuz is a spin-off from the leading research community on autonomous vessels at NTNU in Trondheim. Our autonomy technology is field-proven for shortcuts across urban waterways, and we are now searching for long-term investors while preparing for market launch. Water used to be the main infrastructure for most cities in the world. While roads are filling up everywhere, much of the urban waters are have become highly underutilized. At Zeabuz we want to reverse this trend by introducing a technology platform that makes local waterborne transport an economically viable and sustainable option. Our mobility system, which comprises a combination of a network of small vessels, electric drive, and autonomous operation, is a truly scalable solution fit for many of the world’s urban areas. Enabling increased flow by utilizing available waterways will allow more people to travel by foot and bike and hence will reduce the need for road traffic and in the end reduce emissions of climate gasses. Another perspective is that dynamic utilization of waterways will reduce the need for new inflexible infrastructures such as roads and bridges, which saves both money, emissions from concrete production, and local footprint. The Zeabuz urban mobility system will be a compelling and attractive mobility solution for cities globally. Rough estimates have shown that there is a market for approx. 4000 Zeabuz-like ferries in the EU alone. Zeabuz aims to take a major share of this emerging market. The company is founded on the idea that passenger transport across urban waters is a highly suitable starting point for commercializing autonomous mobility. In this segment, risks are mitigated by low speeds and high physical margins which also allow us to focus on solving only a few problems at a time while still earning positive returns from the start. As the Zeabuz technology platform matures in this first segment, we will explore its scaling potential across several dimensions. This means we could branch out and adapt to new opportunities and market demand based on our solid foundation in autonomy, assurance, and mobility solutions. Our autonomy platform can be utilized to deliver Autonomy-as-a-Service which enables entries into new markets, new use cases, and an expansion to more complex operational domains. Zeabuz is now preparing for launching a commercial pilot in a Scandinavian city in 2022. Much of the financial structure required is already in place and will be triggered by the entry of a Lead Investor
