Cosgear was founded in 2018 with the goal of developing costume technology to become a world-leading brand in the cosplay market. So far, we have launched an autonomous electric tail and a magnetic headband for use in cosplay. We have delivered 2,500 products to over 20 countries, and have taken a commanding position in cosplay tech. Day to day, the company operates with strong systematic process management, and works in 4-6 week focused sprints. We have since the beginning developed a clear corporate culture, and are generous with both each other and our customers. Fraxx Interactive AS er en norsk edtech startup etablert i 2019. Bedriften har i 2020 lansert direct-to-consumer plattformen Fraxx.no - et videobasert digitalt kursunivers som gjør det mulig å lære fra de mest anerkjente ekspertene innen underholdning, livsstil og sport i Norge og på sikt i resten av Skandinavia. I november 2020 lanserte de sine første kurs med noen av de beste innen sine felt: Bent Stiansen, Anders Aukland, Halvor Bakke og Fæbrik-gjengen. Fraxx ønsker å gi tilgang til kunnskapen disse ekspertene har gjennom en læringsplattform som gir engasjerende og underholdende innhold av høy kvalitet – og som er lette å lære fra. Målet til Fraxx er å gi flere mennesker tilgang og fleksibiliteten til å lære akkurat hvor og når det passer dem. Moonwalk designs startup challenges organised as programs. Alone or together with a strategic or financial partner. A program creates startups and runs for two semesters with paying participants. Then the program is incorporated. With participants as sweat equity part owners of the entire portfolio. An equity crowdfunding campaign decides how many startups are launched. Moonwalk is a 100 days startup hatcher and accelerator. No one should work here for any other reason than that they really want to. I had to figure out a way to fund and source the competence of people, but also fund their activity so that we can share in the outcome. No one had really given me any pointers on how to do that, so I had to find a new model of crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and shared ownership. Me and my colleague Victor developed that over the course of two years. He was a previous customer and the most talented person I know in the areas of value-chains and complexity. I asked him to join me and he said yes. We are in this together.
