Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. In 2024, we were accepted to StartupLab and DNB NXT Accelerator as one of 9 out of 200 applicants! We brought Reprice to life out of a simple desire to solve a problem. Our founder, Anders Åberg, is a software designer who wanted to create a product that would improve processes for people who were doing things manually. BitPet is an AR multiplayer mobile game making physical activity fun and social. Each player has a pet whose health depends on the activity from their step counter, and players can meet each other's pets in multiplayer AR which is fun and social. The idea for the game is based on research by a professor of game technology and co-founder of Kahoot! The game is currently in early beta and will be launched commercially in 2023.

OncoImmunity is a bioinformatics company providing unique machine-learning software to identify tumor-specific mutations that can be targeted by a patient’s own immune system (known as neoantigens). The OncoImmunity solution is important because recent breakthroughs in the field of Immuno-Oncology (I-O) such as the development of checkpoint inhibitors and personalized cancer vaccines, clearly demonstrate that a patient’s immune system can be harnessed to successfully treat cancer. The cost of identifying tumor-specific mutations in a patient’s cancer using next-generation sequencing (NGS) is now trivial and this technology will be key to enabling truly personalized immunotherapies to be developed in a technically and economically feasible manner.
