SynPlan

SynPlan is an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solution to help healthcare organisations optimise workforce planning. SynPlan helps collect large amounts of data from a variety of sources, including internal (payroll, accounting,..) and external (weather,…) systems. Having this data presented on a dashboard allows healthcare leaders to get a holistic view of their organization in real-time, instead of waiting for their subordinates to collect data from multiple departments, which might take weeks to months. SynPlan uses advanced Artificial Intelligence technology to predict in advance the demand of healthcare as well as the absence of employees. The healthcare planners can adjust their plans, moving the right resources to where or when it needed the most. By using SynPlan, healthcare leaders can focus their time and energy on patient care rather than planning, improving both the well-being of patients and employees while keeping their SynPlan has a mission to ensure a better life for all healthcare workers and increase the quality of healthcare services. Our ambition is to go internationally to serve more than 20,000 hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide.

Startup Extreme

Startup Extreme was created by passionated founders in 2015, with the goal of showcasing the Norwegian startup scene to the world. Seven years on, Norway has a rapidly growing startup ecosystem, Increased international interest, and three new unicorns in 2021 alone. So we feel that it is now time for Startup Extreme to also evolve and work towards something bigger – a new mission: To help build a more connected startup ecosystem. We believe that true connections don’t happen in office meeting rooms, on video calls, or at traditional events and conferences; but when people are put in situations that allow them to be real, authentic, and a little outside of their comfort zones. So what better arena to meet upcoming startup founders, eager investors, and curious corporations, who all share a passion for the startup ecosystem? ‍ We are all about the startup community and developing bonds that go deep — natural connections that are almost spiritual. Essentially we — being a startup ourselves — build events that we’d love to attend.

50 til 100 er et nytt nettverk hvor vi mobiliserer kompetente og erfarne mennesker alderen 50 år og oppover, til å styrke bedrifter i tidlig fase. Vi har møteplasser hvor modne personer treffer oppstartsbedrifter, og går inn i tettere samarbeid med dem. Alt fra styreplasser og mentorer til rådgivere eller å bli ansatt i en ny bedrift. Vi bruker tilgjengelig erfaring til å skape og styrke fremtidens arbeidsplasser og næringsliv. Gruppen utgjør i våre øyne tidenes mest kompetent og hurtigst voksende befolkningsdel med uutnyttet potensiale. For veldig mange oppstartsbedrifter er det en stor styrke å kunne knytte til seg erfaring, nettverk og kompetanse som de ikke har internt. Vi legger også vekt på at bedriftene i stor grad har ønsker om å løse samfunnsproblemer, i kombinasjon med å tjene penger. 50 til 100 jobber mot vanlige bedrifter (for-profit), sosialt entreprenørskap, non-profits, og organisasjoner. Vi samarbeider også med større virksomheter (private og offentlige) hvor det er 50 plussere som har skaperglede.

Storeshop

Enterprise businesses are investing more in B2B eCommerce solutions than smaller businesses, but Storeshop have set to changed this by innovating eCommerce solutions to be more intuitive and less IT heavy for ease-of-use and implementation. Big companies are investing in expensive E-Commerce solutions to provide structure and automation to their company. This has not been available for small and medium businesses, which has led to a underdeveloped industry managing sales through excel sheets, email and phone. This is time consuming, stressful and does not participate in increased sales. Storeshop delivers a B2B eCommerce platform which integrates with all the biggest economy and ERP platforms in Norway. The systems lets customers shop for products fast and easy, with automized orders that earlier came through mail and by phone. This saves the whole-sellers a lot of time and increase sales by using some of the same methods as we use in B2C. The system supports advanced discount structures, packaging formats, B2C and a lot more.

Testhub

Our software predicts future work performance and anonymizes applicants to minimize unconscious and conscious bias. With our solution, companies save significant time on screening while ensuring every applicant is treated fairly. Counting Hero AS

At Counting Hero we develop cutting edge machine vision systems, capable of recognizing and classifying items and events in videos and images. Counting Hero AS was established in September 2019 and is currently running development projects. We have our first pilots in deployment. Organization count 3 persons. One on full time and two on part time. For 2020 we will grow the organization and to complete first investment round. We are currently funded by sales, innovation norway support, project grant from the norwegian research council and sweat equity from owners. Counting Hero is located with offices in Bergen, Norway. Kubert

Kubert is a proptech startup targeting companies and private individuals in solving a common problem: Storage. Most companies and people have little room for storage and at the same time property prices are increasing. Kubert has put together a smart integrated offering using technology at the heart in which storage, transport and carrying is conducted by Kubert, and the items tagged and accounted for in your app. This is the perfect service for smaller companies in urban areas where the cost of space and time is high.

VOED

VOED er en helt ny sosial videoredigeringsapp som forenkler videoredigering på mobil. Ved å kombinere enkle og intuitive redigeringsverktøy, et unikt musikkbibliotek og en delt kamerarull-løsning for raskere deling av klipp i grupper skal vi ta opp kampen med de etablerte sosiale mediene ved å revolusjonere hvordan videoer deles. VOED er i dag et team på fire kamerater som sitter hos StartupLab Bergen for å jobbe med prosjektet. Vår MVP lanseres om kort tid etter to års arbeid. Hittil har vi hentet støtte fra Innovasjon Norge og Universitetet i Stavanger, kommet til nasjonal finale i Venture Cup, vunnet GründerHub-stipendet på kr. 50 000,- og deltatt på en rekke akseleratorprogram. Hark Technologies

Hark Technologies is working towards a future where people don't have to worry about their electricity consumption. We have developed a custom device for gathering data from smart electricity meters, and on top of this data we are building services for reducing power peaks in the electricity grid. This is useful for both end users and grid owners. We believe in a smart future without vendor lock-in, so we are integrating existing products into our platform.

Klimato

Using carbon footprint data, we are building products to help companies track and mitigate their carbon footprint. Our current product is a web application which enables companies in the food industry to calculate and label the carbon footprint of their food, set reduction goals and follow their progress through monthly climate reports.

Prelud

Prelud is a health tech startup focused on meaningful use of existing sensor technology to accumulate data and monitor vital parameters for patients receiving home care services. Our main goal is to reduce preventable hospital admissions among patients receiving home care by offering a user friendly home monitoring tool for both health care providers and users of their services.

Teston

We’re building Teston, a tool that will take all the hassle out of user testing. Our dream is a world with only user-friendly products, where technology truly serves people of all ages and backgrounds. Where technology supports us in our daily life instead of causing frustration and confusion. In addition to having a strong user- and customer-focus, we also care about creating a great work culture and environment for our team. We’re currently a small (but growing!) start-up, meaning that every single person helps shape the way we work, how we interact with each other, and the way we build products.

Dogu AS

Dogu is a software company founded in 2011 by students from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) who decided to take the road less traveled and build their own company. Dogu is an acronym for Data og Utvikling which in Norwegian means Data and Development. Since 2012, we achieved more than 185% year-on-year revenue growth.
